The Resort Limburg Holiday Park has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The superb Resort Limburg Swimming Centre and Wellness Centre opened in December 2007. This beautiful building has swimming pools, saunas, a fitness area, solariums and a massage and beauty salon. There are cafes and restaurants. The park is in the municipality of Echt-Susteren. It is in a convenient position in the province of Limburg and adjoins Germany and Belgium. This is a delightful area for walking and cycling. You can enjoy little picturesque villages and beautiful extensive nature reserves. There is plenty to do immediately outside the holiday park. The nine-hole Echt-Susteren Golf Club is opposite the entrance. Snow World Landgraaf, the largest indoor ski-slope in Europe, is just a stone's throw away. The indoor winter sports facilities here are vast. The famous 'Three Country Point' in Vaals is very near. This is where the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium meet. The Resort Limburg Holiday Park is an ideal holiday destination for lovers of beautiful scenery. There is also plenty of entertainment. The park has many facilities. You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool and a swimming pond with slides. The park is in a convenient position for trips to Belgium and Germany.
The Supermarkt will be closed from 02.11.09 / 11.12.09.
It is possible that in certain areas of the grounds some building works will be going on. The park tries to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
The opening hours of the horeca, swimming facilities and the supermarket depend on the season
Resort Limburg is entitled to request a deposit of € 200, - per booking.
The waterplay paradise will be accessible as from July 1th at a minimum temperature of 20 degrees. When the water level is too low, the gliders will be closed. The Beau & Bloem Fun Club is only open for Easter, on Ascension Day, on Whit Sunday and Whit Monday (Pentecost), and during the May, summer, autumn and Christmas holidays.
We would like to point out that you can only pay with a pin or credit card at the reception. At the supermarket or catering industry it is also possible to pay with cash.

On arrival a super nice welcome by the animation team. We immediately received the key and a nice explanation for driving to the cottage. The cottage looks fine and clean, everything is present. to be ;)

Apart from the weather everything went great. Arrival was no problem, house was clean and everything you could need. We were two with a dog, it was perfect. Actually the house is for 6 people, I think it's a bit too small because there is only one toilet. It is okay for 2-4 people and dogs are also welcome.

The accommodation was unfortunately not clean. Lots of dust flakes, dead flies and even food in the cupboards. The pan set was complete and the inventory list was also incorrect. The stove on the right-hand side of the stove did not work and there was also a piece of garden chair. We reported all this, unfortunately little was done with it. We also did not receive any feedback regarding the broken materials and facilities and we had to check this ourselves. Nothing has been repaired or replaced during our stay. (Only the pan set) Concerning the environment, we are satisfied. Many play facilities and entertainment.

The arrival was confusing because there were two bookings with the same surname. The accommodation was good, could have been cleaner, one of the days we had a rough day and ran the temperature to 40 degrees in the cottage !!! In addition, no windows could be opened in two of the three bedrooms. In addition, it was a failure that the windows and doors that were open could not be horrified. The surroundings of Susteren are beautiful, like all South Limburg.

The house looks good and tidy and is equipped with every comfort.We sit all day on the terrace of our stay and look out over the water.The house was clean and tidy on arrival. We had 1 dirty sheet, but after a phone call it was replaced within 15 minutes for a clean one, neatly packaged, and we even got an extra package. Very good service. All well arranged

Friendly staff at the front desk. Large but clear park. Neat appearance. The Pavilion6 is spacious enough but could be cleaner. The floor was clearly not swept. We had very hot weather and so the temperature was huge in the house. Also from the 1 of the 3 bedrooms the window was not open, while that was the "master bedroom". That was a pity. Airco would be very nice.We would like to eat the first evening on the park, but the restaurant we found was far too expensive for "eating the children as soon as possible". So it was just the snack bar, which we were helped with. We also had a good time. Lots to do in the area.

We stayed 4 days in july at pavilion plus no. 518. Very clean comfortable accomodation with a modern glass fronted exterior and a well equipped kitchen. Please note that the bedrooms are on the small side and did get a bit stuffy, though there are windows that could be opened. Activities on site that we tried included the indoor and outdoor swimming areas, mini golf and table tennis. Though the swimming was free we had to pay for the mini golf and table tennis. Very relaxing time overall. The only negative point was that the lady at reception did not take any time to tell us about the various recreational activities and only thrust a leaflet in Dutch at us, even though it was obvious we spoke only English. I had to ask her specifically for information in English. Surely it does not take much time to give us a brief outline of activities and facilities available instead of being left to fend for ourselves.

