The luxurious, detached Comfort villas in Weerterbergen are located in a separate part of the park. They're spacious and comfortable and there are three different types that can be booked.

There's a 10-person villa (NL-6002-23) with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor you'll have one bedroom and one bathroom.

There's also a 14-person villa (NL-6002-24) with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor you'll have one bedroom and one bathroom.

Finally there's the largest villa which is available in Weerterbergen, the 24-person type (NL-6002-25). This villa has nine bedrooms and six bathrooms. On the ground floor you'll have two bedrooms and one bathroom at your disposal.

All villas were restyled in 2017, so they're furnished in a complete, modern, and tasteful way. In the bright living room you'll find a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances like a dishwasher and combination microwave. The bedrooms have single box-spring beds, some of them placed together in a double bed setup. On this floor you'll also find a traditional sauna.

Each villa has a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There's parking space for two cars. The other cars can be parked in the central parking. In Weerterbergen you can also book different types of 4-person and 6-person accommodations.

Note:
- This is a car-free family park. After unloading your luggage, you must return the car to the central parking lot.
- Pets are available on request. & From July 10th to 12th, 2026, the Bospop festival will take place in Weert. Many of our guests will be attending this event, which means that our facilities may be limited or closed during this weekend.
- Swimming pool maintenance - The swimming pool will be closed from 23 to 27 November due to maintenance work.

This spacious, partly car-free holiday park borders the Weerter and Budeler mountains, with extensive forests, sand drifts and moors. The location, the many and especially the various facilities and the quality make this location very suitable for young and old. There are also many opportunities to stay in the area. Because the park is located in a beautiful nature area, there are plenty of cycling, hiking and mountain biking trails. With the whole family you can of course also visit the Efteling or Animal Kingdom Europe. Or what about cozy cities such as Eindhoven or Maastricht. The endless possibilities in the park and in the immediate vicinity ensure that you can organize your holiday as you wish.

A five-star holiday park with many facilities. The park is in a beautiful area and near attractive cities.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.

It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.

Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool is closed from Monday, November 22 to Monday, November 29.

Spacious villa with thoughtful layout, We were a group of 10 people and had enough space to stretch out, The dining options nearby were great, especially Beachclub IJzeren Man, which we visited several times.

The villa was very nice, spacious enough for our group and clean. The modern furniture was a plus, and the layout worked well for our needs. We appreciated the quiet location, which allowed us to relax without distractions. The proximity to local dining options like Van Horne Hoeve was convenient. Overall, it met our expectations and provided a comfortable base for our holiday.

The villa was great! We had enough space for everyone and the layout was ideal. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen and relaxing by the pool. A bit far from larger attractions, but it was still worth it for the peace.

A spacious, neat house. All you need. Cleaning of bathrooms was not perfect but okay. Houses are very close to each other and on the edge of the park you do not really have the feeling of being in the middle of nature. But a short drive and you have so much beautiful nature, for example, nice walks. We have ordered a gourmet for the whole group. It was very extensive, tasty and very well cared for. Highly recommended. Swimming pool was nice for an hour, but very busy. Furthermore, we did not use the facilities at the park.

Arrival at the reception was neat and fast. Nothing to complain about. The house, on the other hand, was not clean and many things were broken. I found a sock in one of the bedrooms. Not really something I want to find. In the bathroom with the bath, 1 of the sinks was so clogged that you couldn't even brush your teeth properly because the water would be so high that the sink threatened to overflow. The shower hose in the bath was so leaky that if you wanted to use it, the water sprayed against the bathroom door and the ceiling and the pressure was therefore no longer large enough from the shower head. The floors throughout the house were so dirty that all had black feet within an hour. And in the toilets the urine air could not be hardened, so we were able to clean the first few days to get the air out a bit. Too bad and considering the amount we paid for cleaning it was really not ok. Assuming that the guests have had to pay the same amount for us.
