This modern vacation home is located near the water and can accommodate 6 people.
The vacation home has a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen. On warm days you can enjoy opening the sliding doors to the terrace. The bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Around the entire house you will find the garden, so you can enjoy the sun all day. Families and groups of friends will have a wonderful vacation here!
You will find the house between the Frisian lakes the Fluessen and the Morra in Southwest Friesland. A unique location for sailing, boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, cycling, golfing and relaxing. Southwest Friesland is extremely suitable for water sports.
At 40 m from the vacation home you will find the jetty for your own boat (maximum 8 m). There is also the possibility to rent a boat in the immediate vicinity. You can store your bicycles in the garden house.
Upon arrival the beds are made.
1 dog is welcome for 7.50 euros per night.
Towels can be rented for 4.50 euros per person per stay, paid on site to the owner.
You can check-in by 4 PM till 8 PM and check-out by 9-10 AM.

A pretty complete vacation home. The surrounding area is well worth it. a nice mix of forest and water. Further bad enough towns nearby that are again very pleasant in fine.

Despite a number of positive points to this holiday home, still disappointed in the price-quality of the holiday home.
We hoped to have found a good (somewhat luxurious) holiday home that was close to the water, so that we could also sail a lot in our small sailing boat. That was certainly successful and very nice was the private mooring place, which belonged to the house and which was 50 meters away from the house.
Also very satisfied with the space around the house and the possibility to simply close it off with a temporary fence, so that our dogs could walk freely around the house, without us having to worry that they would run away.
And another positive point about the house were the mosquito nets. Mosquito nets were installed in almost all windows, so that we had relatively few problems with mosquitoes and other flying vermin.
Lesser points to the house were:
The "third bedroom". This was not really a bedroom, but a "low" open attic space directly above the stairwell. So super noisy.
Noise nuisance from the adjacent park "De Kuilart". On the one hand from the play / football field which was directly behind our house, but even more annoying was the almost constant (and quite loud) hum of the air treatment system of the swimming pool. This did not really stimulate to relax in the garden.
The relevant park "De Stringen" where this house is located is also not very friendly for dog owners. Hardly any possibilities to wall with your dog. Other than, by getting in the car and driving to the nearby dog forest.
And the last thing that disappointed us was the lack of options in the house to separate waste. This was not taken into account at all in terms of waste bins present.
In summary: next time another holiday home for us.
