The Zuiderzee Resort, which is currently under development, has four different types of detached chalets and villas available for booking.
There is a 4-person ground floor chalet (NL-8256-15) which is more traditional. You have a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
There is also a modern, 6-person ground floor chalet (NL-8256-16). You have a living room and open kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, including one with a double bed. A bunk bed and two single beds are divided between the other two bedrooms. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The centre facilities and playground are a stone's throw away.
The NL-8256-17 is a modern chalet with a lot glass finishing. This makes it wonderfully light inside the chalet. There is a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms, two of which each have two single beds that can be made up as doubles, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. This chalet is centrally located in the park, close to a playground.
Finally, there is the spacious and modern 10-person villa (NL-8256-18). You have a living room and open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are five bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. In the other bedrooms you'll find two single beds that can be made up as doubles. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. All bathrooms are fitted with a shower. There's a separate toilet both downstairs and upstairs.
Each holiday home has a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the accommodation. All beds except the bunks are single box spring beds that can be made up as doubles.
Resort Zuiderzee is a park under development. As a result there could be construction work taking place. Like any other disturbance, this is kept to a minimum as much as possible.

Resort Zuiderzee is a large holiday park, located approx. 7 km. from the centre of Elburg in the municipality of Biddinghuizen. It is a developing park and it borders directly on the versatile Veluwemeer (Veluwe lake).
The facilities are very varied and there are plenty of them at Resort Zuiderzee. For water sports enthusiasts there is a boat ramp, boat rental and a marina. You'll never be bored, whether the weather is good or bad. You have various options for young and old both inside and outside; miniature golf, various playgrounds, an indoor playground are just some examples. There is also a large indoor swimming pool with children's pool and slide that is at least 40m long. So that the adults can also enjoy some relaxation, there is a sauna, a Turkish steam bath and a whirlpool. A recreation team provides the necessary entertainment. An (à la carte) restaurant, cafe and snack bar complete the picture.
But there is also plenty to experience in the area surrounding Resort Zuiderzee. Veluwemeer offers plenty of options. You can fish, windsurf or take a boat trip here. The large sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and chilling in the sun. You can take beautiful cycling and/or hiking trips in the wooded area. In the adjacent piece of "primeval forest" you may just spot a beaver. Some tips for day trips; The Dolphinarium in Harderwijk (20 km), Walibi Holland in Biddinghuizen (3.1 km), the Grote Kabouterbos in Dronten (14 km), Aviodrome in Lelystad (25 km), Play and Do-park De Voorst in Kraggenbrug (33 km), Harderwold golf course in Zeewolde (17 km) or the Avontura in Dronten (18 km). There are also various cities within easy reach. All with their own atmosphere, but each one offering many opportunities for shopping, cultural attractions and a wide choice of cosy restaurants and terraces. A few for the list: Zwolle (30km), Apeldoorn (45km), Deventer (47km), Almere (51km), Amersfoort (53km), and you can even reach the historic port town of Enkhuizen (64km) via the dyke.
In short; Resort Zuiderzee offers many opportunities for young and old, lovers of peace and nature but also for the active adventurers. One thing is certain; you will never be bored here.

Resort Zuiderzee is a resort under construction. This means that work is taking place on the site. New chalets are installed, the gardens are laid out and the infrastructure is improved. This can cause inconvenience during the day, but naturally we ensure that the inconvenience is kept to a minimum. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, the indoor playground and the hospitality industry, are just open at regular opening times.
During the weekend from June 26 to June 28, the Defqon1 hardstyle festival takes place on the festival grounds next to the resort. This makes noise pollution possible.

The holiday home is very beautiful and fully equipped, the only downside was that there was not a brief description of how everything worked, such as the oven, hob, combi microwave, etc., gas fireplace, etc., which would be very useful. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

Great house, not very clean. Garden was beautiful but the most horrible service on this park. I would never go here again because of the bad service. Multiple complaints made but not once able to speak to a manager during our stay. Call afterwards when we are at home and say that they will not do anything with our complaint. Nice and easy over the phone.

Very nice house, very atmospheric. Park is very nicely situated. Nice environment, but now little to do at Christmas .. We expected something more in and around the plaza (or whatever they call it here). But it turns out that the 1st Christmas are that people can come from outside, so I understand that it is still a bit searching. It is very nice to come back in another season. And then do some more in the area. We are also having a great time in the cottage.

