On arrival we were received warmly by Herman and Annie Greuting. Our host and hostess. From out of there we can make beautiful bike trips and museum visits to outdoor cafe. In short it was a nice holiday.

The cottage was exactly as described, spacious enough and it was neat and clean. As mentioned, there is plenty of privacy. The contact with the owners went very smoothly. Annie and Herman are very nice, lovely people. It was a shame that the playground was not yet ready (force majeure due to the heavy rain) but the children didn't miss this for a second. They loved helping to feed the alpacas and sheep, even the youngest (2) still asks regularly if she can feed the alpacas. The cottage was fully equipped and had a very complete inventory. All the ingredients for a great holiday and a perfect base for various fun and beautiful trips.

Arrival was super. Nice people. We had a problem and that is solved immediately. House is fine except for a few small things. In one bedroom there is a grid which unfortunately could not close. That is why we first received a lot of mosquitoes. Furthermore, there is no children's toy <5. Environment is beautiful, lots of space and lots of sights.

We were received with a bottle of wine and all kinds of sweets, eggs, jams and the birth of an alpaca (lama). The accommodation was spacious, simply furnished, with all the necessary equipment. The house is located next to the house of the owners who are mostly absent during the day. The area is wide, meadows and at short distance the highway. That does give some traffic noise. Within a short distance you can go hiking on the Holterberg.

Cottage is small but nice.Confort is good.Fijne beds and furniture. Nice to wake up and hear the sheep. Apacas were funny too.. but a bit shy of strangers. Especially the kittens were great. Every day just cuddling with ze.Veel to do in the neighborhood.Was occasionally a bit cool .. but the outdoor pool was also a great place to stay (and a 10 to 15 minute bike ride) The only thing we missed maybe rocket shield was a freezer. Owner was in the same yard. But on the other side of their house. You only noticed that they were there when they went to work or just walked across the yard. Cottage in the yard was no closer to us.

Beautiful area for hiking. We hit it with the snow, fantastic. Moreover, we also had a beautiful skating pond nearby. The holiday home is also comfortable in winter with underfloor heating.

Had a very nice week. Nice owners. The cottage is very cozy and nice, with nice beds with alpaca duvets from their own alpacas. Our twins of almost two liked those alpacas very much. Only loss towards the end of the week was a dishwasher. The area (Sallandse ridge) is of course fantastic for walking and is close (15 min).

We had a great week in Holten. There is plenty to do in the area. Very nice homeowners. We missed mosquito nets in 2 bedrooms. The village is also just too far for the beautiful, about 5 km. We rented scooters in Deventer, rented a whisper boat in Zuna. We also cycled a lot in the beautiful surroundings and the purple heath was also beautiful.

In the downstairs bedroom only a small window can be opened and without a fly screen, which results in nightly fights with mosquitoes. The tap of the sink is completely loose and sways in all directions. Washing in the sink is not possible due to the lack of a stopper. To clarify: there is no dishwasher (but we knew that) There was a sewer smell in the shower room, but we overpowered it with a deodorizer. Garden house could not be locked (our rental bicycles were stored in it) Grill grill totally worn out (rust) It is a beautiful house, but for many things the following applies: "just not". The positive is that the lady is friendly and gallant (coffee and biscuits were ready on arrival) and also goudeerlijk.Mits some adjustments can result in something very nice.

A wonderful week in Holten! The welcome was nice with an elderberry juice in the fridge and a fresh pot of coffee on arrival. The cottage is functional and neat. The space around it is wonderfully rural. The A1 is at a sufficient distance to certainly not be bothered by it. The farm feeling with the Alpacas and sheep, cats, swallows and whatever else flies around. Just a real holiday. And there is plenty to do in the area! A really nice week. Very nice house! We were 2 adults and 1 child. Despite the fact that the house has 6 sleeping places, it would be a bit tight with 6 adults. The alpacas are great fun and the space outside is nice. The playground equipment may need a makeover. Furthermore, the beds are a bit soft for our taste, but that is personal. The duvets with alpaca wool are very nice. The surroundings are beautiful, with the Sallantse Heuvelrug close by. Lovely walk, also great for children.

We were very warmly welcomed by Annie (the hostess) with coffee, fresh apple juice from our own cultivation, cake, sweets and cake for the children. The accommodation was in perfect condition, beds were already made. At the house the children could enjoy playing in the playground so that we could put all the stuff in. The area is really super, wonderfully quiet! Highway is close by but we have not had any problems with it both inside and outside. The beds are really delicious. When you open the curtains in the morning you immediately see the alpacas and sheep, which of course the children really loved! I really recommend it to everyone! We hugely enjoyed the cabin. Everything you need is available. It looks very neat and tidy! The box spring top is very tasty. We lucked out with a beautiful summer week, so we could sit outside very much. This place is well shielded from the house of the landlords, so you definitely have your privacy. All day sun, an enclosed playground for the kids was perfect. There is a BBQ \/ patio fireplace present where we were firing unlimited! The area outside is facing south, so we could spend the day soaking up the sun! The owners are nice and behulpzaam.Alles was top! Definitely recommended for those who love peace \/ nature and also very suitable for families with (young) children.

