This luxurious, detached villa is located in Residence Klein Vink.
You'll have a bright living room with a nice seating area at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances including a dishwasher. On the ground floor you'll have one bedroom with two single beds (placed together) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. On the first floor you'll find another three bedrooms, each with two single beds; some of them placed together. All beds are box-spring beds. There also are two bathrooms, one of which with shower and bath tub and one with shower. There is a separate toilet on this floor as well. The accommodation is complete with washing machine.
The garden with terrace and garden furniture can be reached through the garden doors in the living room. There's parking space for two cars at the villa.
At Residence Klein Vink there are also 4, 5, 6, 11, and 16-person villas for rent.
Adult guests of Residence Klein Vink have (under certain conditions) 2.5 hours free access a day to Thermaalbad Arcen.

Klein Vink is a welcoming holiday park located amidst the National Park De Maasduinen. The famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen is located near by the park, a great source of relaxation. As a guest of Klein Vink you can use the wellness facilities of Thermaalbad Arcen at a reduced rate. Here you can enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. The holiday park Klein Vink has an indoor swimming pool, a large swimming-, surfing- and rowing lake and a wide range of sports and game facilities. There are many cycling and walking routes in the beautiful nature in this region too. An excursion to the castle gardens of Arcen, Toverland or one of the German cities like Cologne and Dusseldorf is worth it too. The connected, spacious bungalows are for rent. Anybody can enjoy a carefree holiday here.
A great park which also houses the famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
Outside school holidays the indoor pool is closed during the week from 3 pm to 7 pm due to swimming lessons. At this park we offer free sports and entertainment activities.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday December 6 to Friday December 17.

Nice house, for 8 people the living room is small, seating for 5 people. Nice that there is a washing machine and dishwasher. The mattresses are very bad, the steel springs pierce your back. Even with a duvet over the mattress it is still very hard. The plumbing is modern and, except for mold spots, neat. The walls can use a lick of paint. The refrigerator hardly cooled. After indicating this, a separate refrigerator was placed good service!

The holiday park was very nice. Unfortunately, the equipment and, above all, the cleanliness in the "8 party villa" were cheeky. You can tell that the house was really dirty and unkempt. (Sticky floor, ugly big stains on the sofa cushions, hair in the bed, etc.). In addition, there weren't even salt shakers and the like that you could fill. Really a shame, because the holiday complex with its lakes is really something. Wanted to give a "reasonable" first. But then I remembered the color of my dirty socks after walking around the house in socks for a short time and that none of the guests dared to walk around the house barefoot. Maybe it's because I'm an "oh so meticulous German", but I can live with that. Too bad.

The cottage was great! Large, neat and all necessities were present. The park was very nice and could also use the thermal bath. Delicious.

Arrival a bit messy. The cleaning was still in progress, we waited in the car because it was raining. The house was not clean. There were dirty stains on the floors and we also found dirt in the kitchen. There was no starter package with eg toilet paper. Happy handkerchiefs with you ... Different things broken. Such as the umbrella, lights and the remote control. Reported the next day. Took several days to fix it.Bedrooms were fine, beds nice. Living room was not very spacious for a group of 8 people. It all just fit. In good weather, a spacious garden available.

the park is managed by Roompot. The communication between Bellvilla and the Roompot is not OK - & gt however ordered (Bellvilla) but not known (Roompot). About the park little to criticize only at the remark on the one side about the traffic speed I got the answer oh yeah present nobody no longer the speed (your child will but be hit) and the road signage, there is in this park talk of 1 directional traffic, which is very one-sided and poorly visible. The road signage consists of a blue sign with an arrow in the direction that you have to drive occasionally. On the other hand, at the moment you turn the wrong way, you do not see a sign that you drive the wrong way, for example a red sign with a white bar. The answer to this was There are signs enough that this is not true. Fortunately for me there was another customer / user / holidaymaker who also came from a Bellvilla reservation and heard my comment and agreed and found it too unsafe and too little. Again the answer was this you see wrong there are signs enough. Now I am 65 and the young lady I do not know, at least a lot younger and very rude, because I did not sit with her at school. Conclusion House was / is well not 100% cleaned (but ah). In my opinion Roompot is bad for the Bellvilla holidaymaker and for her park as far as the road signage is concerned and the staff at the desk leaves something to be desired

The arrival was without any problem and the accommodation even better than expected. The environment was also very nice but the restaurant is not recommended for the price as the prices are just too high for the food. Quite simply quite normal food so Schnitzel dry, Rumpsteak tough but side dishes were ok, appetizer was great. The free swimming pool is totally in the years and absolutely not clean and totally in need of renovation. Overall a very nice stay, as all the staff very friendly We'll be back.
