The accommodation was as described.What we did not know, the jacuzzi can be used only until 10 pm and from 8 pm the electricity is displayed. Another drawback was that all instructions for use, as well as house rules etc. was only described in Dutch. We had not expected German, but English would have been very helpful. The surrounding area was very nice to reach shopping center, restaurants well. However, if you wanted to see and / or experience, you had to take a longer car trip (at least 30-40 minutes). There was unfortunately on the TV not a German station. The kitchen is not equipped with an oven, but only with a grill microwave. Park is in a nice environment. We were in house 25. Cleaning was not done. Lots of cobwebs, dirty windows, tile joints, bathroom dirty. Kit edges black instead of white! Moltons on the beds did not look fresh. Shower ground floor no hot water. A lot of noise from air in the pipes. Jacuzzi was top, well controlled by maintenance company. It is a shame that there is troop on the floor. Shower curtain sauna also dirty brown kit edges with this shower. The sauna itself can also use a cleanup. Gas stove were the pits difficult to get. Too few sheets of packages. Picked up at the reception. Too much tourist tax on account that was ready. Did not talk about it. I had to arrange Roompotparken myself. Wanted to note down bank account for return deposit, was known to Roompot. My explanation that I booked at Belville and was not wrinkled away from Roompot. So also called Roompot about this who wrote down the number. Was therefore not known to them. Roompot told me that you have to go to the reception and a cleaning team comes ready to make everything to your liking. I think it is smarter to check the property before the tenant arrives. I spend a week on holiday and do not feel like doing all that because the park does not do its job well. In previous reviews I read the same comments. Conclusion therefore nothing is taken into account. The 80 euros for cleaning is 80 euros too much. Too bad because if everything is right it is a top house.

Park is in a nice environment. We were in house 25. Cleaning was not done. Lots of cobwebs, dirty windows, tile joints, bathroom dirty. Kit edges black instead of white! Moltons on the beds did not look fresh. Shower ground floor no hot water. A lot of noise from air in the pipes. Jacuzzi was top, well controlled by maintenance company. The accommodation was as described.What we did not know, the jacuzzi can be used only until 10 pm and from 8 pm the electricity is displayed. Another drawback was that all instructions for use, as well as house rules etc. was only described in Dutch. We had not expected German, but English would have been very helpful. The surrounding area was very nice to reach shopping center, restaurants well. However, if you wanted to see and / or experience, you had to take a longer car trip (at least 30-40 minutes). There was unfortunately on the TV not a German station. The kitchen is not equipped with an oven, but only with a grill microwave.
