What a lovely house. All the trimmings really. Sufficient bath and kitchen linen, plenty of crockery in the cupboards, you name it. The location is nice and quiet and very central for fun things to do in the area. It was nice that there was also a spacious garage for the bicycles. De gastvrouw ontmoette ons keurig op tijd voor de check-in en check-out en heeft alles duidelijk uitgelegd. We hebben genoten van de mooie bosrijke omgeving waarin dit huis ligt. In het huis zelf was werkelijk alles voorhanden wat we nodig hadden. Op het terras met uitzicht op de tuin hebben we heerlijk gegeten en gezeten. In de slaapkamer bleef het heerlijk koel tijdens de warme (30+) dagen. We hebben een geweldige week in dit huis gehad.

The manager of the accommodation was on arrival to hang nuts for the squirrels in the garden, because it is such a nice sight when they are eating it outside It was wet and cold, inside it was comfortably warm and The candles were cozy, the beds were delicious and the pamper package was ready .. We enjoyed the holiday home "THE WOUDHUIS" in Holten. We were received very hospitably there for a week, the house so beautiful in a green environment and detached. A house fully furnished you only have to bring your clothes and food / drinks and for the rest, everything is provided, no towels, bedding, etc etc everything is er.Mooie garden with covered terrace grote.Zeker highly recommended. Just a pity that Belvilla is in between, what a worthless organization, to the point of threatening that the remaining amount had to be paid on time while there is still more than a week in between. We had chosen the option, down payment and 6 weeks before the start of the rental house. What is our surprise by email, and that was at least 7 to 8 weeks before depositing the remaining amount, a reminder to pay immediately, otherwise the agreement will be cancelled, well you can't make me angrier, also on the response that I immediately sent back have no response, so it's a shame that they treat customers like that.

Despite the fact that there are other (holiday) houses around it, there is a lot of privacy in the house and the garden. There are many cycling and walking opportunities in the area: the Sallandse Heuvelrug and the Borkeld. The cottage is most comfortable for up to 4 people (in terms of surface area and 1 shower). The wifi is excellent, the TV modern and good heating. The bedrooms are downstairs in the basement, which is good to know if you have mobility problems. The furnishings have been carried out with care and furniture, beds, crockery, etc. are of solid quality. Contact with the landlord was pleasant and smooth.

A lovely house. fun games for children. eg Darts in the barn. There are many things to do in the area. eg GPS trip in cavities, especially with slightly older children very nice.The pool in Deventer is also fun on a worse day. We are pleasantly and warmly received. The house was for us, everything could be used. There was more than enough crockery and the like for 5 people (first with 2 adults, later with 3 young adults there). It is a fine accommodation both inside and outside. Within sufficient movement and living space. Two of the three bedrooms are in the basement. There the temperature is significantly lower. We had very nice weather, that extra coolness was fine. Downstairs in the basement also a toilet and wide sink. Upstairs in the bathroom toilet, sink and shower. With 5 people, the shower is attuned to each other, but that did take care of itself. Because of the beautiful weather and the beautiful surroundings a lot lived outside. The garden around the house is beautiful and very nice with the privacy and many seating areas. Enormously enjoyed the many birds that were partly busy to take care of the youngsters in the nest boxes. There is only one drawback to mention you hear quite a lot of traffic from the provincial road, but the birds present are doing their very best to drown out this sound. Environment is beautiful and very varied. You can go many ways. Two tips the walking bikes in Holten are recommended as well as grill-bar restaurant Legendarios (reservation is recommended).

We had arrived half an hour earlier than planned, but that was no problem for the owner and just received warmly! A bottle of wine and chocolates were ready at reception. Upon entering the house we immediately got a warm 'welcome-home-feeling', first impression was very good. After the owner had shown us all the rooms and facilities, we then looked at the beautiful garden at our leisure and could immediately enjoy all the bird song sounds. Although it was rainy this day and a bit gloomy outside, these sounds made it a lot happier. Both in the house itself and outside everything was well cared for and maintained. Inside it was nicely tidy, clean and the beds were tightly made and smelled wonderfully fresh. In terms of practical matters it was pretty complete, you could find almost anything if you needed something. I would definitely recommend this house if you like privacy and a natural environment. Here you can enjoy intense romantic evenings as well as with families or a small group of people. There is really plenty to do in the area, both for people who love nature and history and for the little ones and teenagers, who would like to do all kinds of outdoor activities, or for shop lovers in the nearby cities. You can also enjoy yourself in the cottage itself on rainy days. Our well-deserved compliments to the owners, we wish you much success and hopefully we can and may enjoy many more people of your place, as we have done!

We enjoyed the holiday home "THE WOUDHUIS" in Holten. We were received very hospitably there for a week, the house so beautiful in a green environment and detached. Just a pity that Belvilla is in between, what a worthless organization, to the point of threatening that the remaining amount had to be paid on time while there is still more than a week in between. We had chosen the option, down payment and 6 weeks before the start of the rental house. What is our surprise by email, and that was at least 7 to 8 weeks before depositing the remaining amount, a reminder to pay immediately, otherwise the agreement will be cancelled, well you can't make me angrier, also on the response that I immediately sent back have no response, so it's a shame that they treat customers like that.

t Woudhuis in Holten is a very pleasant and comfortable holiday home. Fully equipped and surrounded by a beautiful, green garden. Despite the fact that there are other (holiday) houses around it, there is a lot of privacy in the house and the garden. There are many cycling and walking opportunities in the area: the Sallandse Heuvelrug and the Borkeld. The cottage is most comfortable for up to 4 people (in terms of surface area and 1 shower). The wifi is excellent, the TV modern and good heating. The bedrooms are downstairs in the basement, which is good to know if you have mobility problems. What a wonderful holiday. The house is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 2 children. Everything has been thought of by the owners. Bed linen, bath and kitchen linen. Fully equipped kitchen. The arrival was good we were welcomed by Manny Lensink.We were given a tour of the house and a welcome gift was on the table.The bungalow was fine everything was present and clean.The beds were fine. an advantage that we slept downstairs and that is nice and cool when it is warm.

