The 8-person type Pavillion Etage (NL-6445-27) is a detached, luxurious chalet that looks more like a modern villa. It's a 2-storey house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there's one bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the first floor you'll find three bedrooms, each with a double bed (or two single beds) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The Pavillion Etage type feels luxurious and exclusive and it's a very bright holiday home thanks to the many large windows.
Without exception, these luxurious chalets are located on a spacious plot with a beautifully landscaped garden, have a splendid terrace, and feature their own parking space. Garden furniture is available seasonally. Nearly all accommodations have, due to their respective height differences, have a fantastic view of the recreational lake, the forest, or the expansive Brunssummerheide (Brunssum Heath). The detached chalets are comfortably and modernly furnished. Furnishings and layouts can vary somewhat between chalets, so the photos shown are only to give you an idea. They have a luxury kitchen with built-in appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave oven.
There is a number of other chalets for rent on Resort Brunssummerheide. There are also 4-person and 6-person chalets for rent, for smaller groups. If you're looking for something bigger, there are also a number of 10-person or even 12-person chalets for rent. Simply put, there is something for everyone!
Bookings for travel companions other than families (e.g. groups of young people) are only available upon request. The park reserves the right to decline such bookings and to utilise different conditions for the security deposit in these instances.

Resort Brunssummerheide is in the small town of Brunssum. The town lies in the beautiful undulating landscape of Limburg. It borders directly onto the fabulous Brunsummer Heath which is a wonderful location. This attractive and quiet holiday park offers you the ideal opportunity to explore the most southern part of The Netherlands. From there you can easily take a look at neighbouring Germany and Belgium.
If you enjoy the Burgundian Limburg life style and love going on beautiful walks and cycle rides, you?ll find Resort Brunssummerheide with its comfortable luxury homes, is a great holiday base.
A beautiful, recently built holiday park in hilly landscape with it?s own swimming pond.
We would like to point out that you can only pay with a pin or credit card at the reception. At the supermarket or catering industry it is also possible to pay with cash.
A new group accommodation is being realized at this park. We do our utmost to minimize inconvenience. Nevertheless it may happen that you notice that there are activities.

Where should we start? For more than € 3400 an eight person bungalow for two weeks you can expect that it will be delivered clean. The mold is everywhere in the bathroom, the cutlery is not sufficient for 8 people, crockery and pans insufficient and chairs shortage! To think that we still had to pay more than 600 Euros for taxes, bed linen, service costs and cleaning! The house itself is okay but not worth this money!

It is a beautiful house with a nice layout and lots of space. But it is poorly cleaned and maintained. It really needs a thorough cleaning, there are thick layers of dust on lamps and edges. The walls are full of dirty splashes. The sofa was so dirty you don't want to sit on it. This was replaced the next day. The upstairs bathroom smelled so much that the whole upstairs smelled. Due to the many windows it gets warm very quickly when the sun shines. 29 degrees with an outside temperature of 15 degrees. There is no blinds or air conditioning. I really don't seem to do that in the summer, it's a shame that the cleaning is so bad. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is potentially very nice, but we will not go again.

Accommodation: one always gives a photo of houses on the water, but in reality you get a house hidden away between the other houses with no view of the water. In that case, people have to give people the choice between whether or not located near water (and adjust the price accordingly). Sofa worn out, skirting boards full of dirt.

Outside poorly maintained (rickety scaffolding, sagging stairs, overgrown with weeds / vegetation, rotten "pergola", construction subsiding causing cracks between the connection with the main building). Reasonable but very simple garden furniture. Inside also simple furniture, reasonable beds, broken kitchen appliances (microwave, hob). House on a lake with a lot of green algae (health hazard when swimming), a beach that was very polluted and overgrown with weeds. General impression: absolutely insufficient.

Had a wonderful holiday in 8-person Pavilion L "floor 8, house 157. Beautiful location at the end of a street, so no traffic. In addition, a beautiful unobstructed view. Due to other reviews we were afraid of a bad cleaning. Nothing noticed, everything looked neat. There was one bedroom on the ground floor and three on the floor. Some narrow mattresses (I think 70 cm) and very noisy. Because of the large windows also very warm quickly. Fortunately, air conditioning was installed which took care of a few hours for a cooler temperature. Fully equipped (two bathrooms, one with bath, extra toilet, oven, washing machine). We had a wonderful holiday. Location is a great base for South Limburg, all trips were within 30 minutes to drive.

