Accommodation was not finished yet, we looked out on a construction site. Cottage looks nice inside, shower was disastrous. Water flows from the shower into the bathroom, you do not get water wiped away with the drivel because there is a threshold for the shower. this caused the shower to stink. Well received at the reception.Accommodatie was complete but the houses were very close together, making noises from the other houses sometimes disturbing. Especially when it is busier during holidays with children, it can easily cause nuisance. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful view of the Kernberg. We came to cycle (racing bikes), great starting point, also to Belgium. What was disappointing was that extra things had to be paid, the so-called hidden costs, we knew this but had brought own bedding but the bedding had to be rented. Why these costs, which are already clear in advance (cleaning costs, bedding, etc. tourist tax) not equal in the rental price. I saw later on the Belvilla site that they now suddenly did? Very nice park. Cottages are all very new and neat. In the house good facilities such as shower, kitchen, bank etc. Cleaning can be better. Upon arrival there were still many hairs from the previous dog. Fortunately, there was a vacuum cleaner available so that I could clean it myself. Accommodation is in a very nice area, many beautiful walking / cycling routes. You will be in Valkenburg within 10 minutes. Nice cities like Maastricht and Aachen within 25mim to reach, highly recommended!

Our arrival ran smoothly! The equipment of the chalet was fantastic! Too bad that not all are equipped with a canopy. Location of park overlooking the Keutenberg is superb. Nice help at reception. In case of hot summer weather, air conditioning is an additional option, even if you charge 10 euros a day. Park is still close, although it is not long enough. Unfortunately no shed or guarded bicycle storage for the sporty bikers. Cottage and decor fulfilled our wishes. Top mattresses.

Our accommodation barely had any free space around, the parking space was too small for my car. We had no view, but looked at other houses. The ping-pong table was on the grounds of the swimming pool that closed at 8 pm. Ping pong was no longer possible for the kids after that time. There was a remote football field, the grass was far too high and where there were deep and dangerous holes in the ground. That did not invite.

Walked over, the restaurant looks to be closed. No dinner. The 2 nights after that kept awake at night by animals under the bedroom of the house. Woken up at 2 AM on the 3rd night by enormous noise. A police bus appeared to be stuck in the mud on the path 2 meters next to the house. 2 van, 4 policemen with flashlights and a roaring engine from the other van took an hour to pull the van. Finally left the day before. Done with it.

Although the accommodations are fairly new, there are already a number of flaws. Laminate comes loose, is broken. There was stains on 1 duvet cover, curtains have stains on it. Shower screen shows some mold, rust spots on the bottom. In itself quite clean but could be better in our opinion. The houses are very warm when the sun is on it, it can be about 30 degrees. For a fee you can turn on the air conditioning It is a nice park and you are very centrally located, but we think that in a year, for example, the houses will already look quite worn out.And for that price it shouldn't be!

The cottage was fine. Nice and clean and enough space and useful stuff. Nicely made beds. The ventilation in the bathroom was not good. Everything was soaked and damp. We also missed a bedside table in the small bedroom and a light button or extra night light that you can turn off from bed. An extra mirror somewhere would also be nice and a cutting board. Furthermore, a towel hook in the bathroom and in the bedrooms. Just some practical things. The park is still a bit boring. Part is still under construction. The playing field for football is not there yet and the beautiful playground could unfortunately not be used because it was full of water. All in all it was delicious. Nice place near touristic things and with 5 min. By car at the station from where you can easily take the train.

A fairly new park but close to Valkenburg that is easily accessible, just like Maastricht and Vaals. You imagine yourself a bit in the mountains. The park was Christmassy.

We found the house clean. Everything you need was there. Park where many houses are fairly close together. Despite that, we could sit in the sun and also in the shade. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings that invite you to go out. Various hiking trails. We have had beautiful weather. That was also the problem, when we came home in the afternoon it was 32 */35 * in the (plastic) house. It was still 28* in the evening around 8.30 pm, keeping doors open and lights on gave a lot of vermin. Doors closed was not to hold. Air conditioning was not an option for us! Solution: Curtains that also cover the top small windows above the doors. screens that keep vermin out. We will pay extra attention to this when making a next booking.

