Your holiday on the expansive Boschmolenplas lake will be extra special with a stay in the VIP Waterzicht Villa. Besides a stunning view, you can also enjoy the barrel sauna in this holiday home. These luxurious holiday homes are all located directly on the Boschmolenplas lake, and from your terrace, you'll have a magnificent view of the lake. You'll have access to a spacious garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, and two loungers, which stretches all around the house. Furthermore, each holiday home has a living area of 105 m² and all VIP Waterzicht Villas feature a well-equipped kitchen and living room, two spacious bedrooms, and a luxurious bathroom.
The upstairs bedrooms open onto a large roof terrace with stunning views of the lake.
From the living room, sliding doors open onto the large covered garden terrace and the garden overlooking the lake.
The garden terrace is equipped with garden furniture, two loungers, a barbecue, and a barrel sauna. Parking for one car in front of the house. For more cars, there are several parking spaces available in the park.

As the name suggests, this location is characterized by water and all that it has to offer. The spacious Maaspark Boschmolenplas is absolutely recommended for water sports enthusiasts, it has its own harbor. Boating, fishing, swimming , water skiing, surfing or sailing?. It's possible here. Through the water quality and a lake bed full of surprises, the Boschmolenplas is also a very popular diving destination. Have little or no experience with diving? There is a diving school on the park to change that. There are 2 tennis courts, table tennis, a boules court and a playground. The park has various playgrounds on offer, and you can hire bikes to explore the lake. And meeting up in the brasserie (with a view of the harbor) is certainly no punishment. Some recommendations in the area include Roermond (approx. 11km away), Maastricht (approx. 45 km) and you can be in Germany within a half an hour. Maaspark Boschmolenplas is a fantastic destination for sports enthusiasts and seekers of peace and quiet.
The waterside holiday park of Maaspark Boschmolenplas has its own harbour and offers sufficient options for excursions into the surrounding area.

Very clean and well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals. The sauna was a nice addition to relax after a day of exploring.

We spent a week in this holiday home and were very satisfied with our choice. The living room was ideal for family gatherings and we found the outdoor space great. It was also fantastic that there were attractions nearby such as the Stedelijk Museum Roermond to visit.

What a cute place! Our family spent a wonderful weekend here. The sauna was a great addition after a long day of exploring the nearby hiking trails. The location is quiet, yet close to various dining options, such as Cafe Oppe Linj.

Overall a solid experience, The house had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, It is located in a quiet area - exactly what we needed for a weekend away, We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in the Holiday Home! The place was really cozy and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the sauna after a long day exploring Limburg. Just a warning, the WiFi was sometimes a bit unreliable, but that didn't ruin our trip.
