Resort Arcen offers a choice of different six-person accommodations. The villas are very comfortably furnished. They each have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and are perfect for two families. There are terraced villas, NL-5944-16, and detached villas, NL-5944-17. There are also detached chalets, NL-5944-18. These have air-conditioning and other amenities. This part of the park is car-free which makes it highly suitable for young families. There are also Finnish bungalows, NL-5944-19. Their interiors are largely made of wood. This part of the park is also car-free. The central parking area has baggage carts for your use. All accommodations have a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

The luxurious Resort Arcen Holiday Park has something for everyone. The park nestles amidst woods and fields on the River Maas in beautiful North Limburg. The gently rolling landscape is highly picturesque. It is perfect for enjoying wonderful cycling and walking trips. Some parts of the park are car-free and very suitable for children. The central building is built in Roman style. It includes an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a Turkish steam room. There is also a charming restaurant with a panoramic terrace. The park's outdoor swimming pool, fish pond, sandy beach, sports and gaming mean there's always something to do whatever the weather. You can enjoy excellent day trips in the area surrounding the resort. The town of Arcen, known as the Pearl on the Maas, is well worth a visit. The German town of Xanten is 30 kilometres away. Dusseldorf is 70 kilometres. They are both easy to reach and make excellent day trips.
You'll find a lot to enjoy at Resort Arcen. You can opt for sheer relaxation, active sports, entertainment, culture and more. You can also enjoy outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a sauna and Turkish steam room.
Various extra amenities are available at some accommodations for a fee of €25. They are not included in the standard booking. These are an infra-red sauna, a second parking place at the villa, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and sun bed. Holiday park really a cottage park. Facilities fine, location house was good. Unfortunately, the house was musty, moldy and far from clean.

Positive Negative was the dishwasher, beds were not geweldig.Zeer little parking space, I can not walk far (handicapped parking) there was no place in the house, and we had to walk far, so negative. For us, no success!

The surroundings are beautiful and there are to many trips to cultural and sporting activities, walking, cycling, watch and enjoy delicious pies! We enjoyed it!

Had to conclude that the sink was found completely torn in the shower, so we use that dared not. Did not work the upper bulb of the lamp (part fixture missing). Furthermore, the operation of the gas cooker was found not to work properly. Could not get through the veiliheidsvergrendeling. The 4 weeks earlier cv put into operation in such a way was found to contain a lot of air, that this was a serious nuisance. The cottage was very nice in terms of decor. Fine furniture. Fine place too.We had 6persoons house with z 'n 6s. It had to do but the small rooms a bit cramped and quite stuffy. Missed it here and what boards eg in the bathroom. What a pity that our house was not clean was. Many spiders rag and crockery was dirty. Kettle sat breadcrumbs and lime layer. Layers also food particles between the couch cushions. Park did offer a cleaner at but when we had t most of all himself gedaan.Verder a great park where I'll be back would come.

We have great fun in Arcen. The weather was great 2 weeks. We have full use of the swimming pond at the park. Very nice there to swim to the raft. The restaurant at the park looks nice, the service decent but the food is generally below par. We were in a cottage called "retreat". In this house are nevertheless several issues for improvement. For example, a raised edge at the beds. Missing so many times our children have fallen out of bed. Fortunately not at the high bed. In the house were hooks, sockets and boards often or not in a convenient place. Details, but on the other hand very easy to improve. For the amount you pay and the pretensions of a "resort" like you expect it carefully finished. All in all a very satisfactory.

The cottage we had was not clean, the windows were so dirty (while everyone is obliged to pay cleaning fees). For 6 people, it is very skinny classified. We had 2 times per day to run the dishwasher, otherwise we did not have enough crockery. There was no closet space (one small wardrobe in the "parent-bedroom) and further lay everything (including food) openly if we had to live out of the suitcase (but with two weeks of vacation you do not want) Furthermore, it was very poorly lit ..... especially in the kitchen where you still want to cook. enough light, we were five and had a bed about to lose our belongings but with six (eg 3 set) is NOT doing. Additionally, this it is very noisy ... you can hear the people in the room next to you breathe. According to the site it was clean and well laid out .... little false information!

We had a super holiday resort in Arcen. The cottage was ridiculously fun, good beds, nice decor. nice schoonook the park itself was top. There is plenty to do for the whole family. we have not made use of the animation team, because we have had beautiful weather 14 days. but there was this great team organized for the kids.Wij have several times used the snack bar, this was primawij have not eaten at the restaurant, but on the terrace with a beer consumed bitte garnish, this was also good, and cozy . The service at the park was great, we had one evening around 21.00 suddenly no water. soon someone came to the park to take a look. And at 22.30 there was a mechanic on his belly in our kitchen to the problem. Luckily it worked and we had water again. Top 14 days we have had a wonderful holiday. Ingrid Block Horn

Staying at a resort in Arcen woodgalow was great fun. Although lacking a fireplace offers woodgalow continue all the comfort you need. The resort has enough entertainment for young and old and the surrounding area offers a huge range: the city of Venlo, the river Maas with his trucks and ferries, the smaller villages and natural Arcen itself. We booked this cottage for a short break in the fall. We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the cottage and its location. better than our expectation in advance. the description and the photo 's on the site corresponds to the reality. The heating was very nice, hot shower, spacious sleeping area, minus any closet space to store clothes. all in all had a nice holiday.

catering closed at 10 p.m., snack bar even earlier. Swimming pool smells of urine and after 20 minutes we already have so much trouble with the eyes that we have to get out.Huisje itself is reasonable only 1 frying pan so baking meat with fried potatoes is impossible.Plus on arrival on 1 bed a cloth with all blood in it, the Kids obviously do not want to sleep here.
