The friendly owner gave us a tour of the house. He told about the property and gave some information about the area. The property was fine. Everything was present. The girls thought the hot tub was fantastic! The surroundings were beautiful. We have made beautiful walks from home. We had a nice meal at 't Stegelke opposite our house.

From 25 to 29 April we were allowed to use this fantastic location. We stayed in the cottage "Hummesknupke". This is the smallest of the 3 but for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 dog) more than enough. The cottage has been perfectly renovated, it is super clean, everything is in perfect order and all amenities are available. The owner is a friendly man who lives in the front area and who received us warmly. Environment is really beautiful and Liège, Vaals, Valkenburg and Maastricht are nearby. We really enjoyed it here and the restaurants around here are also great. In other words, highly recommended.

We got an upgrade due to renovation and were therefore in the largest apartment. Afterwards we were very happy with that because with 4 adults, the apartment we rented (hummesknupke) seemed very narrow and small. We would also have found it too expensive for the price at which we had actually rented our rented apartment. The apartment is excellently clean and complete. Reception is very friendly and hospitable. The weather was against us, of course nobody can do anything about that. From a practical point of view, we found that it was still a bit difficult. The couch is really bad. Now we are elderly people with back problems, but the backrest is so low that you really can't find any support in the back. Sitting on a dining table chair all day is also not pleasant. Since everything is filled with luxury, delicious coffee from the coffee machine, it is a pity that sitting well is not possible. The beds are excellent! That is very nice! Tip is also good lighting to be able to read well in the evening .... yes, the older eyes may also play a role there, but again with so much luxury that is still nice if you can read well. The area is beautiful, we would have liked to see more of it. We were lucky enough to be able to eat out again and there is plenty of opportunity to do so. Affordable and good food. In the main street is a bakery / supermarket which is great for groceries. All in all we had a great holiday where we would like to advise you some tips: good seating options and good light. We were a week in the house very clean with excellent facilities. The arrival was after a long trip (file) wonderful beds, candles, and a delicious vlaai.Met two adults and four teenagers it down was not really spacious, but fine to doen.De bathroom was very spacious with a lovely bubbelbad.De beds were goed.Vanuit the cottage we could immediately walks through the Limburg hills. The house stands on the edge of the village, but so cozy.

The cabin itself was beautiful and luxurious, yet somewhat small and a bit awkwardly designed grand staircase middle of the living room one bathroom on the first floor (not convenient with people who are less agile) bedrooms in the attic are sweltering in a hot summer. The promised view of the Gulp vierder was disappointing.

We have used this property as a base for a number of walks in the area of u200bu200bSlenaken. The house is modern, well maintained and nicely located. The bedrooms are on the tight side, but otherwise fine. The terrace at the back opens onto a meadow with beautiful view of the Gulp Valley and the church of Slenaken. We were very kindly received. The surroundings are beautiful and varied enough for several interesting walks. In other words, highly recommended.

We have experienced a great holiday week in A Gen Farm Water. Good place to start a walk / bike / running training and excursions (GaiaZoo, Miljoenenlijn, ...) to make. The owner was very friendly and after 1 night stair gates installed - we are very happy. Our son, almost 2.5 years old, has experienced a great holiday. Nice meegewandeld, sheep fed at the cottage, and all tractors designated.

A great base with friends with the road bike to ride the Amstel Gold or, like us, some marked trails to ride. Be sure to take along enough spare tires because of the present hawthorn branches. House is very complete with lockable bike storage and perfect pump. Unfortunately the weather was not under control. But that gave the squishy hills or the necessary much needed stress.

Living space for four adults and a dog very tight. As it was we could sit outside in warmer weather. A large staircase in the middle of the living room is standing in the way. We were received great! The owner was enthusiastic about his cottages and told the origin of the house. The house owner gave us some nice tips to do in the neighborhood. The environment is super! beautiful nature and in the village are nice restaurants and a bakery. From here you can easily spend a day at Valkenburg or Maastricht, for example. What is fun to do is a scooter tour through the surrounding villages. The cottage was clean and the bathroom is super! Our dog also thought it was fantastic to run on the pasture pasture. The only downside was that the staircase is in the middle of the living room. All in all, this accommodation is definitely recommended!

Everything was great. The warm welcome from the owner, the house was attractive and very clean, the garden was well deposited so that our dog could not escape and the area was very beautiful. My son and nephew thought the tractor was the icing on the cake. Certainly worth repeating, but then with these cordial people in their beautiful and well-kept apartments.

Recommended! It is a nice house, equipped with luxury and comfort. Warm welcome with Limburg pie, super clean, cozy and fully furnished, good beds and a view of sheep and hills. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy walking and cycling, in the village there is a good bakery and small but well-stocked supermarket, there are terraces and restaurants nearby. The Hummesknupke cottage was fine for us as a family of 4, but with 6 people it seems a bit tight, then I would choose one of the other 2 cottages.