The park is undergoing a large expansion, with new accommodation being erected around us. Supermarket on site closed until christmas week day after we arrived. Shops about 10 drive away. Well signposted directions to park apart from the last turning which sent us on a little trip to the back lanes -) The winter opening times for pool and facilities were disappointing and we were not aware of the restrictions when we booked. We chose a mid season week but frankly everything was on a low season timetable. Reception were unable to open up to changing room on our morning of departure to retrieve some items in a pool locker, pool opens at 1pm! The cleaning surcharge is unreasonable, we had to make the beds, strip them, sweep up, empty dish washer. The shower drain was blocked with hair, and various bit of debris in bedside table .This cost us 40 euros! . All this said we made the week an enjoyable time. There is an animal enclosure with deer, geese, goats, chickens, pigs etc. very well laid out site and a large lake at its center. I would be reluctant to stay in high season as the pool/changing rooms and health suite would be overcrowded. I would suggest an optional cleaning charge, we have our own holiday lets, and know what a clean involves to avoid complaints. The accommodation was very new, well furnished and warm. Cooking facilities were very good, well appointed kitchen.

A previous holiday was in a Belvilla house and that was great, hence the choice to book again. When booking made the choice on the photo that was shown, later I came to the discovery that you could be in a kind of equal bungalow come. whatever happened. That was the only thing against, the house were eurocamp and did not have the look we had at the previous house Belvilla.Veel sun and very hot in the bungalow anex caravan. It became more than 30 degrees at home. so with the chairs around the house look for shade. the dog was allowed but it was too hot in the house to stay there the area is still fully planted, was still bare, no trees and bushes in two bedrooms could not open windows, making it very hot and muf.de bedrooms are tight around and or between the bed, good mattresses and a nice sofa in the living room. the shower was very nice. in the bathroom I missed the possibility (plan) and hooks to hang something

The park is really nicely laid out and very well maintained. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The house was super nice and very clean at arrival. The only criticism is that the bedroom is very small and the storage space was very limited. But you can arrange it. We would definitely go back there.

The park was very well maintained. All amenities were available. Also, given the Corona restrictions, we were able to enjoy everything with some adjustments here and there, but that was not disturbing. Our house was located with the garden about 15 meters on the water. Here we missed a gate for the safety of our children. The house was broom clean but behind the sofa was still a lot of dust and rubbish. Normally not disturbing and not to be noticed but because we have small children and a dog that come and climb / crawl everywhere, we noticed. Beds were good, bedding was clean. Plumbing was well maintained.

The accommodation was unfortunately not clean. Lots of dust flakes, dead flies and even food in the cupboards. The pan set was complete and the inventory list was also incorrect. The stove on the right-hand side of the stove did not work and there was also a piece of garden chair. We reported all this, unfortunately little was done with it. We also did not receive any feedback regarding the broken materials and facilities and we had to check this ourselves. Nothing has been repaired or replaced during our stay. (Only the pan set) Concerning the environment, we are satisfied. Many play facilities and entertainment.

Friendly people at reception. Well helped. Everywhere staff were neat and friendly. The house was new and very neat. Good clean and everything in the house. Little little point was that no window could be opened in two bedrooms. There was only a griddle. Cycle nodes start right outside parc so ideal for cycling.

The arrival was confusing because there were two bookings with the same surname. The accommodation was good, could have been cleaner, one of the days we had a rough day and ran the temperature to 40 degrees in the cottage !!! We were traveling with our grandchildren for 4 days in Hommelheide and it was all an absolute success. The park is terrific. On the way from our house to the swimming pool there were three playgrounds, we always had with even lure some more beautiful children. We recommend this park one hundred percent. Our house was a dream, it was designed for 6 people, we found it to fourth great to sixth it would be a little too tight.

The park is really nicely laid out and very well maintained. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The house was super nice and very clean at arrival. The only criticism is that the bedroom is very small and the storage space was very limited. But you can arrange it. We would definitely go back there.

We had a whole house with a rain shower and a gas fireplace. Tastefully decorated. The park offered fine amenities such as swimming pool, indoor playground and restaurants. Sittard is very close. We sometimes come back to this park!

The park is undergoing a large expansion, with new accommodation being erected around us. Supermarket on site closed until christmas week day after we arrived. Shops about 10 drive away. Well signposted directions to park apart from the last turning which sent us on a little trip to the back lanes -) The winter opening times for pool and facilities were disappointing and we were not aware of the restrictions when we booked. We chose a mid season week but frankly everything was on a low season timetable. Reception were unable to open up to changing room on our morning of departure to retrieve some items in a pool locker, pool opens at 1pm! The cleaning surcharge is unreasonable, we had to make the beds, strip them, sweep up, empty dish washer. The shower drain was blocked with hair, and various bit of debris in bedside table .This cost us 40 euros! . All this said we made the week an enjoyable time. There is an animal enclosure with deer, geese, goats, chickens, pigs etc. very well laid out site and a large lake at its center. I would be reluctant to stay in high season as the pool/changing rooms and health suite would be overcrowded.
I would suggest an optional cleaning charge, we have our own holiday lets, and know what a clean involves to avoid complaints.
The accommodation was very new, well furnished and warm. Cooking facilities were very good, well appointed kitchen.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Large but clear park. Neat appearance. The Pavilion6 is spacious enough but could be cleaner. The floor was clearly not swept. We had very hot weather and so the temperature was huge in the house. Also from the 1 of the 3 bedrooms the window was not open, while that was the "master bedroom". That was a pity. Airco would be very nice.We would like to eat the first evening on the park, but the restaurant we found was far too expensive for "eating the children as soon as possible". So it was just the snack bar, which we were helped with. We also had a good time. Lots to do in the area.

