This wheelchair friendly apartment is ideal for a family holiday. You can enjoy a snack and a drink in the sun on the terrace.

The center of Horssen is 500 meters away. Here you can find all daily necessities. Rent a bike at Herckenrath Fietsplaza (1 km) to explore the area. A day trip to Nijmegen is also recommended (20 km).

The accommodation is cosily furnished and fully equipped. You can prepare a tasty breakfast and a fresh cup of coffee in the well-equipped kitchen. The residence is environmentally friendly and it is heated by means of infrared heating.

A hoist is available on request. The bath has a recess for this. The bed is adjustable and there are no thresholds. The bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor are connected and spacious enough for wheelchair use. The shower is equipped with a shower chair.

A duo bike or tandem is also available in consultation.

The accommodation is terribly dated in terms of furniture and finish. You cannot call the terrace a terrace. Too small, uneven (not suitable for disabled) and no plates on the beams. The downstairs bathroom has a lot of damp stains and the bath is not suitable for the disabled. The windows and floor were not cleaned and the dishwasher was broken.

The hostess was very friendly. The cottage was fine, everything was there. Good beds. There were towels, tea towel, dishwasher, handy stove, induction, Nespresso machine, lovely shower. We just had a bit of bad luck with the neighbors who immediately adjoin it, in that respect it is not detached, but they are two holiday homes next to each other. We went out a lot so it didn't bother us too much. The surroundings are very beautiful. You are in Nijmegen within half an hour. Druten has a beautiful botanical garden and then you are also immediately at the Waal. Plenty to do.
