This spacious, luxurious detached villa is located in Resort Arcen.
The villa is comfortable and fully equipped. There is a Smart TV in the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are six bedrooms and no less than six bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (they may or may not be of the ensuite type). On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which in a double set-up. In one of the bathrooms is a nice and relaxing sunshower. The other bathrooms have a shower or bath. Layout and location in the villa may differ. A washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking for two cars at the villa.

The luxurious Resort Arcen Holiday Park has something for everyone. The park nestles amidst woods and fields on the River Maas in beautiful North Limburg. The gently rolling landscape is highly picturesque. It is perfect for enjoying wonderful cycling and walking trips. Some parts of the park are car-free and very suitable for children. The central building is built in Roman style. It includes an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a Turkish steam room. There is also a charming restaurant with a panoramic terrace. The park's outdoor swimming pool, fish pond, sandy beach, sports and gaming mean there's always something to do whatever the weather. You can enjoy excellent day trips in the area surrounding the resort. The town of Arcen, known as the Pearl on the Maas, is well worth a visit. The German town of Xanten is 30 kilometres away. Dusseldorf is 70 kilometres. They are both easy to reach and make excellent day trips.
You'll find a lot to enjoy at Resort Arcen. You can opt for sheer relaxation, active sports, entertainment, culture and more. You can also enjoy outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a sauna and Turkish steam room.
Various extra amenities are available at some accommodations for a fee of €25. They are not included in the standard booking. These are an infra-red sauna, a second parking place at the villa, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and sun bed. But ran into a few things. The fridge is very small, if you are with 10 people. We also did not like the pillows of the beds. We would have liked to see some pillows on the benches. Our bathroom on the ground floor has very low water pressure. Very little water came into the fountain and when we were in the shower. Furthermore, it would have been nice if there had been at least 1 toilet roll in the bathrooms. Would be a lot friendlier. And with the price we paid for this villa, we could have done with it. Furthermore, the park was very beautiful and there was plenty to do.
