The Zuiderzee Resort, which is currently under development, has four different types of detached chalets and villas available for booking.
There is a 4-person ground floor chalet (NL-8256-15) which is more traditional. You have a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
There is also a modern, 6-person ground floor chalet (NL-8256-16). You have a living room and open kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, including one with a double bed. A bunk bed and two single beds are divided between the other two bedrooms. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The centre facilities and playground are a stone's throw away.
The NL-8256-17 is a modern chalet with a lot glass finishing. This makes it wonderfully light inside the chalet. There is a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, two of which each have two single beds that can be made up as doubles, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. This chalet is centrally located in the park, close to a playground.
Finally, there is the spacious and modern 10-person villa (NL-8256-18). You have a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are five bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. In the other bedrooms you'll find two single beds that can be made up as doubles. There are three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bathrooms are fitted with a shower. There's a separate toilet both downstairs and upstairs.
Each holiday home has a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the accommodation. All beds except the bunks are single box spring beds that can be made up as doubles.

Location and surroundings of object
Resort Zuiderzee is a large holiday park, located approx. 7 km. from the centre of Elburg in the municipality of Biddinghuizen. It is a developing park and it borders directly on the versatile Veluwemeer (Veluwe lake).
The facilities are very varied and there are plenty of them at Resort Zuiderzee. For water sports enthusiasts there is a boat ramp, boat rental and a marina. You'll never be bored, whether the weather is good or bad. You have various options for young and old both inside and outside; miniature golf, various playgrounds, an indoor playground are just some examples. There is also a large indoor swimming pool with children's pool and slide that is at least 40m long. So that the adults can also enjoy some relaxation, there is a sauna, a Turkish steam bath and a whirlpool. A recreation team provides the necessary entertainment. An (à la carte) restaurant, cafe and snack bar complete the picture.
But there is also plenty to experience in the area surrounding Resort Zuiderzee. Veluwemeer offers plenty of options. You can fish, windsurf or take a boat trip here. The large sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and chilling in the sun. You can take beautiful cycling and/or hiking trips in the wooded area. In the adjacent piece of "primeval forest" you may just spot a beaver. Some tips for day trips; The Dolphinarium in Harderwijk (20 km), Walibi Holland in Biddinghuizen (3.1 km), the Grote Kabouterbos in Dronten (14 km), Aviodrome in Lelystad (25 km), Play and Do-park De Voorst in Kraggenbrug (33 km), Harderwold golf course in Zeewolde (17 km) or the Avontura in Dronten (18 km). There are also various cities within easy reach. All with their own atmosphere, but each one offering many opportunities for shopping, cultural attractions and a wide choice of cosy restaurants and terraces. A few for the list: Zwolle (30km), Apeldoorn (45km), Deventer (47km), Almere (51km), Amersfoort (53km), and you can even reach the historic port town of Enkhuizen (64km) via the dyke.
In short; Resort Zuiderzee offers many opportunities for young and old, lovers of peace and nature but also for the active adventurers. One thing is certain; you will never be bored here.
Resort Zuiderzee is a park under development. This means that there may be construction work taking place. We will try to limit any inconvenience as much as possible.

During the periods of June 19-22, June 26-29, August 14-17, an additional deposit of € 185 will be requested.
For the weekend of August 21-24, 2020, an additional deposit of € 185 will apply at Resort Zuiderzee.
Due to major periodic maintenance, the indoor play paradise is closed from November 18 to December 1.
Resort Zuiderzee is a resort under construction. This means that work is taking place on the site. New chalets are installed, the gardens are laid out and the infrastructure is improved. This can cause inconvenience during the day, but naturally we ensure that the inconvenience is kept to a minimum. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, the indoor playground and the hospitality industry, are just open at regular opening times.
During the weekend from June 26 to June 28, the Defqon1 hardstyle festival takes place on the festival grounds next to the resort. This makes noise pollution possible.
Due to construction work, the swimming pool will be closed from 6 January to 16 February 2020

- House was very nice and clean
-swimming pool was fun for the children, but it was very cold, our youngest had purple hands and feet after 10 minutes and his teeth were chattering.
- No WiFi during our entire stay, even though it should have been included, we went to reception several times. Unfortunately, the technical service could not solve the password error. So we spent our entire stay via the hotspot until we were completely over our bundle.
- Animation would also have been there, unfortunately nothing was seen. Bingo was also canceled.

The park is ideal for families with small children. Everything is easily accessible on foot. The swimming pool is particularly suitable for the little ones. The houses are modern and clean. We had a good time!

The cottage was neat. The staff at the park were friendly, but the service was unfortunately bad. Twice we were promised extra crockery, because there was too little in our house, but that was never brought. Our friends also had this experience. Their mattress was very bad and they were promised 3 times that the technical service would come, but that did not happen either. Unfortunately...

Cottage was fine. Reservation pool could have been better after my idea. Because of the corona you could reserve a pool from 11:00 am at 10:45 am walked right on time, we thought there was already a huge line of people who wanted to reserve when it was almost our turn were to make a reservation (5 more for me) they were informed that it was already full. stood in line for 45 minutes for nothing. perhaps an idea for the park to organize this in a different way so that park visitors have the opportunity to make a reservation for the swimming pool. spoke to a number of guests at the park and they were able to swim every day because they queued on time (hours in advance).

Neat reception. What is disappointing are the extra costs: administration, cleaning and bed linen. Nicely maintained park. Our house was on the edge where a new house was being worked on on Saturday with all kinds of sawing and carpentry work.

We were greeted warmly. The house was very cozy. Unfortunately there were only 2 pots, but 2 large pans. We liked the surroundings, especially Elburg, Zwoole, Kampen and Harderleff. You cycle wonderfully.

Very nice area. Accommodation was not like on photo. Bathroom with only 1 sink. One of the three rooms was too small for 2 adults, this is suitable for children under 14 with bunk beds. Fortunately, the spacious living room is decorated with great taste and the view is great.

Accommodation very nice. Completely finished! Nice place and nicely decorated. The only thing that I missed was a cutting board. I found the service at the park less. I missed bed linen. I had to ring the bell several times for this. At the end of day 2 I got it neatly delivered to the door. The pool was very cold and the children's section was closed. Unfortunately. This was not mentioned anywhere.

We have the house type Velthorst 6 booked at Bellvilla, we have received a chalet, which is offered on the websites of Europarcs with the house type designation Berkel 6. Europark - ie the administration and reception on site - categorizes and assigns this type as Velthorst 6, although the house is 15 square meters smaller and also cheaper in the rental price. We are aware that the home furnishings and grounds may be variable, but the type of house itself was quite clear in the description of Bellvilla. There was no question of house variants. Apparently there are different classifications or ambiguous descriptions on the internet. Very, very annoying on the spot for the customer. All in all, however, we have experienced regarding our booking Belvilla as a reliable good holiday home provider, enjoyed the holiday in Flevoland very much, and also the new resort Parc Zuiderzee as a very pleasant varied, attractive new holiday park felt. We do not spoil the holiday so fast ;-)) To the accommodation: If not the booked house type, our small chalet was brand new and accordingly good. -The construction site work started partly in the morning around 6.30 a.m. and partly continued until 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday! -Musical sound from the adjacent campsite from Friday to Sunday night.

The arrival was very good. The accommodation was fantastic and the area too. I thought it was a pity that the garden of our house was not taken care of (grass was high and weeds in the garden, meanwhile we were there, they took the grass off, but because of the humidity, we took a lot of grass inside) That is the only minus point that there was.
