This luxurious, detached 7-person villa can be found on the spacious and wooded holiday park Landgoed De Scheleberg. In the middle of nature, yet only 7 km from the city of Ede and 5 km from the town of Lunteren.
The villa features luxurious and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped. There's a spacious living room with adjacent dining area and luxurious kitchen. The kitchen features a dishwasher and a microwave. On the ground floor you'll also find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This is very nice if there are people in your group with limited mobility. You'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. All beds are single box-spring beds. The bathrooms have a shower and washbasin. The bathroom on the first floor also features a toilet. On the ground floor you'll find a separate toilet in the hallway.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa.

The holiday starts by driving up the long drive to holiday park Landgoed De Scheleberg. Surrounded by peace and lovely natural surroundings, it is the ultimate enjoyment of your well earned holiday. The holiday park offers various facilities for all ages. There is a heated open air swimming pool, a great tennis court and a playground. After a day of walking or biking, you can relax and have a drink and a snack in the grand café/restaurant. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Lunteren is the geographical centre of the Netherlands. It is surrounded by forests, heaths, sand dunes and it is an ideal location of lovers of peace, quiet and nature. You can take excursions to Apenheul Primate Park, Burgers' Zoo, the Dolfinarium, the Hoge Veluwe National Park, the Kröller Müller Museum, the Dutch open air museum in Arnhem, Ouwehands Zoo, the Palace of Het Loo and also Walibi Holland. As you can see, there are all the ingredients for a successful holiday!
Holiday park Landgoed De Scheleberg is not far from Lunteren and is a spacious park with various facilities for all ages. There is a swimming pool and tennis court.
The accommodation at this holiday park is intended for recreational use. Therefore, it is prohibited to stay at the holiday park for any purpose other than recreation. If it transpires that the purpose of your stay is any other than recreational, you'll be denied access to the park.
If the holiday home has air conditioning, you can use it for € 10.00 per day.
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May.

Bathroom downstairs cannot be ventilated. Small refrigerator for 7 people. But 2 double beds. But otherwise nice house, nice location, nice veranda with good chairs.

The area was beautiful. However, we had booked a bungalow with a sauna but received a bungalow without a sauna. Topparken has solved this well with us.

A house was offered under the title "Modern, luxury villa". We have not experienced this as such. The mattress protectors were not clean, we could even say dirty, which we only noticed when removing the beds. The service with regard to technical problems is not good. The key to the storage room was bent in such a way that it did not work, and after various contacts, counter and digital, we eventually received the same key back unchanged. Which is difficult with 3 electric bicycles, because the storage room cannot be locked. Remote control of the TV (bedroom) did not work. Sensors on the lighting everywhere so that you are fully in the bright light, which is difficult in the evening and with small children .

Rooms seem soundproof, doors don't slam, ideal! Everything neat and clean. Reception easily accessible when needed and nice staff.
The only thing I regret is that I receive emails from 3 different organizations: Topparken, Belvilla and the park itself. Overview of payments, passing on visitor data and then a final invoice that has been transferred from another invoice. Very confusing. Not clear whether or not bed linen was included. Well booked, but later came back on the invoice as being "pay on site" (was already paid). And paying on the spot did not happen either, because you must have already paid those costs before arrival.
It also takes 10 (!) working days before you get the deposit back. I think this is taking a very long time. Normally I have that back in my account within a few days.
Administration is a bit tricky. But cottage itself was fine. And that's what it's all about in the end.

Spacious, nice and clean house in a fantastic location in a wooded area. Plenty of seating options both inside and outside and the kitchen is fully equipped. A big plus for us was the sauna and the fact that you had a view of the forest from the terrace / the (large!) garden of our house (and not of other houses). We brought our own outdoor games and they came in handy. Also a tip for exploring the area: rent an E-chopper or (E-)bike at Fietsverhuur Lunteren (they also rent out at the park) and drive to Farm Mossel for a snack or drink. The road there is beautiful. A large stretch through the woods and then across the moor (with wild cows, sheep and horses). In our opinion, points for improvement are the beds: there are separate, narrow beds in all bedrooms. In some bedrooms they are next to each other, like a double bed, but you fall right in between. This in itself is not disastrous, but we found the single beds very narrow and suspect that this was not 90 cm wide, rather 70 or 80 cm!

The park has a nice swimming pool and beautiful tennis court. Only downside is the pig farm that is close to the park, which you sometimes smell the smell.

On arrival we could not enter the house yet, had to wait about half an hour, but we could have a drink in the restaurant at their expense while waiting. Neatly arranged nevertheless.The accommodation was spacious and neatly clean, beds were made.The environment was also very beautiful, we had our bikes with us and have nice bike rides. It was a very nice midweek holiday.

Day before departure, payment delays were found by Belvilla, while the entire amount had already been paid for 6 weeks. To date, no response or excuse received. Accommodation was excellent. Very clean, except the garden furniture. Other mattress protectors would be nice. These were very slippery and after turning three times in bed the whole thing was loose.

The house we were in was fantastic. The staff at Topparken are very friendly. Belvilla had made a double booking and we were canceled 2 days in advance. Then we found this house ourselves and belvilla paid the difference.

plates were dirty in the kitchen cabinets, house was very noisy. when checking out we left the whole house tidy as wanted but did not get a large part of our deposit back due to 'extra cleaning costs'. we left the house cleaner than we got. home owner showed no understanding.

The accommodation was in perfect order, neat, tidy and clean. Everything was there. The facilities of the park were still under construction, we could have deduced this in advance from the information, but we expected that, for example, volleyball or petanque would still be possible. The reception at the reception was ok. The bread service was a disappointment. It is only possible to pick up sandwiches at 9 am, which is too late for us, probably also for families with small children. Also on the day of departure you can only have breakfast after 9 am and you must return the key before 10 am. "In the morning, it suddenly appears at the reception that the sandwiches can only be picked up at 10 a.m., it was not reported in advance. If you arrived 2 minutes before 9 a.m. to pick up sandwiches, it was briefly reported that the sandwiches only at 9 can be picked up within hours This is a pity.

We really enjoyed our house, it was clean, complete and had a beautiful location. So we looked into the forest. Made use of the bread service every day, it was easy and the sandwiches were delicious.
