A beautiful house, very complete too. We had a nice midweek with family. Surprising was the location of the park, in the middle between Brunssum and Heerlen. Furthermore, Limburg is of course beautiful. The only downside to the park, I think, is that it is very crowded. But oh well ....

Had a wonderful weekend. Beautiful house just a pity that the above was very dusty. Probably it was not cleaned. Reception was very friendly. Very quiet park with beautiful location next to the heath. A nice base for walkers. Broodjesservice came an hour late so our reservation for guided tours in Maastricht was compromised. But we just made it.

we arrived at 12.30, in, it was very nice weather this weekend, the house we all found fantastic, everyone was in love with it, just class, we had a fantastic weekend, we have with the children and grandchildren our 50 year old wedding day celebrated.

This property (house 204) looked good, some small points of interest. With curtain rails ran roughly, several curtains were off which made the curtains look sloppy. Kitchen cabinet door hung crooked. All in all, little things. But that should not spoil the fun. Perfectly located with the back garden adjacent to the forest and heath.

We were very surprised about both the location and the interior of this large villa! Everything spacious, lovely lounge sofas, spacious kitchen and beautiful bathrooms in the badkamer.En than from your garden, so the heath with everyone and the dogs there, great so much beautiful nature and so much space! The fireplace was super cozy, in short had nice days in this beautiful home !!! 👍👍🏘

Our holiday did not go completely smoothly.



One of the showers did not work properly:

the shower water did not drain and the rain shower was broken and unusable. Reported to reception. They did come to repair that, but that is not fun during what Belvilla claims to claim "no worries guarantee".



The frying pans in the kitchen were dirty and filthy (the grease was still hanging on the outside of the pans). Not funny at all. That forced us to clean all kitchen equipment. Especially since some of the kitchen cutlery was still in the dishwasher when we arrived. Also reported to reception.



On the second day of our stay the dishwasher stopped working. Which meant we had to do the dishes for 10 people each time because the technicians on duty were in weekend mode. Also reported to reception.



In short, this holiday did not meet our expectations.

The "no worries holiday" has gone completely wrong here. I had high expectations of Belvilla and EuroParcs, but I am very disappointed.

A nice and attractive house, small bedrooms, but functional. Nice bathrooms and toilets. You can walk straight into the woods and onto the moors around the park. We enjoyed our family weekend there. The kitchen inventory was not completely in order, there was not enough cutlery for 12 people and no really large pans, but that is of course easy to solve by the owner.

A great house in a beautiful and cozy park, located against De Brunssumerheide. We were with our family (adult children with supporters) of 11 people in this house. Lots of space, three bathrooms and two toilets. Organization and reception nice and helpful. Lots to do in the area.

Cutlery and crockery was very tight you can wash all day. House was not clean, trash with poo diapers and that there is also dirt in the corners, the cleaners apparently do not know. Furthermore, the plots are very small and the houses are very close to each other. Unfortunately.

Quite a nice house 1 minute walk from the Brunssumer heath. We were 9 in a 12 person house. That went well, but with 12 it seems really too small to me. 2 toilets and 2 showers. The house was moderately clean on arrival (you have to pay €112 for it) Shower drains start to overflow after 2 minutes and then empty the bathroom, so quickly douchen.Na booking at Belvilla shows you suddenly pay all kinds of extra costs to the park - Renting bed linen appears to be mandatory on arrival at the park, even if you have indicated to Belvilla that you do not want that - "Service costs" of € 10.44 per day (For which service? And strange that that is not in the rental price) - Tourist tax In short: We had a nice holiday, but the price was really too high for what was delivered.

The house is spacious enough and the park is beautifully situated. We are less satisfied with the cleaning. The house was very dusty and there were all kinds of dirty things under cupboards and under or between the beds. In addition, the doors creak very badly and are sometimes difficult to close. We also have bad luck with the dishwasher that only ran properly once and then broke and cannot be replaced during our stay.

TV was impossible to watch due to poor reception Power often off (due to a defective kettle later on) A toilet no brush available Even no dustpan and brush and broom !! The fireplace was defective The cutlery was very minimal Well a sauna but Can't get warm in the seat. Very little coat rack for so many people. It says in the description, separated waste. Totally unclear next to the reception. Fortunately, the environment made up for a lot, but for this money I will never book this again !!

Accommodation was not clean, especially the toilets and the oven was so dirty that you could not use, park was beautiful. Restaurant had forgotten to mention when discussing that the kitchen closed at 20:00, so when we arrived at 19:30 we could only have a main course and while we did they were sweeping the floor behind us.

