Additionally, we had an exceptionally good time with the lively boiler, which really knew how to produce the strangest sounds. Every time, we were in stitches again when someone got blamed for letting one rip. Awesome!

The accommodation is fantastic. We were married for 50 years and spent a week in the Robertus with (grand) children. The grandchildren of 10, 12, 13 and 14 years. All four have repeatedly indicated how much they enjoyed it! The service from the owner is cum laude. On Sunday we ordered a Burgundian and luxury buffet for 24 people. That sounded like a clock. Nicely located, well maintained, clean house. Very nice area for walking with the kids, cycling or, for example, going to Giethoorn to sail a boat. We had 4 very nice days in this house with the children and grandchildren. They really enjoyed the playroom with all the toys. They also spent a lot of time outside with play tractors, bicycles, etc., and the football field was also very popular.
The children slept wonderfully in the sleeping attic with 6 beds, so the parents also slept wonderfully.
Everything was complete downstairs with 2 kitchens, 2 dishwashers, a room with billiards and football table, 2 rooms with TV. So everything is very complete. It is highly recommended for a few days in Dalfsen. Satisfied Grandpa and Grandma, 6 parents and 7 grandchildren.

We stayed for a week with 7 adults and 5 children aged 2-6. The house offers especially the children enough space to romp and play and the outdoor area also has a lot to offer (play barn, go-karts, volleyball net, soccer field, trampoline,...).



Some things are getting a bit old (e.g. some Kettcars with flat tires, missing pedals, etc.), but overall we were very satisfied. There are more than enough pots, pans and dishes and they are all ok. Several coffee machines, pad machines, hot air fryers, etc. are also available. Only the oven was a little weak on the chest.



It's great that there are two dishwashers on site, and they both run daily with the maximum number of occupants.



Nice seating outside (covered and uncovered). If required, a professional grilling system can be booked including cooling etc.

We had a great time here! The farm was super cozy and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the garden, and we took nice walks in the nearby forest. Just a little far from the city center, but not a big deal.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Robertushoeve. It was really fantastic, everything is there, nothing was missing. What you needed was there. Robertushoeve is really a fantastic location, especially if you are with children.It is a beautiful big house with really everything there, you do not have to bring anything with you because the house has everything.For children a large play paradise and for the adults and a lovely place with all Services. Relax outside, but also in beautiful cozy spaces. And the sleeping loft with 6 beds is super fun for kids, for example, each has his own "house". The owner Dirk has great service. The owner has recovered this but unfortunately this has not been done in advance - There are 2 lawnmowers running all the time. This was experienced as a disturbance for comfort. As a first impression, the cottage seemed amazing with all that on and on. After a day, we were in a different opinion. It is very outdated and the dishes, bags, crockery, .... look very dirty. Nor is it hygienic. Before we had to use anything we have to wash everything. Also, it was very messy, lots of things to be found or not. "We had the impression that privacy was going on during our week in Dalfsen (just as the title says) Unfortunately this was not true. Throughout the week, a carnavals car was keyed to the warehouse opposite our cottage. This during the evening. We had a brilliant week at Robertushoeve. The house is very well equipped, with more than enough cutlery, crockery, seating etc for our group of 6 adults and 9 children. Outside, the space is fantastic. There were a few bikes and plenty of toys for the children. The boys, in particular, enjoyed making good use of the football 'pitch'. There was plenty of seating and we were lucky with the weather so ate outside every evening (BBQ was good size and well used by us!). There is even a covered outdoor area for eating with lighting. Inside, the layout of the house is quite confusing, with 2 kitchens on different sides of the house, and a utility room (with a dishwasher and washing machine) in the middle of the house. But it works well. Bedrooms were all a good size, beds were comfortable, and the children loved their individual pods in the dormitory. We all suffered with plenty of mosquito bites (it became a bit of a competition), just a warning... In the local area there is plenty to do. An easy cycle ride down to Dalfsen for a huge ice cream was a popular activity with the children. There is a lookout tower on the way and a chain ferry across the canal which was fun. We also had a great day at Walibi and took the train to Amsterdam. All in all, a great holiday, we will be returning in the future.

We had great weather and could therefore enjoy the beautiful surroundings. For hikers a Eldorado.De of young children (2 years) have a second bored and old (14 years).

What a nice house! If you come with a small child, you own almost nothing to carry. There is a cot, baby bath and lots of toys. Fantastic. Delicious home.

Everything was there. Toys for indoors and outdoors. Young and old have a lot of fun. We did not really bring it back, but that was no problem.