De gastvrouw ontmoette ons keurig op tijd voor de check-in en check-out en heeft alles duidelijk uitgelegd.
We hebben genoten van de mooie bosrijke omgeving waarin dit huis ligt. In het huis zelf was werkelijk alles voorhanden wat we nodig hadden. Op het terras met uitzicht op de tuin hebben we heerlijk gegeten en gezeten. In de slaapkamer bleef het heerlijk koel tijdens de warme (30+) dagen.
We hebben een geweldige week in dit huis gehad.

We were received very well and received a tour so that you feel right at home. The house is really equipped with everything. The beds are very good and slept wonderfully. The garden is so beautiful you imagine yourself in a nature film, so many different birds, ferrets, squirrels you name it great. We enjoyed this week and return home feeling satisfied.

We are pleasantly and warmly received. The house was for us, everything could be used. There was more than enough crockery and the like for 5 people (first with 2 adults, later with 3 young adults there). It is a fine accommodation both inside and outside. Within sufficient movement and living space. Two of the three bedrooms are in the basement. There the temperature is significantly lower. We had very nice weather, that extra coolness was fine. Downstairs in the basement also a toilet and wide sink. Upstairs in the bathroom toilet, sink and shower. With 5 people, the shower is attuned to each other, but that did take care of itself. Because of the beautiful weather and the beautiful surroundings a lot lived outside. The garden around the house is beautiful and very nice with the privacy and many seating areas. Enormously enjoyed the many birds that were partly busy to take care of the youngsters in the nest boxes. There is only one drawback to mention you hear quite a lot of traffic from the provincial road, but the birds present are doing their very best to drown out this sound. Environment is beautiful and very varied. You can go many ways. Two tips the walking bikes in Holten are recommended as well as grill-bar restaurant Legendarios (reservation is recommended).

What a fantastic house this is. with very nice garden very good internet fantastic beds good pans good working TV lots of space large bedrooms. Delicious with every day squirrels in the garden and Vlaamse Gaai who have cost us 3 bags of peanuts in 1 week but that was so nice. Great shower. Really a super house and super location. If there must be something that it isn't 10 but a 9.5 is that we thought we could walk into the forest from the cottage this was not the case.We had to drive 2 kilometers and there was a day recreation with a lot of beautiful walks with various distances. some noise from the pump, but a big 9.5 super recommendable.We already had a lot of houses, but this one was really the most beautiful with a lot of space.

The accommodation is really great, you can't wish for anything else. Fully furnished, you miss nothing, everything is there. A beautiful garden with various seating areas, where you can choose between sun and shade! Only the noise from the highway was sometimes annoying. Really recommended. The area is beautiful and Holten is a beautiful and friendly village.

Beautiful house with beautiful garden. Superb cycling environment. Close to A1 (no nuisance) and provincial road (you can hear the traffic) Note: Belvilla indicates that there are two bathrooms. This is not the case. The downstairs toilet is only for the small message. In this time of the corona that was difficult. The stairs down are quite steep.

A lovely house. fun games for children. eg Darts in the barn. There are many things to do in the area. eg GPS trip in cavities, especially with slightly older children very nice.The pool in Deventer is also fun on a worse day. The cottage is exactly as in the pictures. Netjes and the beds delicious and made up on arrival.We have had a wonderful holiday and nothing missed in the cottage.

Arrival excellent, and friendly, clear explanation about the bungalow. The accommodation was really good, fully equipped, looked very neat, and cozy and decorative. Around a beautiful garden with canopy lighting and various seating areas. The accommodation is in the middle of a wooded area, many cycling trips in beautiful surroundings, including Holterberg.

Received on site by the hostess, a warm welcome! The accommodation is everything you can expect based on the website ........ and then a little more. We have been regularly surprised by what we found; the fireplace that is present, towels in the bathroom etc .... We loved the surroundings, it was autumn, the trees and leaves colored beautifully!

The house is easy to find via the directions. It is a wonderfully comfortable and clean holiday home with good beds and a beautiful garden around it. It is in a beautiful setting. You can make beautiful bike rides from here and it is also a beautiful hiking area. Holten has all the shops you need.

The welcome was very warm. A bottle of wine and Easter eggs were ready. The accommodation was perfect for us with 2 people. A beautiful garden was present. A garage for storing the bike is excellent. Beautiful surroundings for cycling among others the Sallands ridge.

Immediately awaited by the landlord on arrival and informed about everything. was also a nice welcome, beds made and the holiday could begin! His being walking and cycling. around the Holterberg and to Rijssen and the week has flown. The cottage is fully equipped and actually can not be better. There were squirrels walking through the garden and a redbreast bobbed in a bush. like to come back again!

We stayed in the holiday home from 19 to 26 May 2023. There was a cold draughty wind during this period. But we had a great time. The Woudhuis met the expectations as described. The Memory Freedom Museum in Nijverdal is highly recommended. Especially the 8 minute movie with special effects. The Pelmolen in Rijssen is also worth the tour (€ 3 per person).

A beautifully situated house, with all mod cons. In addition, everything was complete, many birds and squirrels were seen. However, there was only 1 bathroom, the other was a sink, with a special toilet, for the small message. Everything was clean.

we have been coming to this holiday home twice a year since 2020.
The house is well cared for and everything is there. What is also nice is that when it is very hot you sleep downstairs where it is very cool.
It is definitely recommended. the owners are also always there for you.
