The various types of new detached bungalows and villas are spread over the park. You can choose a 4-pers. single floor bungalow (NL-7963-01), a 6-pers. villa (NL-7963-02), a 6-pers. wellness villa with infrared sauna for two persons and a sunbed (NL-7963-03) or an 8-pers. villa (NL-7963-04). All types, except for the 4 person, have two bathrooms and a gas fireplace. You have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is also a luxury wellness variation (NL-76930-06). You will find a Finnish sauna and bubble bath in a separate outdoor space, there is free internet and one of the bedrooms on the upper floor has a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Peace, nature, relaxation and culture! From De Marke van Ruinen country estate you will see many nature areas such as the Ruinen forest station and the Dwingelderveld national park. Quick and easy to reach for outstanding hiking and cycling. In the 1200 hectare nature area with heath, forest and lovely fens, you can really be at ease. The village of Ruinen has all provisions and an extensive selection of shops. Hit a ball on the 18 hold golf course in Havelte or on the Pitch and Putt Golf in Koekange. If you'd rather visit a museum or gallery, there are plenty in Hoogeveen, Assen and Meppel. The park offers spacious new villas with a great deal of privacy. You can hire cycles on the park, so that you can explore the area by bike and you don't have to take your bike with you.
The De Marke van Ruinen country estate offers lovely new villas with a great deal of privacy.
The park has no facilities, so peace and quiet are maintained. It is located near national parks Dwingelderveld and the Drents-Friese Wold.

The setting is stunning, beautiful scenery and tranquility. On arrival the house was not cleaned. After a difficult conversation, we made arrangements to get. Half the cleaning return (Then we had to clean yourself) There were no provisions for a child and a baby while it was clearly marked. This we eventually got it at the reception, so we had to walk. The rain with all this stuff, We have recognized accounts of other tenants, who paid significantly less than we do.

We were early and had to wait an hour before the cleaning lady was ready. The area was beautifully situated among the trees and lots of privacy around the house. The accommodation was fine, but the pans and frying pans were missing. After reporting this, new pots and pans were urgently brought.

A nice spacious house in a very quiet park. You are awakened by the birdsong. Sufficient privacy between the houses. Good inventory including cushions for garden furniture and games. Modernly furnished, clean and without flaws. Beautiful surroundings, directly from the park you cycle across the street into a beautiful nature reserve. There also the possibility to make walks, also eg to make a round of 3/4 hours with a pram. In short, a stay worth repeating.

This house is located in a very quiet holiday park in the woods. It has plenty of rest and can make lovely walking and cycling. For shopping, you can take the bicycle to ruins. (Or car) Also the restaurants (including Olde Posthuus) are very good. The weather must then take as it comes.

Neat fast reception, nice spacious house, but mattresses need to be replaced, that also applies to some lamps and curtains. No fine lighting, beautiful garden and terrace with lots of privacy. Beautiful area where there is much to do.

A very peaceful stay in nature. Lots of privacy, spacious and cozy. The gas fireplace made it even cozier. Very friendly reception. We had our kids and little grandson a super weekend.
