The apartment is built in an attractive and beautiful old barn overlooking the cornfields. It is very quiet and the welcome is very friendly. We had a quiet weekend.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in the cabinet. We were very kindly received by Henk and Hermien. They are very hospitable and ensure that you lack nothing. Really great! The children (son 10 and daughter 14) also loved staying and the rides on the tractor with farmer Geert (son) to feed the calves are unforgettable for them. The cottage is beautiful and fully equipped, it lacks nothing. We also enjoyed the view and .... the peace ..... wonderful! There is much to experience in the Achterhoek. To get ideas: *visit the open-air museum Erve Kots, *a ride with the old steam train in Haaksbergen, *visit castles (including Ruurlo, "s Heerenberg), *quest through the maize field maze at the Melktap,  * visit to Erve Brooks in Gelselaar, highly recommended for young and old!Also just to sit in the beautiful garden and have a nice meal.* rent a whisper boat in Hellendoorn and sail on the Regge * to the mill in Zwiep, also for a * visit Hellendoorn amusement park *and a little further away... Wildlands animal park in Emmen  *visit the ice cream farm "t Dommerholt in Borculo, with more than 30 flavors of delicious ice cream, which they make themselves, (also with a huge playground) * visits to the many nice cozy towns and villages that the Achterhoek has to offer: Lochem, Coevorden (castle), the Hanseatic cities.

Warm welcome with good explanation about the residence and the company, neat complete accommodation. We personally found the beds to be too hard (boxspring beds are used to), nice quiet surroundings where you can enjoy the rural beauty with beautiful cycling routes via bicycle junctions.

Very nice house owner. We felt at home the same. The dogs the way also.The landlords have given us very great advice because we wanted to see the tulip fields and windmills. Everything was very clean and the area is just lovely rural and peaceful.

(For clarity, we eat meat.) Outside on the terrace, this led to noise and odor nuisance.We had the impression that this last aspect not for the other two rentals gold.

The property is tastefully decorated with care but ..... overlooking a field of grain as described in a previous review, however, showed a plowed field -plane for patio-which the next day was quite yawed. Of course we knew that this was a working farm, yet overtaken even unpleasant. We assume that in the peak season will not happen and that the yellow corn than now waves in the wind. The week in this apartment was perfect for us. A smaller location with shopping nearby and numerous smaller destinations in the vicinity. The landlords were very friendly and our children (8 + 10 J) were helping to feed the cows - which was soon to everyday evening ritual. Nice quiet surroundings with old oak trees. The barn next to the apartment was indeed to smell, but that one has to expect a farm before. If we choose this area again, we like to come back here.

We have been guests of Hermien and Henk before and we really liked it then. So we wanted to go back. We had now booked the Kammenet with a terrace with large barn doors. The view of the farmyard was beautiful. We enjoyed the rural setting so much. And in the evenings of the peace on the farmyard. What a wonderful week that was.

Nice view over the fields in the evening beautiful sunsets and in the morning to see the sun rise through a layer of fog, beautiful. You can walk with the (equally welcome) dog in the area. We enjoyed our holiday. We were very pleasantly received by the owners and during the holiday there was plenty of room for a question, a chat or a look in the barn. The cottage was very nice and we have been the whole holiday outside because of the fantastic weather. Delicious! The area is top for beautiful cycling and walking tours. In short, a must.

Very nice landlord. The apartment is nice, the bathroom was great. However, no closets to accommodate clothes. Especially with 3-4 people, it is not possible to keep the clothes somehow, unless one lives almost out of the suitcase. This is a pity. For longer holidays with the whole family therefore unsuitable. For 1-2 days, however, ok

The arrival was very warmly everything was well explained and the owners were exceptionally nice and helpful, the accommodation was very nice everything on and on, good beds richly equipped kitchen, nice tv, nice furniture and nice decorations made by the owner We had a great time and the surroundings are beautiful all green beautiful roads many cows in the meadows hardly any traffic it was very quiet no noise nothing just fantastic and worth repetition. The weather also fell well with no rain so much walked we have also been to Zutphen a very nice place is that.

Had a nice holiday with our 2 children. Good reception by cool people. Cozy, beautiful house. Children could enjoy playing and cycling in the yard. Nice cycling and walking tours in the area. Nice ice cream at the ice cream farm, crystal museum was great, Erve Brooks is definitely recommended. Our dog has also had a good time.

We have enjoyed the holiday in the cabinet very. Everything we found before as described and seen in the photos. The apartment is small, but nice. We loved the stylish decor. Furthermore the specific terrace with evening sun and the hospitality of the owner to praise. We felt very well received. It has given us nothing missing in this holiday!