Five-person chalet with all the luxury you need, great. Clean sanitary facilities, beds not too hard / soft and sleep well! Nice couch / chairs both inside / outside, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer for ice cream or a few vegetable meals and a microwave. At the park the possibility to do your own laundry in the laundry room with a number of washing machines. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. 2 Negatives were; • TV available ... negative was really that the options are very limited so that you cannot watch via mobile or laptop what you would like to follow where you left off at home / no netflixs either. • Park set up in dead-end streets, so there is no possibility to walk a nice round in the park, only there and back at each street.

We had a good stay at Schin op Geul. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice but the cottage was fine. It soon became warm in the house. But beautiful surroundings, nice swimming pool, good restaurant in the park (Woodz). And a beautiful view! And there is plenty to do in the area.

Nice and accessible, well-maintained park .. nice bungalow .. with wonderful beds. we even had a beautiful view from the living room ... there was a great restaurant where, finally after the lockdown, we were allowed to sit on the terrace again and have a delicious meal. Friendly and welcoming staff . Due to work ... paving of a terrace or the like ... there was a lot of noise during the day from machines ... that was not nice !! ... But that is the only downside. Park is highly recommended .... and a good starting point for walks and bike rides.

Beautiful house with a beautiful location (we had number 3). Plenty of space inside, kitchen was well equipped and nice that many windows can be opened. On the hottest day it was also very hot inside, so renting the air conditioning (remote control) seems a must in the summer. Swimming pool was fine and good that they had the temporary replacement for the playground (old vim renovation park has been demolished)

Park is fine, too bad that the pool is not open (hang a note here, now you have to draw the conclusion yourself). House is also fine in terms of size, only very outdated. There is nothing okay about everything. The furniture is worn out, the faucet in the bathroom is leaking, the toilet flushes badly and so it often gets stuck, the shower head leaks, there are ants all over the counter (!), Almost nowhere is a hook to hang clothes (or a chair so grabbed a dining room chair in the bedroom), also in the shower nowhere a shelf for your shampoo or shower gel so that is in the wetness on the floor. Because yes, the shower does not run smoothly, so that basin is completely full. Space to tidy up your groceries would also be nice. Now you have to put all the glasses (where there are few) and containers aside to make room for your groceries. Tip to the owner: spend a week in your own house. Then you find out what could be improved.

Cottages are fine to good. There is not much to do for children in the park. Not even a grass field to kick a ball. You will be awakened by the activities in the park (park extension). Park staff very nice, in general the park is neatly decorated and clean.

We spent a long weekend in this park, family with older children and 2 dogs. The park is very beautiful, it is reasonably spacious and well maintained. Our house was practically furnished and fully equipped. We were lucky to have a nice roof, so we only sat outside even though the weather was not quite great yet. There was WIFI but reception was very poor (that was a thing especially for the teenager). You can walk straight into nature from the park. The restaurant in the park is a bit on the pricey side, I think you have more choice elsewhere for a nice price. For us, one visit was enough, although the welcome was warm and the food was really good! The reception is friendly and happy to help. Ordering sandwiches and picking them up at the small gas station opposite the park works fine. We enjoyed the peace and space, the beautiful walking in the area, the friendliness of the people and are definitely planning to come back!

Comfortable house, sofa and chairs old and show signs of wear. Bed; mattress too soft when booking I inquired whether there were charging stations for electric cars. However, three are not connected. Called the helpdesk for this and a technician will come within 4 days (then my vacation is also over so not practical) I reported this to the reception: response that this was external so they had no influence on it. The receptionist responded; I don't own an electric car so I don't know about that. Little customer involvement.
