Build in the middle of 2016, these villas are situated on large parcels of land, spread over the large Maastricht Resort.
There are six different models to choose from; a detached 6 person comfort villa with three bedrooms and one bathroom (NL-6216-02). There is also a luxury model (NL-6216-03). This type of villa is larger and has a luxurious bathroom with bubble bath and sauna.
Than there is the 8 person luxury villa (NL-6216-04). This type (semi detached) has four bedrooms, spread over the 1st and 2nd floors and has two bathrooms, one of them with bubble bath and sauna. There is an American fridge in the kitchen.
Than there is the large, detached, stately luxurious 12 person villa (NL-6216-05). This type has six bedrooms, spread over the 1st and 2nd floors and has three bathrooms, one of them with bubble bath. This type also has an American fridge in the kitchen.
A four-person comfort semi-detached villa is also available (NL-6216-06). This type features two bedrooms and one bathroom along with a lovely wood stove in the living room.
Finally, there is the option of a detached 8-person comfort villa (NL-6216-07). This type features four bedrooms, of which one can be found on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one of which can be found on the ground floor. This villa also features a pleasant wood stove.
All villas are modern and are tastefully decorated. They have a large living room, a modern open kitchen equipped with all modern furnishings (combination microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine). All the bedrooms have box spring beds. They can therefore be used as a double or 2 single bed set up. Finally there is a garden with terrace and outdoor furniture.

Location and surroundings of object
In this spacious resort at just 3 km from the vibrant centre of Maastricht you'll find a harmonious combination between the past and the present. The traditional architecture and unmistakable exterior style elements of the stately villas are a wink to the past. Once inside you'll be treated to all possible modern comfort and luxury.
Resort Maastricht is a small village in itself, situated alongside the golf course and just a stone's throw away from the river Meuse. The resort consists of two sections: one section where the villas are located and the lively 'Wilhelmusplein' where the various types of apartments and part of the central facilities are found. On the square, you will find a restaurant named 'Proeflokaal Eten', adjacent to 'Proeflokaal Drinken'. Both 'Proeflokalen' (tasting rooms) feature a large terrace with seats and parasols where you can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink. A menu for the little ones is also available. There is a mobile snack bar on the square for snack lovers. And a holiday is not complete without ice cream, of course. Italian scoop ice cream in all flavours is available from the ice cream truck.
In addition, there is a covered swimming pool, mini market, various playing fields with play equipment, entertainment for children (only in summer) as well as a fitness studio. You can also book a massage against payment on the premises.
There's more than enough to do in the surroundings. The centre of Maastricht has the Vrijthof with different restaurants and cosy outdoor cafes, shops and of course museums. There's for example the Bonnefanten museum (ancient and modern art), Museum cellar Derlon (remains of Roman excavations) and the Natural History Museum Maastricht. There is also enough to do for nature lovers. The area around Maastricht can be easily be explored by bike and there are a number of hiking routes. The marlstone caves of the Sint-Pietersberg are worth a visit. There are a number of festivals and activities during the year. From dance parties to André Rieu concerts on the Vrijthof and from TEFAF (the most important art and antiques fair in the world) to the Amstel Gold Race, Maastricht has it all.
Because of its favourable location close to Germany and Belgium, a visit to the cities of Aachen and Liege is also a possibility. Closer to home, cities like Valkenburg, Heerlen, Geleen of Sittard can be reached easily.
Maastricht Resort is an ambitious modern resort at just 3 km from the Vrijthof in the middle of the cosy centre of Maastricht. It's situated right next to the golf course and an indoor pool is a 5-minute walk away. The stately villas guarantee a top-notch stay.
Resort Maastricht is currently being expanded with 33 luxury apartments. These apartments will be built on the north-east side of the resort and will be ready by mid-2022. In addition to this expansion, a very extensive, luxurious wellness area is also being built. Construction may cause some disruption to the resort, especially for some of the apartments and holiday homes located near the construction area. Of course, we are doing everything we can to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.

The park and the cottage was very beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves here. It was only a big downer on arrival to be told what those 195 euros service costs are. When booking through Belvilla it was described that the rent included final cleaning, bed linen and towels and kitchen linen. However, that is not the case. For this you pay the 195 euro service costs at the park, the receptionist told us that they have already had several angry guests due to this unclear communication from Belvilla. In the meantime I have tried several times to call Belvilla to discuss this, but as can be read on the internet, they shine in their absence. It is very special that your customer service department is already closed before 15:00 in the afternoon. The park is very beautiful and fun to go to. It offers enough entertainment for young and old. But I wouldn't, but then really don't book through this organization anymore, just directly at the park.

We were welcomed friendly. The accommodation was very nice, especially you kind of Fereinhausanlage as Dorf.Es everything was available, what you need for a city break. The drive to the center with the Tae is very affordable and very convenient.

The acomodation was great! what I have experienced disturbing is the way in which you display prices on the website and then make a breakdown when paying. Then you have to make the choice to pay an advance or the entire sum. I first chose the advance. Then I was told that the remaining amount also had to be paid within 7-10 days. I then chose to pay the entire sum. At that moment, you as a customer are convinced that you have paid the full amount. But on arrival it appears that you still have to pay € 220 service costs. They were deducted from the initial sum apparently. Of course there is nothing wrong with this arithmetically. But it made me feel like I was being cheated on arrival. And that was the result of the way of listing the costs. I heard that a lot of people who had a problem with Belvilla through checkin. Not a nice user experience. I would therefore review that process of payment.

The park (still under construction) is situated in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Maastricht and looks beautiful. The rise to the holiday was not pleasant, due to a double booking. E.e.a. only became clear after 2 1/2 weeks (and 1 week before departure) and the settlement with Belvilla was not only flawless. This has had a negative impact on the holiday, and the fact that there was no compensation for Belvilla, we said "very neatly". We have been booking via Belvilla for years, but you do not feel appreciated Customer. A miss of Belvilla for us.

Beautiful and beautifully laid out complex with a luxurious appearance. Reception reception was good but the receptionist talked very quickly. We as Limburgers were able to follow it with difficulty. I can imagine that Dutch people from other parts of the country cannot follow at all. The cottage was otherwise okay, but the bathroom was absolutely not clean. Very unfortunate for such a house!

Super nice holiday park, still under construction, but we did not bother. Fun animation for the kids, 5 days a week. Inside the cottage very neat, modern and fully equipped! Only a minus were the beds. They were super soft and did not offer any support or comfort at all. For now to do, but after some more visits soon to be replaced!
