Build in the middle of 2016, these villas are situated on large parcels of land, spread over the large Maastricht Resort.
There are four different models to choose from; a detached 6 person comfort villa with three bedrooms and one bathroom (NL-6216-02). There is also a luxury model (NL-6216-03). This type of villa is larger and has a luxurious bathroom with bubble bath and sauna. Than there is the 8 person luxury villa (NL-6216-04). This type (semi detached) has four bedrooms, spread over the 1st and 2nd floors and has two bathrooms, one of them with bubble bath and sauna. There is an American fridge in the kitchen. And finally there is the large, detached, stately luxurious 12 person villa (NL-6216-05). This type has six bedrooms, spread over the 1st and 2nd floors and has three bathrooms, one of them with bubble bath. This type also has an American fridge in the kitchen.
All villas are modern and are tastefully decorated. They have a large living room, a modern open kitchen equipped with all modern furnishings (combination microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine). All the bedrooms have box spring beds. They can therefore be used as a double or 2 single bed set up. Finally there is a garden with terrace and outdoor furniture.

Location and surroundings of object
In this spacious resort at just 3 km from the vibrant centre of Maastricht you'll find a harmonious combination between the past and the present. The traditional architecture and unmistakable exterior style elements of the stately villas are a wink to the past. Once inside you'll be treated to all possible modern comfort and luxury.
Resort Maastricht is a small village in itself, situated alongside the golf course and just a stone's throw away from the river Meuse. The resort consists of two sections: one section where the villas are located and the lively 'Wilhelmusplein' where the various types of apartments and part of the central facilities are found. On the square, you will find a restaurant named 'Proeflokaal Eten', adjacent to 'Proeflokaal Drinken'. Both 'Proeflokalen' (tasting rooms) feature a large terrace with seats and parasols where you can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink. A menu for the little ones is also available. There is a mobile snack bar on the square for snack lovers. And a holiday is not complete without ice cream, of course. Italian scoop ice cream in all flavours is available from the ice cream truck.
In addition, there is a covered swimming pool, mini market, various playing fields with play equipment, entertainment for children (only in summer) as well as a fitness studio. You can also book a massage against payment on the premises.
There's more than enough to do in the surroundings. The centre of Maastricht has the Vrijthof with different restaurants and cosy outdoor cafes, shops and of course museums. There's for example the Bonnefanten museum (ancient and modern art), Museum cellar Derlon (remains of Roman excavations) and the Natural History Museum Maastricht. There is also enough to do for nature lovers. The area around Maastricht can be easily be explored by bike and there are a number of hiking routes. The marlstone caves of the Sint-Pietersberg are worth a visit. There are a number of festivals and activities during the year. From dance parties to André Rieu concerts on the Vrijthof and from TEFAF (the most important art and antiques fair in the world) to the Amstel Gold Race, Maastricht has it all.
Because of its favourable location close to Germany and Belgium, a visit to the cities of Aachen and Liege is also a possibility. Closer to home, cities like Valkenburg, Heerlen, Geleen of Sittard can be reached easily.
Maastricht Resort is an ambitious modern resort at just 3 km from the Vrijthof in the middle of the cosy centre of Maastricht. It's situated right next to the golf course and an indoor pool is a 5-minute walk away. The stately villas guarantee a top-notch stay.
Resort Maastricht is currently being expanded with 33 luxury apartments. These apartments will be built on the north-east side of the resort and will be ready by mid-2022. In addition to this expansion, a very extensive, luxurious wellness area is also being built. Construction may cause some disruption to the resort, especially for some of the apartments and holiday homes located near the construction area. Of course, we are doing everything we can to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.

Beautiful, spacious house! Well cleaned ... spiders / webs and dead insects everywhere on the wall and roller shutters. Floor was not clean either. What we also missed was a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, a really nice house and park for everyone !

The Dormio resort is still under construction, but actually has everything you need. Very good park.Negative the cleaning probably had a blindfold. And the food in the food court is very expensive for what you get, tasty.