We have had a wonderful holiday in Greutink.De reception cottage of the family was in one word fantastic. Bunch of tulips on the table and a snack were ready! The cottage is ideal for a family with young children. The location is beautiful and the room and its own fenced playground ideal for children. Very nice host and wife, home, inside and outside picobello, also great for families with children. Just be close to the highway. Had been called or you had trouble with, and according to the owner you would not notice anything. But apart from the rest enjoy is not in there, you'll see the highway and hear a continuous murmur. Pity. We were there 10 days and after a week we asked for an extra set of kitchen towels (not so strange after a week use anyway) and that was no problem, but on the final bill so you had to be there to pay. I'd like to hear more, but so neat.

We had a great week in Holten. There is plenty to do in the area. Very nice homeowners. We missed mosquito nets in 2 bedrooms. The village is also just too far for the beautiful, about 5 km. We rented scooters in Deventer, rented a whisper boat in Zuna. We also cycled a lot in the beautiful surroundings and the purple heath was also beautiful.

We were married September 28, 35 years and have this along with our adult children in Holten celebrated. The cottage was perfect for 6 adults. The environment is very relaxing and the weather was perfect, so that together we could have breakfast outside in the sun.

We hugely enjoyed the cabin. Everything you need is available. It looks very neat and tidy! The box spring top is very tasty. We lucked out with a beautiful summer week, so we could sit outside very much. This place is well shielded from the house of the landlords, so you definitely have your privacy. All day sun, an enclosed playground for the kids was perfect. There is a BBQ \/ patio fireplace present where we were firing unlimited! The area outside is facing south, so we could spend the day soaking up the sun! The owners are nice and behulpzaam.Alles was top! Definitely recommended for those who love peace \/ nature and also very suitable for families with (young) children.

Very nice host and wife, home, inside and outside picobello, also great for families with children. Just be close to the highway. Had been called or you had trouble with, and according to the owner you would not notice anything. But apart from the rest enjoy is not in there, you'll see the highway and hear a continuous murmur. Pity. We were there 10 days and after a week we asked for an extra set of kitchen towels (not so strange after a week use anyway) and that was no problem, but on the final bill so you had to be there to pay. I'd like to hear more, but so neat.

With a bunch of girlfriends celebrated our annual outing at "t Kokhuus. A warm welcome with coffee and cookies. Inside it was fortunately still warm in the cold weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy interior. The large bed was so delicious top added tasty. Worth repeating.

We have had a wonderful holiday in Greutink.De reception cottage of the family was in one word fantastic. Bunch of tulips on the table and a snack were ready! The cottage is ideal for a family with young children. The location is beautiful and the room and its own fenced playground ideal for children. We were lucky with the weather so much been out and plenty to do in the immediate area

The cabin is comfortable and fully furnished. Due to the good underfloor heating downstairs and heat panels above it is also pleasant in winter. Much peace and privacy, just what we were looking for. The cottage is a good base for all kinds of day trips, fun!

We, 2 adults, 3 children (7,6,1 years old) had a wonderful holiday in this vakantiehuis.Leuke reception. Everything was still nice and new. Wonderfully clean and excellent service. Clean towels every day. The part where the playground is fenced and exit, for our smallest ideal! It was great!

On arrival we were received warmly by Herman and Annie Greuting. Our host and hostess. From out of there we can make beautiful bike trips and museum visits to outdoor cafe. In short it was a nice holiday.

We were received with a bottle of wine and all kinds of sweets, eggs, jams and the birth of an alpaca (lama). The accommodation was spacious, simply furnished, with all the necessary equipment. The house is located next to the house of the owners who are mostly absent during the day. The area is wide, meadows and at short distance the highway. That does give some traffic noise. Within a short distance you can go hiking on the Holterberg.

We were welcomed by Annie and Herman. A beautiful new property with a nice location for various activities from cycling to visit local markets, petting zoo and other places nearby. Questions and glitches were immediately answered and resolved. We'll come back here.

We are kindly received. The cabin is spacious and we felt immediately at home with the filled coffee, not to mention the bottle of wine and the flower vase on the table. Despite the weather gods were not favorable, we still had a wonderful week. Next time we hope to see more of the area.
