On arrival there was a delicious flan waiting between fresh eggs and coffee, sugar, milk and dishwasher available for us. Ideal. Nice setting, you can fine walking, eating near the best ice cream or a day of Maastricht. Outside is a trampoline for the kids. Also, there is a nationwide outside with chickens and sheep. Here you can sit and play like children. Perfect spot for a week Limburg with a very hospitable family.

What a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday in Limburg. The garden is really a lovely place to sit and you can walk there from your house. Alpacas, sheep and chickens are there. Plenty of room to play. The owner had not set up the trampoline yet, but when he saw that the children were there, he did so, very nice.
The house is neat and complete, bathroom very neat, nice shower. Beds are very good. You notice in everything that the owners are very careful with their house: there are notes everywhere that you are not allowed to put anything on the windowsills and we were often urged to throw our waste daily in the large containers due to possible odor development.
Bicycles can be neatly stored in the spacious shed: please note that you will receive a remote control, which opens the door. We did not know that and were fiddling with the key that did not work, which resulted in a misunderstanding with the owner (we had temporarily put the bicycle in the hall near the front door, which was certainly not the intention) which we were very sorry because we really didn't mean it wrong. Because of this we had a bit of a nervous start to the holiday but in the end we were able to relax.
All previous reviews are actually correct. It is neat, the owners provide a warm welcome and farewell. Yes, you can indeed hear people talking through the wall during the day and in the evening, we didn't mind. They will have heard us too. Highly recommended, especially in good weather if you can sit outside.

What a wonderful house! It is fully equipped. There is really nothing missing. You can tell from everything that the house has been decorated with a lot of love and attention. Beautiful kitchen, wonderfully spacious bathroom, nice beds, comfortable seating area.In addition, we were warmly welcomed by Roland and a delicious Limburg pie was waiting for us. sometimes hear some talking. Also a visit to the caves of Valkenburg, a city tour and shopping in Maastricht and viewing the cathedral in Aachen recommended. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere!

We had a very warm welcome at this immaculate house, which is very stylishly and recently refurbished to high, modern standards. There are 3 flat screen TVs, free wi-fi, a state-of the art kitchen, a whirlpool bath and a shower to die for. We were provided with a big pile of fluffy towels, and everything else we could possibly need. This is one of the best equipped houses I have ever stayed in, and everything is organised for your ease and convenience. Although it lacks private outside space, there is a smart patio set with a lovely view of the rolling hills. The on-site host speaks excellent English and was helpful and friendly without being interfering. This is a lovely area, quite unlike the rest of Holland (it has actual hills!), very good for walkers and cyclists and is chock-full of restaurants, with a number of interesting towns near-by and quite easy access to Germany and Belgium too.

The arrival was a warm welcome. The coffee and the flax were ready. On the table was a cozy bunch of flowers.The accommodation is functionally furnished. A spacious kitchen, a good living room, good beds in the spacious bedrooms. And the bathroom is absolutely amazing. This is spacious, has a lovely walk-in shower and a perfect whirlpool. The good care provided by the owner (mid-term cleaning, fresh eggs for the Sunday, firing of the firebox when it became dark) makes you feel like you are in a hotel on vacation. Also the surroundings are beautiful. Only the garden with sunbeds, a trampoline, a picnic table and a hammock is top. But the view and the rest are great too.

The time we were in the cottage was actually from 17.00. When I called to 16.00pm I was told that it was no problem to use the cottage. Use at that time This also done. Also during our stay the contact was fine.The accommodation was exactly as indicated on the site. Spacious and comfortable, everything is provided and wonderfully clean. Unfortunately, the house is not well insulated from outside noise and the neighbors (home of the owners stuck with it) is very good to hear. We had a very warm welcome at this immaculate house, which is very stylishly and recently refurbished to high, modern standards. There are 3 flat screen TVs, free wi-fi, a state-of the art kitchen, a whirlpool bath and a shower to die for. We were provided with a big pile of fluffy towels, and everything else we could possibly need.
This is one of the best equipped houses I have ever stayed in, and everything is organised for your ease and convenience. Although it lacks private outside space, there is a smart patio set with a lovely view of the rolling hills. The on-site host speaks excellent English and was helpful and friendly without being interfering.
This is a lovely area, quite unlike the rest of Holland (it has actual hills!), very good for walkers and cyclists and is chock-full of restaurants, with a number of interesting towns near-by and quite easy access to Germany and Belgium too.

The time we were in the cottage was actually from 17.00. When I called to 16.00pm I was told that it was no problem to use the cottage. Use at that time This also done. To just four, we were warmly welcomed by the owner. A home that left nothing to be desired, and where you feel at home very quickly. It gave a feeling of hotel. This was because the beds were already made, additional TV in each bedroom and bath towels were well stocked. In the kitchen everything was present and neatly arranged. Excellent beds with special mattresses that feel like a blessing for each back. The retreat also left nothing to be desired. What a treat from the owners. Everything was pulled out all the stops to increase. Holiday feeling In the orchard we were provided with tea and cushions for the chairs. The first day there was already a tank with self-picked plums charged. The last evening, after consultation with us (4 girlfriends) the brazier lit by two torches. We had eaten elsewhere in the village. Once we sat by the fire pit, the owner even came with 4 glasses of prosecco. This we did (after 30 years of trips) never experienced. House is beautifully decorated, clean. Parking is not next to the house, you have to drop behind the block. Unfortunately, the house is not well insulated from outside noise and the neighbors (home of the owners stuck with it) is very good to hear. Conversations in the house of the neighbors are almost literally hear. The tile floor in the house next door is connected to the floor in the house, so when they walk into the house next door on the heels next to you seems to happen. Went home a day earlier by noise.