Very nice front desk, spacious, modern (new) house with everything you need - even with sauna and bathtub with jacuzzi function. The only, but however great wormwood drops were the beds On the one hand, the mattresses were too soft (and probably quite cheap ), at least five of the six people present complained about tensions or back pain the next morning. On the other hand, there are two single beds in each of the rooms on laminate / parquet flooring. The result is that romantic nights can hardly be imagined, since both beds slip away and / or move apart during the smallest movement. VERY uncool. Double beds would not have been a false investment! I recommend taking some sufficiently long cable bindings, in order to connect the feet quasi together. Otherwise, it was perfect.

There is pleasant and with attention to ingegaan.De property is brand new. Especially the bathroom with the hot tub, and sauna taste in tasty fresh looking and ruim.Jammer to tear down the operation - krakende- stairs so opvalt.Is the novelty or a matter of building / yield very fast There are many amenities in the property, and they make it a comfortable geheel.Minpunt a number of devices and drains is certainly not silent .... as ventilation and dishwasher. Also produce the toilets (unnecessary) noise when flushing .Buiten is still on the premises. Unfortunately, driving several guests with clearly faster than walking pace through the straten.De area of the buildings is strangely bare. That's part of newly constructed and in winter, but the vegetation of the garden (the hedge!) Deserves attention and what mest..Vreemd is NOWHERE in sight a bird ..?! What I also missed a rack or cabinet inventory External food in storage.

Very dirty, much cleaned itself. Not very enthusiastic staff and some gardens are small with little privacy since the bushes are not yet fully grown (there are little sticks between the houses) and the houses are close together. On arrival we had to pay 130 euros in gas water light.

The park looks neat, on the young plantings you can see that everything is still fairly new. The fresh rolls were delicious. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned properly. There were many spinneraggen in the rooms. Too bad. After using the sauna and the hot tub, water from the smoke detector dripped into the living room. Reported about this at the reception.

Well received at the desk. Nice cottage and very cozy but not clean. In some glasses there was even mold available, dishwasher was also very dirty. Reception at the desk was very lukewarm. Still very inexperienced people at the desk and the restaurant. Food in restaurant was no longer possible and at order for collection, no discount voucher. why? Still, noise despite being silent after 23h.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful park. The cottage was fairly new so everything neat and nicely finished. The bathroom with sauna and whirlpool also worked overtime. We came with z 'n all very relaxing at home after a weekend. In addition, the park is within walking distance of the center of Maastricht, which makes it ideal.

We very much enjoyed the most complete and luxurious house in the quiet Resort Maastricht. The sauna and jacuzzi were lovely and the view from the house on the golf course was great! If you like walking, you can already walk downtown. You can also rent a bike for a nice price or order a taxi. In the park several facilities are provided such as a bistro, breakfast service, swimming pool and spa. A weekend was too short and we would like once again to book in the summer!

NB! If you think you have paid everything, you will receive € 145 "service costs" on your thunder and tourist tax upon arrival. Will probably have a very expensive cleaning lady .... House itself fine

The park is not completely finished yet. The playgrounds are. The houses look beautiful. There are also groups of friends in the larger houses in the park between the families with young children, there was noises in the evening and night at night because of music and noisy talking

Hopefully that will be better from next year but on arrival you have the feeling that you are in a construction pit. The park is not finished yet. At the huiskes you notice nothing more.

Service is fine. Cottage was nice. Cozy sitting area, excellent rooms and beds. Bathroom good. Hot tub with light and sauna were great! However, poor water pressure, so showering was not ideal. We had asked for stair gates because of our small children. Now there was only a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The bottom is also desirable! The kitchen was fine, but there were very few pans and utensils. And the knives were dull. It was also a pity that the kitchen and living room were two separate rooms, which made the house feel somewhat cramped. That seemed to be different in the photos when booking.

I find the extra costs I had to pay on arrival quite high! 127 euros… we were there for 2 days. The pool is very small. And for the rest you have to pay extra if you want to exercise… 850 euros for 2 nights is excessively high. Gene loungers. And not really very clean. Disappointed me

Comfortable cottage with a sauna as a bonus. Only the people for the maintenance of the park are on the road early. For example, we were awakened quite early in the morning by several lawnmowers working in our garden.
