We have a week long enjoyed in this house beautifully situated, you walk into the forest, anything more than sufficiently present and more importantly, everything worked! Great with lights and decorations rigged tree allowed us to welcome the wood for the fireplace was chopped, the beds made, clean and cozy ingericht.We with 16 people had a wonderful Christmas week.

A beautiful character boutique property dating back more than 100 years old. The facilities are good, the showers and newly uitstekend.De decor in the kitchen and kitchen utensils are sometimes a bit on the worn side. But there is more than provide kitchen. Glad at 2 places can be cooked, otherwise you stand each other but in the weg.De living room is amazing, beautiful fireplace, cozy atmosphere. We have great fun and it's definitely worth a return in the summer to come, because in March it is really too cold to zwemmen.Diana and compagny

Very good experience overall, beatiful surroundings, more than sufficient privacy, heated pool not so warm because of limitations to heating (solar pannels only). Howevber, overall a house as well as an area to return to. Very very good value for money.

We are from 15-8 to 19-8 with 14 people in separate elefantas verbleven.Perfect house in quiet area large garden no nuisance neighbors that you can deliver. Everything in the house 2x microwave oven 2x stereo big screen tv dvd playstation etc. and living room with fireplace is really super much nicer if the picture on the Internet. Oh also 2 bathrooms useful if you bentja with as "a big group, we really enjoyed those few days

The whole house was very cold, despite the fireplace for which you pay an extra 110 € and the heating was very cold. Only in one room did the heating work properly. In addition, heating and electricity costs are deducted from the deposit with these costs remaining from our deposit of 600 € only 264 € for heating and it was still freezing cold. Property has its charms but needs to be renovated. At the moment, price/quality is not in proportion. Oven does not work properly, heating in bathroom does not work, plaster falls from the walls, ... For that price, everything should work perfectly. Tip: provide manuals for, among other things, the kitchen appliances, maybe the oven worked but we couldn't find the right settings.

It was a spacious house with plenty of space for the large group. Fireplace, sunny terrace and swimming pool are the pluses. Environment is also beautiful. However, the house is very outdated, not very clean (thick cobwebs on ceilings and in cupboards) and not always practical (very small refrigerator, for example).

When I asked to specify the amount, I got the answer: 5 m3 water x 2.19 = 10.95 euros332 Kwh electricity x 0.30 = 99.60 euros (according to the Belvilla list 0.28) 83 m3 gas x 0.80 = 66.40 euros (according to the list Belvilla 0.73) For 3.5 days 332 kWh billing equates to an annual consumption of 36,000 KWh. Belvilla gave a discount of 175 euros when booking. The administrator uses the costs afterwards as a revenue model, I think that is a scandalous working method

Beautiful, clean house, beautiful surroundings. Two points: 1. The additional costs were higher than Belvilla had reported to us in the rental contract. This farm is located in a rural area in a quiet neighbourhood. The large garden and beautiful swimming pool are ideal for family groups. We have had 7 days of sun, and have mainly lived outside. The interior of the house is charming and simple. There is a comfortable kitchen and a spacious living room. The bedrooms, toilets and bathroom are very basic. The house is in need of renovation. The building and the spaces show defects here and there. We have forwarded our comments to the host. A very sympathetic young gentleman who is easily accessible during our stay We have had a nice holiday here.

The environment is super quiet and rural. the dirt roads are suitable for Boseln. Shop very close to it as it is in the description also. We have met our family 15 people from different ages from 80 years to 18 years with even a little child of a year enjoying the Los Elefantes farm on arrival, the owner was very much appreciated, she explained me how Everything worked and the like.The accommodation was 200 years old and it was also noticeable to the courage and cracking of the doors. For a large group of people there is a refrigerator too short there should actually be a fridge. The pool was very nice and was well maintained because of the weather we have not been able to swim every day but if you have a beautiful summer then this is recommended. In the area it was not for everyone directly what to do but foremost people were the forest A relish to walk with the dogs. The villages around Saint Joost are easy to reach and there is a lot to do in the area like on the Meuse sailing with a Charter boat etc, etc.

We left after 1 day. The owners hadn't seen our booking so we arrived to a very dirty house. We were received very unwelcomingly. In the end we couldn't get into the house until around 8:30 PM, instead of 4:00 PM. With 5 children that is not pleasant. After cleaning, the house was still not clean, and it became increasingly clear that the house is in such a condition that it should not be rented out like that. Many broken, single glass everywhere, huge cracks in doors, power cables sticking out of walls, broken sharp tiles, the list is endless. Communication with the owner is unpleasant. In the end we left after 1 day in consultation with Belvilla. Belvilla has solved this neatly. But all in all had a very bad experience in this house.

The accommodation is a little old fashioned but basically fine. Swimming pool is very nice and in good weather we can have a lot of outdoors. Communication with the hiring party is a bit blurred. At check-out they were not there to lead afterwards discussions. When booking, please note the additional costs. That makes the villa much more expensive, think of gas, water, light where we lost 102 euros in the summer with a group of 18 people while we mainly stayed outside, used the bbq and did not have heating.
