The accommodations at RCN De Jagerstee are whimsically scattered among the trees in the holiday park. There are various types to suit your taste. For groups of up to 4 people you can choose a 4-person chalet (NL-8162-24) that has been neatly furnished and makes an ideal base for outings. The bungalows are available either in the comfortable standard type (NL-8162-20) or a child-friendly variation (NL-8162-22). The child-friendly type has a bunk bed in treehouse style instead of two single beds.
For groups of up to 6 people, there is a ground floor bungalow (NL-8162-21) and a bungalow with basement where you'll find two more bedrooms (NL-8162-17). The charming lodge (NL-8162-23) is also suitable for 6 people and because of all the wood it blends perfectly into the environment. Please note: the third bedroom in the lodge is accessed via a steep staircase.
While all chalets and bungalows enjoy spacious plots with a terrace, the lodge features a covered veranda. All types, of course, have garden furniture.

RCN de Jagerstee is located in the middle of the Veluwe. This holiday park is not only located next to a beautiful nature reserve, but the forest park itself also features a natural character.
During high season, this is an ideal location for young families. The nice animation team is ready to organise creative activities, during which the children will quickly become friends with Alex & Sammy. The heated outdoor swimming pool features a paddling pool, so that the little ones can also join in the water fun. There are many areas in the forest park for sports activities: a football field, volleyball court and table tennis tables. Near the large sports fields you'll also find a restaurant with a nice terrace. A perfect location to enjoy a bite to eat and a drink.
The location near the Veluwe makes this holiday park very suitable to enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling tours during spring and autumn. You can follow the many cycling and hiking trails along varied landscapes and beautiful spots. The highlight is only about 40 km away: National Park Hoge Veluwe! From Epe (the location of the holiday park) you can also easily reach the so-called Hanseatic cities of Harderwijk (approx. 26 km) and Deventer (approx. 29 km). These cities are worth visiting because of their rich history.
Holiday park RCN de Jagerstee offers many ingredients, creating the ideal mix for a wonderful stay for young and old.

Friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and at the restaurant, snack bar and in the camp shop. Accommodation is outdated, but reasonably clean, but damp. This made it feel cold and clammy inside for the first few days. The surroundings are beautiful and wonderfully quiet. It is also quiet in and around the bungalow. Squirrels, rabbits and birds can be seen daily.

Wooded area. Clearly marked hiking trails through color posts. Beautiful cottage. More than enough for 2 people. Shower was a bit on the small side.

The welcome was welcoming. The cottage was clean and had all the basics, but no more than that in terms of atmosphere or luxury. The wood stove was very nice, but the wood could be a little drier. The area is beautiful and woody. Great budget stay! Keep in mind if you come by public transport that you have to walk an end with your things.

Park itself was fine, but houses were disturbingly old and with a lot of maintenance and defects (no hot mater, no shower door, crumbling ceiling). E.e.a. was handled neatly.

Booking a house was easy and we found the location of the house beautiful, What was not reflected in the photos was that there was no bathroom but only a bathroom, which was sometimes a bit inconvenient, Furthermore, a very attractive house with nice beds and spaces, communication was good, clear data in terms of address, facilities and the like so that we were not faced with surprises

We enjoyed a week in the Veluwe at the Jagerstee park, around the forest. Wonderful for walking. Nice and clean park. At the house you have little privacy and the houses are a bit outdated. A lick of paint and some kit edge replaced would not be a luxury.