We stayed 4 days in july at pavilion plus no. 518. Very clean comfortable accomodation with a modern glass fronted exterior and a well equipped kitchen. Please note that the bedrooms are on the small side and did get a bit stuffy, though there are windows that could be opened. Activities on site that we tried included the indoor and outdoor swimming areas, mini golf and table tennis. Though the swimming was free we had to pay for the mini golf and table tennis. Very relaxing time overall. The only negative point was that the lady at reception did not take any time to tell us about the various recreational activities and only thrust a leaflet in Dutch at us, even though it was obvious we spoke only English. I had to ask her specifically for information in English. Surely it does not take much time to give us a brief outline of activities and facilities available instead of being left to fend for ourselves.

Upon arrival it turned out that we had been allocated a different house than we booked. Luckily it was fairly booked cottage and we could choose where we wanted to stay. House is spacious, quite new, quite clean. Modern decor the bathroom and kitchen. Small pool with paddling. Was fine. Good food in the main restaurant. Fun things around.

A previous holiday was in a Belvilla house and that was great, hence the choice to book again. When booking made the choice on the photo that was shown, later I came to the discovery that you could be in a kind of equal bungalow come. whatever happened. That was the only thing against, the house were eurocamp and did not have the look we had at the previous house Belvilla.Veel sun and very hot in the bungalow anex caravan. It became more than 30 degrees at home. so with the chairs around the house look for shade. the dog was allowed but it was too hot in the house to stay there the area is still fully planted, was still bare, no trees and bushes in two bedrooms could not open windows, making it very hot and muf.de bedrooms are tight around and or between the bed, good mattresses and a nice sofa in the living room. the shower was very nice. in the bathroom I missed the possibility (plan) and hooks to hang something

The arrival was good. The accommodation was good in itself, but no shade around the house😥, and a great pity that there were no windows in 2 bedrooms to blow it through. Maybe plant a tree or make a shelter at the house. The area was very nice and clean.

We have to resort Limburg had a nice holiday. Lots of nice towns on a half-hour drive made it very nice. There were many nice trips in the neighborhood. Our cottage was great! Lacked us nothing and we are very satisfied. The only thing that bothered us occasionally had some people with a cottage in the park like property, which looked at us very reproachful. we have attracted more here not so much. As all had a great week!

Apart from the weather everything went great. Arrival was no problem, house was clean and everything you could need. We were two with a dog, it was perfect. Actually the house is for 6 people, I think it's a bit too small because there is only one toilet. It is okay for 2-4 people and dogs are also welcome.

The park was very well maintained. All amenities were available. Also, given the Corona restrictions, we were able to enjoy everything with some adjustments here and there, but that was not disturbing. Our house was located with the garden about 15 meters on the water. Here we missed a gate for the safety of our children. The house was broom clean but behind the sofa was still a lot of dust and rubbish. Normally not disturbing and not to be noticed but because we have small children and a dog that come and climb / crawl everywhere, we noticed. Beds were good, bedding was clean. Plumbing was well maintained.

beautiful park, beautiful area. Unfortunately, not really nice weather so the playgrounds were very wet and ground drassig..binnenzwembad bit too small. Be clean and warm.Helaas was not from the outside pool genieten.huisje can pretty much be bothered by mosquitoes and flies.

It is a spacious sleek modern accommodation for six people with no less than 2 showers and a beautiful spacious garden in a well-facilitated park. However, it could be better finished with more cupboard space, hooks and window foil on the front door. Also 1 shower smelled a bit.

The house looks good and tidy and is equipped with every comfort.We sit all day on the terrace of our stay and look out over the water.The house was clean and tidy on arrival. We had 1 dirty sheet, but after a phone call it was replaced within 15 minutes for a clean one, neatly packaged, and we even got an extra package. Very good service. All well arranged

The bungalow looks good, only the possibility to hang clothes and the rest of the stuff such as groceries and bicycles cannot be cleaned up anywhere or put in a storage room, so that is a very big minus point for us. And the cleaning could be better.

On arrival a super nice welcome by the animation team. We immediately received the key and a nice explanation for driving to the cottage. The cottage looks fine and clean, everything is present. to be ;)
