We were with a group of 11 children and 4 adults.Plus points + large garden where the children can play + playground + sleeping places are very nice + if there was something left the owner immediately left for repairs + owner was friendlyNadelen- The items in the playhouse were for a Broken part. The owner has recovered this but unfortunately this has not been done in advance - There are 2 lawnmowers running all the time. This was experienced as a disturbance for comfort. As a first impression, the cottage seemed amazing with all that on and on. After a day, we were in a different opinion. It is very outdated and the dishes, bags, crockery, .... look very dirty. Nor is it hygienic. Before we had to use anything we have to wash everything. Also, it was very messy, lots of things to be found or not. "We had the impression that privacy was going on during our week in Dalfsen (just as the title says) Unfortunately this was not true. Throughout the week, a carnavals car was keyed to the warehouse opposite our cottage. This during the evening. We stayed for a week with 7 adults and 5 children aged 2-6. The house offers especially the children enough space to romp and play and the outdoor area also has a lot to offer (play barn, go-karts, volleyball net, soccer field, trampoline,...).



Some things are getting a bit old (e.g. some Kettcars with flat tires, missing pedals, etc.), but overall we were very satisfied. There are more than enough pots, pans and dishes and they are all ok. Several coffee machines, pad machines, hot air fryers, etc. are also available. Only the oven was a little weak on the chest.



It's great that there are two dishwashers on site, and they both run daily with the maximum number of occupants.

Robertushoeve is really a fantastic location, especially if you are with children.It is a beautiful big house with really everything there, you do not have to bring anything with you because the house has everything.For children a large play paradise and for the adults and a lovely place with all Services. We had a brilliant week at Robertushoeve. The house is very well equipped, with more than enough cutlery, crockery, seating etc for our group of 6 adults and 9 children. Outside, the space is fantastic. There were a few bikes and plenty of toys for the children. The boys, in particular, enjoyed making good use of the football 'pitch'. There was plenty of seating and we were lucky with the weather so ate outside every evening (BBQ was good size and well used by us!). There is even a covered outdoor area for eating with lighting. Inside, the layout of the house is quite confusing, with 2 kitchens on different sides of the house, and a utility room (with a dishwasher and washing machine) in the middle of the house. But it works well. Bedrooms were all a good size, beds were comfortable, and the children loved their individual pods in the dormitory. We all suffered with plenty of mosquito bites (it became a bit of a competition), just a warning... In the local area there is plenty to do. An easy cycle ride down to Dalfsen for a huge ice cream was a popular activity with the children. There is a lookout tower on the way and a chain ferry across the canal which was fun. We also had a great day at Walibi and took the train to Amsterdam. All in all, a great holiday, we will be returning in the future.

The accommodation is fantastic. We were married for 50 years and spent a week in the Robertus with (grand) children. The grandchildren of 10, 12, 13 and 14 years. Some things are getting a bit old (e.g. some Kettcars with flat tires, missing pedals, etc.), but overall we were very satisfied. There are more than enough pots, pans and dishes and they are all ok. We had a brilliant week at Robertushoeve. The house is very well equipped, with more than enough cutlery, crockery, seating etc for our group of 6 adults and 9 children.



Outside, the space is fantastic. There were a few bikes and plenty of toys for the children. The boys, in particular, enjoyed making good use of the football 'pitch'. There was plenty of seating and we were lucky with the weather so ate outside every evening (BBQ was good size and well used by us!). There is even a covered outdoor area for eating with lighting.



Inside, the layout of the house is quite confusing, with 2 kitchens on different sides of the house, and a utility room (with a dishwasher and washing machine) in the middle of the house. But it works well. Bedrooms were all a good size, beds were comfortable, and the children loved their individual pods in the dormitory. We all suffered with plenty of mosquito bites (it became a bit of a competition), just a warning...



In the local area there is plenty to do. An easy cycle ride down to Dalfsen for a huge ice cream was a popular activity with the children. There is a lookout tower on the way and a chain ferry across the canal which was fun. We also had a great day at Walibi and took the train to Amsterdam.



All in all, a great holiday, we will be returning in the future.