It is a very nice holiday home with relatively beautiful visual accents. First of all, I would like to write that the holiday home is on Bellvilla was advertised with a photo of the holiday home right on the water. When we arrived we found out that it was a different holiday home. It is of course not advantageous to advertise a holiday home that you then cannot get. Our residence permit also had the photo of the house with the water printed on it and the note: “Your holiday home, so that you can find it directly.” As a second point, I have to inform you that it is unreasonable that no air conditioning is installed in the holiday homes. At times we had 41 ° C in the house. It was unstoppable, and the pond, or the body of water in which everyone baths, was extremely dirty and dirty. It is really unreasonable to bathe in this pond, and the third and last point: the holiday home was extremely dirty on arrival. The dust was thick everywhere on the floor.

Unfortunately, on arrival we found a lot of rubbish in and around the house. Even after reports, this was not adequately addressed. The furniture is in need of renovation here and there. There was a lot going on the day of arrival as it is a holiday home in a holiday park and it was a general day of arrival. According to the receptionist, the park was also fully booked, which meant that we were not given the house with a jetty directly on the water, as shown at Belvilla, but a house on a hillside, which was problematic for us because we had a young person with a wheelchair, among other things. We asked the reception before checking in for another holiday home or at least the option of being able to move during the week, which, according to the employee, was not possible because, as already mentioned, the park was fully booked. Even the shortcomings of the house that were clearly visible before check-in, both from the inside (a look through the windows was enough) and from the outside (unkempt outside area, broken garden chair ...), which did not change the fact that one offered us no alternative. So we had only the choice to leave again or to take the holiday home. We then gritted our teeth and decided to take the house because we had children and animals with us who finally wanted to arrive and everything was paid for. We could not reach Belvilla by phone and we still haven't received a response to our email. So if there is a problem on site, you are really alone and your hands are basically tied. The area around Brunssum is very beautiful and really recommendable. There is something for everyone from culture to adventure. The park is also quite nice and the kids love the opportunity to go swimming.

We were just a little earlier than 3 p.m. in the park. We did not receive the key yet, this was only from 3 p.m. Have a coffee in the cozy accommodation on site, and get the key by 3:30 pm. Once arrived in the house it was even not ready, our sheets were only just delivered. Both the stairs and the floor in the living room were not clean, we tackled this ourselves after arrival.

We did not have to identify ourselves upon arrival. We were immediately given the keys and were allowed to continue. The cottage is very beautiful. What a pity about the house that it leaves a lot of noise in the bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. If you talk in the living room you can hear that upstairs in the bedrooms and vice versa. That is a downside to the cottage. It is also a shame that the reception is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We wanted to pick up our armbands, but unfortunately that did not happen.

Nice house, nice midweek with friends at a splashing New Year's party. Everything was there and fine, only the microwave did not work well and very slow, luckily we had our own too. There were wooden poles provided for a covered terrace but without a cloth over it, so there is nowhere to be dry outside. The seat was somewhat on the small side for 8 people, the hygiene was not taken very close, stains on the fabric seats, mold in the shower (silicone sealant must be replaced), side table in living room was still very dirty. All in all a very nice time in this modern home.

The reception of Europarks was very friendly, but we had to pay a large amount on the spot while the Belvilla site states that some costs are included, such as final cleaning, bed linen (mandatory, not on the site) etc. This gives still a bad taste! The accommodation was very nice at first glance. The temperature, however, is difficult to control by the large windows, when the sun shines it becomes hot in a short time, and in the evening it does not get warm quickly because then the CV can not keep up. We wonder how that goes in the winter ..... Fortunately, there was enough inventory such as plates, cutlery and pans. But extra blankets and coasters and potholders are not a luxury. The environment is very nice and you're close to big cities, the park itself was well maintained. Only there are no facilities despite the autumn holiday, the chip shop was already closed and the restaurant was closed 2 days a week. Very unfortunate, because the park was full. Finally, a remark about the thresholds these are very awkward, especially if you drive into the park with a bike carrier.

Reception was closed in the afternoon, so we had a nice lunch at Brasserie de Uitvlucht, where you can eat delicious for a great price. House was fine, as expected. Cleaning left to be desired, a torn bedcloth in the linen package, and dirty and completely worn frying panes. After a complaint about this we received a new set after the weekend. Park is fine, central to all kinds of trips. Aldi is within walking distance for the groceries.