Decor schoon.Aan device were only missing the teaspoons.Jammer that: - TV was not reset after connecting new antenna (resolved quickly after notification) - house has long had problems with electric hob, which also makes the main switch outside the house. Fortunately for us only on Sunday. Someone came quickly for that too, on Sunday, and it was partly possible to solve the problem. We have no longer used loookplaat.- In between, we used the (fairly new) vacuum cleaner, but it hardly worked because the bag was packed but there were no spare bags present. met. Hello, I'll start with the reception. We got there around 2pm. We were supposed to pick up the key for the house at 4 p.m. but we were not given the key until 5 p.m. The lady at the reception was just rude. Then we had problems with the wifi connection problems then with the heaters outside 30 degrees inside the heaters were on again 40 degrees on it. Then the warm water didn't work. Large Falster stones were out on the terrace, which posed a risk of tripping for the children. The floor was completely dirty... so for the money we paid I think it's a shame so I would definitely not go there again. Especially not for the money I paid. Catastrophe….

Had a great stay! Beautiful home! Neat kitchen, baths and toilets. There were some defects .. oven did not work properly, patio doors did not work properly, umbrella broken, fans in the rooms did not work properly and the PVC floor had broken parts. That looks a bit sloppy on a first impression. Everything was fine .. Screens on the windows would have been nice. A lot of mosquitoes and flies in the polder..

The arrival was fine. Well received and forwarded. When we arrived at the house, it turned out that a number of things were not right. It was very dusty in the rooms. The reception was called and this was quickly rectified. Upstairs curtains were broken. The fridge was much too small for a 10 person house. A second would be recommended. The last night one of the children was sick. Vomited in the bed. The advice was to throw the sheets in a bin. Very strange . It was a beautiful park with many play options.

Unfortunately we were not so happy. Too little linen, lamp broken. Sharp points were still there. Very safe for the children who would sleep there. No extra bed and high chair available. Could only open a window upstairs. This was in a bedroom. No window in the bathroom and the shower leaked all over. Always slippery after a shower. Floors under the bed were dusty and dirty. Because of a rented party we could not go to the restaurant. WiFi was drama. This also means no access to a casino. It was very cozy with the family members, but would not rent this house anymore. The deposit had to be paid via belvilla but also via europarcs itself and this was actually not necessary. Got everything back after a lot of effort. Error by europarcs so I had to figure it out..

The first impression: a super beautiful and modern home. However, if you take a closer look, the flaws / missing things stand out: TV is very crooked, no toilet roll holders in the toilets, broken bar in the shower, broken freezer drawer, no hooks for towel and tea towel in the kitchen, ventilation system that does not work , spots in the bedroom that apparently cannot be completely turned off ... The day after arrival I went to the reception to report this and to ask for extra bed linen of which 1 was too little, we were not the only one with defects here because there was a long line of complaining people. We have not seen the promised bedding again. Nevertheless, we have been outside a lot and we had a great weekend, if these simple things were adjusted it would be great.

The personal at the reception was very helpful, informative and friendly. Even though there was quite a queue, they were fast and quickly took care of us. Very well prepared with the envelops ready. The house was beautiful, exactly like description in the ad, but you can see they were lacking the final touches and rushed through with the build-up. Equipped with everything needed and very cozy, however the big downside was the cleaniness. The toilets were dirty, as well as the floors very dusty and not properly taken care of before new guests. The park still had some areas under construction, but nothing to bother. There are not however too many activities for adults.

It was terribly cold, from changing room to bathing water, really impossible for children. Moreover, there was still a part under construction and therefore closed, including the toddler pool. Drops of cold water came from the roof, and the changing rooms were dirty. We got the impression that the workmen who build the villas also "sleep in the park themselves and use the facilities - fine, but possibly they leave it dirty? Room for improvement, to bring this to the same luxury level as the villa" s, something still needs to be done.

We had rented the 10 person house with 6 people. Then you have the space. 2 spacious bathrooms and everything nice and fresh. The kitchen was equipped with a Jura bean coffee maker. The storage space in the kitchen was minimal. We did miss some stuff after we arrived but once passed on to reception and it was taken care of. We asked for an extra key but that was not possible. 1 key to a 10-person house is very little. You can keep an eye on the animation via the app. Furthermore, in terms of restaurants in the park, nothing is indicated. The supermarket is open every day which is also very nice. There is a lot organized and everything is for rent. We had a nice holiday.
