The luxurious, detached Comfort villas in Weerterbergen are located in a separate part of the park. They're spacious and comfortable and there are three different types that can be booked.
There's a 10-person villa (NL-6002-23) with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor you'll have one bedroom and one bathroom.
There's also a 14-person villa (NL-6002-24) with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor you'll have one bedroom and one bathroom.
Finally there's the largest villa which is available in Weerterbergen, the 24-person type (NL-6002-25). This villa has nine bedrooms and six bathrooms. On the ground floor you'll have two bedrooms and one bathroom at your disposal.
All villas were restyled in 2017, so they're furnished in a complete, modern, and tasteful way. In the bright living room you'll find a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances like a dishwasher and combination microwave. The bedrooms have single box-spring beds, some of them placed together in a double bed setup. On this floor you'll also find a traditional sauna.
Each villa has a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There's parking space for two cars. The other cars can be parked in the central parking.
In Weerterbergen you can also book different types of 4-person and 6-person accommodations.

This spacious, partly car-free holiday park borders the Weerter and Budeler mountains, with extensive forests, sand drifts and moors. The location, the many and especially the various facilities and the quality make this location very suitable for young and old. There are also many opportunities to stay in the area. Because the park is located in a beautiful nature area, there are plenty of cycling, hiking and mountain biking trails. With the whole family you can of course also visit the Efteling or Animal Kingdom Europe. Or what about cozy cities such as Eindhoven or Maastricht. The endless possibilities in the park and in the immediate vicinity ensure that you can organize your holiday as you wish.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool is closed from Monday, November 22 to Monday, November 29.

Roompot park was good. But everything was dirty and old. The house is not cleaned properly. Toilet smells like urine on arrival. To shower for the first time, we pulled the trigger and we had black water.

The heating is not working; when using a shower or sauna, the whole house is above 25 degrees. The house is not clean. Lots of hair and dust, various items of clothing found from previous guests. A spacious, neat house. All you need. Cleaning of bathrooms was not perfect but okay. Houses are very close to each other and on the edge of the park you do not really have the feeling of being in the middle of nature. But a short drive and you have so much beautiful nature, for example, nice walks. We have ordered a gourmet for the whole group. It was very extensive, tasty and very well cared for. Highly recommended. Swimming pool was nice for an hour, but very busy. Furthermore, we did not use the facilities at the park.

The park is somewhat outdated, but we were in the group accommodation and these were a lot newer and very neat. Everything was present. There is plenty to do at the park and you will not be bored here. Houses are also well insulated so that few people were bothered by us during our party on Friday night. All in all a great weekend.

Reception by the reception of the park was not very welcoming. employee was curt and I had to ask myself about all the extras that I had reserved. Besides, I still wonder if you know that everyone will check in from 15:00. Why is this so badly organized.

Arrival at the reception was neat and fast. Nothing to complain about. The house, on the other hand, was not clean and many things were broken. I found a sock in one of the bedrooms. Not really something I want to find. In the bathroom with the bath, 1 of the sinks was so clogged that you couldn't even brush your teeth properly because the water would be so high that the sink threatened to overflow. The shower hose in the bath was so leaky that if you wanted to use it, the water sprayed against the bathroom door and the ceiling and the pressure was therefore no longer large enough from the shower head. The floors throughout the house were so dirty that all had black feet within an hour. And in the toilets the urine air could not be hardened, so we were able to clean the first few days to get the air out a bit. Too bad and considering the amount we paid for cleaning it was really not ok. Assuming that the guests have had to pay the same amount for us.

Despite the fact that you arrive at the park just before you arrive in an industrial zone, the park (for us during the Christmas period then) gives a very cozy, warm atmosphere! Reception at the reception is fantastic

We had a fantastic weekend with the family. A very nice park and environment. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the house left something to be desired. The house was not delivered clean, eg bathroom, oven, gas plate. In the kitchen drawer there were dead animals ...

We had a week and a nice weekend with the children and grandchildren in the 14-person villa. The house was very nice, very spacious. Also enough space around the house. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work. That was a pity! To compensate, we received a voucher of 50 euros to spend on the next stay. The spice cabinets in the pool were also broken at first, they were repaired at the weekend. There are many facilities in the park, plenty to do! Staff we found very friendly!

Great house, super located, not noisy, all in all had a great experience! The only pity is the € 150 final cleaning, which makes you feel like you don't have to do the cleaning because you still have to pay € 150 for this.
