The various types of new detached bungalows and villas are spread over the park. You can choose a 4-pers. single floor bungalow (NL-7963-01), a 6-pers. villa (NL-7963-02), a 6-pers. wellness villa with infrared sauna for two persons and a sunbed (NL-7963-03) or an 8-pers. villa (NL-7963-04). All types, except for the 4 person, have two bathrooms and a gas fireplace. You have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is also a luxury wellness variation (NL-76930-06). You will find a Finnish sauna and bubble bath in a separate outdoor space, there is free internet and one of the bedrooms on the upper floor has a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Peace, nature, relaxation and culture! From De Marke van Ruinen country estate you will see many nature areas such as the Ruinen forest station and the Dwingelderveld national park. Quick and easy to reach for outstanding hiking and cycling. In the 1200 hectare nature area with heath, forest and lovely fens, you can really be at ease. The village of Ruinen has all provisions and an extensive selection of shops. Hit a ball on the 18 hold golf course in Havelte or on the Pitch and Putt Golf in Koekange. If you'd rather visit a museum or gallery, there are plenty in Hoogeveen, Assen and Meppel. The park offers spacious new villas with a great deal of privacy. You can hire cycles on the park, so that you can explore the area by bike and you don't have to take your bike with you.
The De Marke van Ruinen country estate offers lovely new villas with a great deal of privacy.
The park has no facilities, so peace and quiet are maintained. It is located near national parks Dwingelderveld and the Drents-Friese Wold.

There is not enough cutlery in the house (meat cleaver also not available). I think the oven is a cheap model, in any case it did not work properly. The cottage is also neat and the beds are reasonable. Upon arrival we were immediately told that it is not the intention to place two cars in front of the house (we were still unloading) in an unfriendly way.

Spacious holiday home fully equipped. Close to nature reserve, you can easily walk in. The holiday park itself is quiet, there are not many facilities but that's fine. You come here for your rest, or as a base for days out

With two people and a large dog (Bernese Mountain) we have in February for a week on this park genoten.Voor people with a dog park is ideally located because you can walk in the woods. Unfortunately the garden is not fenced, otherwise we would definitely come back in the summer.

We were 4 people in the house. A grandfather and grandmother over 80 years with our grandchildren aged 17 and 21 years. The cottage is ideal for both ages. The upper floor was for the girls and we are down. Of course, the solarium and sauna great for the ladies. Very quiet area and a very fine house with not too much fuss in it. Super quiet park but we like it! Long ago we had such a clean, well-equipped cottage, there is plenty to do in the area for young and old, have nice food at Lunings in Ruins Great !! And so nice to drive Solex and then again nice Look at The Marke of Ruins

Arrival was later planned but no problem for reception. Accommodation looked great. Excellent clean, despite the fact that this bungalow is also allowed dogs (we also chose to make it aware). very quiet park due to lack of facilities like shop, restaurant, children's playground etc. but 10 minutes drive everything is available. Excellent location for hiking and cycling tours.

House is beautiful and the location too. Well cared for and equipped with a lot of luxury. Not unimportant in this day and age: WiFi is top notch (fiber optic). Well maintained and clean house. Sanitary and kitchen are excellent. Worth every euro.

We found a beautiful house with lots of privacy and space around the house in the green. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy walking and cycling. The welcome was sober. You received a folder and key and you were done. But this also fits in with the character of peace and privacy that you will find in this park.
