Unfortunately, the stay in villa Priruco was not as expected. The area is beautiful but the house has a lot of overdue maintenance. Inside and outside lighting did not all work. Stopcontakten ditto. Stereo broken. The window handle in the living room was taped together with tape so the window could not open. The pool is a mockery. Is smaller than the photos suggest. Is at most 1 meter deep and the worst is that the water was very cloudy. After having conducted a swimming pool water test ourselves, the quality turned out to be far below what health risks could bring !! A lot of mold in the pool area. Sauna is small and the knob with which you set the temperature is placed incorrectly. If you think you can warm up the sauna, you will not succeed. If you set it to a lower temperature then it will get hot. That was not told to us. Furthermore, the lower sauna bench is loose, causing my husband to fall during the disembarkation of the upper sauna bench. The lower couch tipped and my husband fell against the sauna heater. Because of this, we spent half a day at the HAP (GP practice) for treatment. Little effort to secure the couch as it should be. Steam shower, sauna and jet jet in the pool must be paid extra by means of coins. Especially with the sauna inconvenient because you have to watch the time if you want to throw a coin. If the sauna fails, it will not accept a new coin before the sauna has completely cooled down. Very awkward system. -Smell:
When we arrived, the cleaning lady was still cleaning, with her dog there. The house smelled of smoke and animals. It later turned out that the vacuum cleaner bag was full of cigarette butts. We didn't have a new bag, so it couldn't be replaced.
-Too small
The house can accommodate 14 people, according to the description. We were there with 10 people. And the living space is far too small for 10 people. The living room in particular is too cramped for 10 adults.
The living room has a sagging corner sofa, where you don't feel comfortable sitting. Moreover, armchairs that both my parents, 80 years old, could not sit properly in. They were forced to sit on the high chairs all weekend.

-Swimming pool is small and cold

We have rented a house through Belvilla many times and are always satisfied with the quality of the houses. Except for this last house. We are very disappointed about this. But we did pay more than 2700 euros!
