This modern, single-floor, detached chalet is located at Resort Kaatsheuvel, which opened in 2019 and is only 2 km from the world-famous amusement park De Efteling.
You will have a bright living room with TV at your disposal. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combo. There are three bedrooms, of which two with two single beds, which may or may not be setup as a double bed and one bed room with a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. You can park in the central parking spaces.
At Resort Kaatsheuvel, you can rent various accommodations from 4-6 people. There is ongoing construction on the new parts of the resort. Everything will be done to minimize possible disturbance.

Location and surroundings of object
The pedestrian friendly Kaatsheuvel Resort opened its doors at the end of 2019. It is a large park in development and is located on De Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park. The Efteling, one of Europe's most famous theme parks, is only 2 km away from the resort.
But the Efteling is not the only source of entertainment. Resort Kaatsheuvel offers the ultimate holiday feeling with its water, forest and sand experiences in a fairytale setting. There are various facilities for young and old. There is a beautiful indoor swimming pool (temporarily closed due to renovation work), a nice heated outdoor swimming pool with various water attractions and a separate toddler pool. There is also a mini golf course, various playgrounds, a snack bar, family restaurant and a good à la carte restaurant. Various activities and varied events are organised during the school holidays. The entertainment team is available for the younger children.
The area is perfect for beautiful day trips. For nature lovers, the nature reserve National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen (also known as the Brabantse Sahara) is right around the corner. Here you can enjoy beautiful hiking and/or cycling and mountain bike tours. In addition to De Efteling, we can recommend De Beekse Bergen Safari Park in Hilvarenbeek (23 km), De Oliemeulen Zoo in Tilburg (12 km), Jump XL Trampoline Park in Waalwijk (2.5 km), De Smulhoeve in Kaatsheuvel (within walking distance of the resort) and Experience Island in Loon op Zand (7.5 km). Furthermore, the cities of Tilburg (15 km), Breda (33 km) and Den Bosch (27 km) are within easy reach. Each has its own character, but in all of them you can shop, enjoy culture or enjoy a snack and drink in one of the many restaurants or on the various terraces.
Because the resort is pedestrian friendly (you park your car in the central parking lot), there is little to no car traffic. Safe for your children.
In short; a great destination for a well-deserved holiday!
Resort Kaatsheuvel is still under construction. Everything will be done to minimise the inconvenience as much as possible.

Everything is beautiful and new. However, there is still work on the park. For a 6-person house it is tight and only 5 seats inleefruimte.Eettafel has 6 chairs.

Concerns Complaint regarding booking 1A QE K3 HD (Kaatsheuvel) Upon arrival at the reception of the park, we were allocated accommodation 266 (see attached photos). On arrival at the accommodation it turned out that it had not yet been cleaned despite it being well after 3 pm (The time when the accommodation should be accessible). The accommodation also appears to have no agreement whatsoever with what is stated on the Belvilla site. When complaining about this at the reception, it also appears that the tour operator of the park indicates that the photos as used on the Belvilla site were not taken at the park in Kaatsheuvel and the park also has no accommodations that somewhat correspond to the Belvilla photos. It is outrageous that we have been tempted to book this property in this way. If we had known that we would be staying in a standard chalet, we would definitely not have booked this. In other words, “We feel quite cheated.” The reception employee (Daphne) has done her utmost to make us somewhat satisfied. She is fully behind us in this regard. We had a beautiful modern house with a spacious jetty on the water. The kitchen had a dishwasher, an oven, a combination microwave, large fridge, a large freezer with 3 drawers and a spacious induction hob. had grown over and some new houses were built in the area, but that was clearly indicated in advance. Behind the park you only have to walk a hundred meters before you are on the Loonse en Drunense heath.

Great park with beautiful surroundings. Greenery is neatly maintained with the exception of the processionary caterpillars. These are too much present and (in my opinion) nothing is done about it. Definitely recommended because it is clean, tidy and friendly employees.

Dear Belvilla and Europarcs, The reason I email you both about our stay last weekend is so that you are both aware of our experience. And in the hope that attention will be paid to this so that you can improve things. From Friday, February 12 to today, February 15, we stayed at Europarcs Kaatsheuvel. To be fair, not everything went as planned, the house seemed good but technically a disaster. On Saturday morning, we had to deal with a power outage in the entire park (that's how I understood from the technician of the technical service). When we got back to our house in the course of the afternoon, the power was still not on. As it turned out, a switch had to be turned to provide the house with power again. Result ice cold house and not ideal for what was in the fridge. When the switch was restored, we had no more issues on Saturday, then Sunday morning. Kettle on and oven on for a nice breakfast. Power cuts out. The technician was on site after approximately 45 minutes. Again a switch had to be switched (mind you, it was not that a plug in the house fell out. So that I could switch this myself). Kettle on again, power failure. Anyway, up to 5 times and many tests with the equipment in the kitchen with the technician himself, the conclusion - of the technical man - was that there was really a technical defect that he could not improve. Advice, moving to another house… As you can imagine, this was not quite the breakfast in our holiday home that we had in mind. I had to call the reception 6 times this morning. The mechanic then gave us a pass to the house next door, gathered things together and then moved. As it turns out, the pass does not work. Call again… Mechanic present again and has it repaired. Another attempt to move and transfer everything, everything seems great! But, no power in the kitchen… It turns out all the plugs of the

Very nicely decorated residence. Close by you have the Efteling and behind the domain is the start of a beautiful nature reserve with hiking nodes. Ideal as a family, something for everyone.
