Very spacious accommodation, nice bathroom (though the shower liked bigger so you do not then everything had to mop up) and very cozy living room with gas heater. Very tastefully decorated. Without a doubt, "a female touch." Guests also had free range fresh eggs (got mine otherwise forgotten about -)). Nothing to criticize. Also Meppel and Zwolle moeite.Hoewel there were six people in to the house, best for a large family and not for several couples, the difference between the main bedroom and the children's bedrooms is en. Wonderful luxury holiday farm! The sauna is spacious and the bath is a good size. The master bedroom has its own sink and shower. Everything has been thought of. The finish was the house is nice and sleek and the decor rural. The kitchen is modern with a real oven (no combi) and a dishwasher! Super. Next to the farm is a field with goats and chickens. The kittens regularly come to ask for attention at the door. In the morning the rooster crows. Supermarkets are quickly accessible. On Saturday there is a mini market with fresh products on the square (cheese/nut bread & fish)

The Morris-Lam family. A lovely place to stay. Stylish and comfortable. The main bathroom shower still not quite well for keeping the place dry. And yes that cockerel. You do get used to it. The sauna is an absolute bliss after a day out. Zwolle, Slagharen, Dalfsen and bike hire from bike shop Klinge in the village, Nieuwleusen is an absolute must to explore the lovely area. Again a fantastic Villa to stay including the two cats which contribute to a great stay for out wee girl too.

The cottage itself had everything we needed although we did miss a microwave but that was the only thing that was amiss. Everything else was perfect, the decoration and attention to detail absolutely perfect and the owners helpful and friendly when we did see them. There is also a very friendly little cat that made us smile as she was always there waiting for us to say hallo. We can only recommend Prinsensteeg - you will love it!

Beautiful house and beautiful, private place. We have had a lot of problems with flies and mosquitoes. Three family members are quite pricked. It would be recommended to install door screens. We discovered a nest of the oak processionary caterpillar. Our son was covered in bumps and spots with the accompanying itch. This was a downside of our stay here.

Long weekend in Prince Lane. Really liked. Nice and calm. Everything in the spacious house there what you need. Surprise fresh eggs on arrival. Good plumbing. Home is within some noisy in the bedrooms upstairs is good to hear what is going down. The cock crows in the garden when the light is, but that part of the country, so no real problem. Two cats are always trying to get in, which is sometimes annoying.

On our 1st visit to Appie we bought "a box of cat food. Chip and Dale eat like fine crumbs in 'n Sauce. The frequent kukuleku Rooster we were tired of it quickly ... Between rain showers we have done Molentocht. We ended up at bakery van der Most. There we ordered coffee complete one "n hazelnut pastry. That hazelnut cakes (their specialty) are delicious! If you want to eat tasty, we recommend restaurant De Troubadour in. They are open on Fri, Sat and Sun. Our week at Prince Lane was very successful . You've got a lot of privacy. the sauna was nice luxury coincidence. Furthermore, we noticed that it Prince Lane too much care was given to little things like the pretty lights.

The week of July 6 / July 13, we have enjoyed in the Prince Lane. The house was fully equipped. We got on arrival fresh eggs from the chickens that live next to the house, along with three kids and a rooster. Very nice! As icing on the cake we received from the owners a bowl of freshly picked cherries. The house is perfect to unwind. It has a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere!

The homeowner almost immediately met us walk after arriving at the property. First impression of the house was very good, very nice and stylish furnishings. There were fresh eggs ready, there was a handwritten welcome card and we were even welcomed on a chalk board that hangs beside the door to the wall. This personal touch adds a lot. In terms of facilities of almost everything provided and the fireplace makes the picture perfect autumn / winter period. The area is quiet, with a view of the kids in the yard!

A lovely place to stay. Stylish and comfortable. The main bathroom shower still not quite well for keeping the place dry. And yes that cockerel. You do get used to it. The sauna is an absolute bliss after a day out. Zwolle, Slagharen, Dalfsen and bike hire from bike shop Klinge in the village, Nieuwleusen is an absolute must to explore the lovely area. Again a fantastic Villa to stay including the two cats which contribute to a great stay for out wee girl too.

Had a great weekend with friends. We liked it to yourself to prepare some culinary airs and that works fine in Prince Lane. Furthermore, it is very rural and look out onto a meadow with goats and other small livestock. Small disadvantage was the presence of two cats throughout the weekend were a nuisance to the door (if you're not careful they sit inside) and even in our absence by an open window had been slipped inside. But otherwise it's fine place to be.

A beautifully converted, very complete and neat clean house we felt right there at home. The location is rural and yet only five minutes away from the village and shops, ideal. From the living room you have a view of the goats / chicken park, the animals like to eat old bread and come on when they see you. The rest of the garden is quite located and has a good sun location. From this place you can enjoy biking, you can enjoy all the scenery and enjoy the beautiful Overijsselse landscape

Beautiful interior, with authentic details and all amenities. Also enjoy living in the garden, along with the two cats that are your best friend. For our dreams, the kids, chickens and ponies were also very nice, but the surroundings are very beautiful, in the picturesque Nieuwleusen. In Zwolle you are also so, but the first user tracks are visible.

We, my 77 year old mother, my 54 year old sister and I (49 years), stayed in this beautiful house for a week. The reception was very uncomplicated, the key was stuck and we could discover the kingdom. It had to be conquered a little, because it lacks manuals. The contact we had to make with the landlords since we did not get the gas fireplace was very friendly. The house has been lovingly restored and met our taste. The kitchen was well equipped, we always provide ourselves. The sauna really great, enough towels are available. Since the house is very noisy, it is recommended that you are familiar with each other. We spent a wonderful week here in the middle of nature between the goats, sheep and chickens and like to come back.

The annual men's retreat has exceeded our expectations in terms of house. We really enjoyed this modern, comfortable farmhouse with a nice bathroom and sauna! It looked neat and attractive, beds made and everything present such as towels and sauna cloths. The kitchen inventory was also very complete, compliments for that. Furthermore, games, books and magazines in the house. Nice view of the animals and a little further on an even wider view. Delicious fresh eggs on arrival, very thoughtful! Plenty to do in the area! We have visited Kampen, Hasselt and Ommen. Also went to the Lemelerberg. Another tip is having a drink at the Mooi River hotel with a beautiful view over the Vecht! Don't miss the Kas van Kaat in Zwolle for a tasty snack and buying special trinkets. We look back with pleasure on a pleasant holiday week!

An attractive house, you feel at home quickly. There would be some kitchen stuff can be expanded as serving spoons. Good place to unwind, but also as a base to places like Zwolle, Meppel, Emmen and Barger-Compascuum (Veenpark also containing the Harmonium Museum).

The cats were a plus, although I can imagine that people who do not like cats do not appreciate it that they just come in when the doors are open. This was the third time we were in guesthouse Prinsensteeg. Nice quiet place and all amenities available. This time we were unfortunately plagued by many flies. Although that fits in a natural environment, a few more screens is highly desirable, given the warm weather, ventilation is necessary. We also found it a bit dusty this time, I suffered from allergies. We would like to see the towels treated with some fabric softener. We can still heartily recommend this stay.

We were with friends and their two children in the Prince Lane. When we arrived there were fresh eggs waiting for us. We felt immediately welcome! We found it to provide a very comfortable home really equipped. In addition, the very attractively decorated, making you feel truly at ease. Very nice how they put an old farm with a modern twist with the glass staircase and the further device. All very nicely finished. We enjoyed the sauna and the animals in the meadow next to it.