We had a nice holiday in this holiday home. Sufficient cooking utensils are available in the kitchen, although some products are of substandard quality, and an extra frying pan would be useful. 3 showers available, which is very nice with a larger group. There is a nice gas BBQ in the shed, although it had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. The bikes we rented were substandard, overdue maintenance, no working bike light, no extra instructions. From the cottage we could walk directly through a fence onto the moor. Very nice walking area!

Spacious house for 8 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The setting was also beautiful; something for everyone. Dishwasher ran very poorly and a toilet roll upstairs and downstairs would have been nice. the house was clean. Enough bathrooms and toilets. Furthermore, a very nice stay for the weekend. At first sight a nice park. Unfortunately the house was not clean on arrival. A dining table was broken, the shower leaked quite a bit and there were no curtains in several bedrooms. We reported this to the reception the next day. They knew about the shower, but they didn't do anything about it because the house is always rented out. Unfortunately there were no curtains. The table was repaired in the afternoon. To clean there was a dilapidated vacuum cleaner and a hard broom. There was a wiper in the shower that was totally dried out and rock hard. With this material we have made an attempt to get the house back in the same condition as we found it. EuroParcs did not find this sufficient and withheld €52.50 from the deposit of €115,- for extra cleaning costs. This is in addition to the cleaning costs of €112,- I called and emailed about this, but did not receive a clear answer. Never again EuroParcs for us and my family will never recommend this to friends and acquaintances. I hope Belvilla can do something with this. You can read complaints about EuroParcs on several sites.

The company was fine. The price quality was out of proportion. Parliament is beautiful.Leaky shower upstairs. Leakage in kitchen cupboards. Technical service has tried to fix this. Shower leakage did not work. Could see a long standing problem on the ceiling Broken sliding door cupboard above. Two rooms without curtains, sagging couches. Too small for twelve people downstairs. Broken dining room chair. Garden chair too short.not really clean.Sauna lived a life of its own.

the house and location was really great and spacious only the house was very dusty and not clean; the dishwasher is not sufficient; there were plates and cups partly clean and partly not clean! There were pots, pans, cups and bowls with grime and bugs in the cupboard. Apparently they have not been used and washed for a while. The floor under the beds had a lot of dust and we took a picture of everything. neither vacuumed nor mopped but we had to pay 112 euros for final cleaning. each pot pan plate cup etc that we used, we first washed / cleaned everything well before use.

The arrival was okay well received. However, the house was very dirty. Dishwasher still full of dirty laundry from previous residents. Dining table was still littered with crumbs and soup stains. Floor was dirty. Garden tables were not cleaned. Dirty garden cushions on the outside bench. Bathroom door fittings were broken. (Td has neatly fixed this right away). Bathroom sinks were also dirty toothpaste residue. Spider webs at the top of ceilings. Cleaner came by only emptied dishwasher and brought clean items and quickly swept cloth over tables. All in all, the cleaning was very bad. Vacuum cleaner that smelled so bad that you did not want to use it.Also had a whole week of smelly sewers, in the house and on the veranda, heard several people complaining about it. Also experienced nuisance at the lake in the park of young people who were not in the park. Throw pine cones and mud at children and other persons. If you did something about that you got the full load back with a big mouth. And they kept going. Very inappropriate. While there are signs that it is only accessible to park guests. This should be supervised more, but also enjoyed the surroundings of the park, such as the heather. Lovely walk with the dog. We will not go to this house a second time considering the above.

Great house for several families. Some drawbacks were that you cannot turn on many electrical appliances in the kitchen at the same time. And the house is quite noisy. Furthermore, enjoyed the Christmas, environment.What was an annoyance, that the 2 passes passed worked for no meter. You can get in and out at the reception, but the other exit for cars did not work and then you stood at the barrier and you were treated unfriendly by someone from the reception. A lady even claimed that we had a different pass than the one where we entered the park 5 minutes earlier. We had forgotten something.

We were only just in a week with temperatures around 40 degrees so have not seen much of the area because it was just too hot for this. Have sought cooling in the shops in the nearby area. The park is at the center of a number of large cities so that was great! Just a pity that there was no air conditioning but these hot days do not occur very often so understandable.

Gas just turned on without informing beforehand no breakfast no hot water for showering no cooking and that in the morning! A playground for children with a swing and something to climb. It was a wonderful accommodation right on the heath. We were able to stay here with 12 friends very well. The cottage was neat and clean and the facilities in the cottage were nice. Highly recommended this house.