A weekend where dreams and reality was for us. On arrival a very sweet host a house where many people dream of. A nature to remember because it had snowed. With few words day to remember. Nice house. All mod cons. Well equipped kitchen, welcoming family, super cute bathroom with shower and tub. On arrival there was a delicious flan waiting between fresh eggs and coffee, sugar, milk and dishwasher available for us. Ideal. Nice setting, you can fine walking, eating near the best ice cream or a day of Maastricht. Outside is a trampoline for the kids. Also, there is a nationwide outside with chickens and sheep. Here you can sit and play like children. Perfect spot for a week Limburg with a very hospitable family.

It was a house in a beautiful natural environment. Wake up to lovely lovely views. Many walked among the cows -). But fine a day trip by bus to Maastricht geweest.Minpuntje was the bank. He looks pretty nice, but he is not lekker.Verder everything is fine, very welcoming. Beautiful accommodation, good beds, plenty of towels, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. From the cottage you can immediately start several hiking trails. Mountain biking in the caves is very nice! Also a visit to the caves of Valkenburg, a city tour and shopping in Maastricht and viewing the cathedral in Aachen recommended. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere!

We enjoyed this holiday. The cottage was perfect and was very nice. The managers were very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival was the Limburg pie and coffee ready. In short, a aanrader.In the environment is also plenty to do, everything is easily accessible and you can enjoy cycling and walking. Need further is the bus stop nearby, that brings you straight to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg etc. And if you want peace you can be lovely in the hammock or lounge chair in the garden.

The owners are great people and stand if something is equal ready for you. On arrival there was local pie ready. The einige minus what we did there is no coffee or a coffee machine, with 5 adults, it takes longer for everyone coffee. We could already around 12.00 in the cottage that looks neat and where all occupants and super schoon.Heerlijke beds neatly made so the holiday could start right away. Super bathroom with whirlpool.We have had seven wonderful sunny days where we have used every day to go hiking. The arrival was a warm welcome. The coffee and the flax were ready. On the table was a cozy bunch of flowers.The accommodation is functionally furnished. A spacious kitchen, a good living room, good beds in the spacious bedrooms. And the bathroom is absolutely amazing. This is spacious, has a lovely walk-in shower and a perfect whirlpool. The good care provided by the owner (mid-term cleaning, fresh eggs for the Sunday, firing of the firebox when it became dark) makes you feel like you are in a hotel on vacation. Also the surroundings are beautiful. Only the garden with sunbeds, a trampoline, a picnic table and a hammock is top. But the view and the rest are great too.

Also during our stay the contact was fine.The accommodation was exactly as indicated on the site. Spacious and comfortable, everything is provided and wonderfully clean. Fantastic view from the front terrace.The surrounding area is beautiful and varied. We walked wonderfully and sat outside. There is plenty to see and do in the area. The house is beautifully renovated and very tastefully decorated and lux. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom is especially great. The location is on the edge of Epen we really liked, because it is very quiet, but towards the village. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Walking (poles) and fietroutes (nodes) are (almost) around the house. With the bike on a few km away is, we rented bikes, which were delivered to the house.

A good reception by the hostess. There was a Christmas tree and there was a Christmas bread on the table. The cottage is nicely decorated, very clean and everything was there. The area is beautiful and there are many nice restaurants in the area. Unfortunately the house is not well insulated so the sounds of the neighbors can be heard very well. The conversations in the neighboring house can even be followed almost literally! That is a downside so that the house is actually not suitable for those seeking tranquility.

After a long drive we were received very pleasantly by the owners and, after a tour of the beautiful house, a delicious cake was ready! The cottage was shiny, spacious and fully equipped. We rented the cottage for a week with the two of us. This certainly was totally fine. We were warmly welcomed at the first day and did right at home. Did you ask if you had you could always knock. Needed something The house is in good condition and lovely to stay. It lived up to the expectations that we had built up on the basis of the photo 's on the site. We ourselves are not such runners but you though, this is definitely a good place to go. Personally, we have a lot of seen from Limburg, but also moved to Belgium and Germany. What a wonderful house! It is fully equipped. There is really nothing missing. You can tell from everything that the house has been decorated with a lot of love and attention. We had a wonderful holiday in Epen. The holiday home met all expectations. The location, in the Geuldal, is perfect for taking beautiful walks directly from the house. The house was super clean. The house has a spacious kitchen, wonderfully spacious bathroom, nice beds and a comfortable sitting area. The beds were already made and there is plenty of bath and kitchen linen available. The reception was perfect. We walked through the house together with the owner and there was already a delicious pie ready and the coffee was immediately turned on for us. There is sufficient information in the house about the area. If you have any questions, you can always contact the owners. There are several restaurants within walking distance and there is also a bakery and supermarket around the corner. On departure we got a bottle of homemade apple juice to take home. What a treat. This holiday home is highly recommended.
