Beautiful luxury cottage. Equipped with all comforts. Beautiful spacious garden. House was just not cleaned properly. Quite dusty, kitchen cabinets inside not clean either.

The reception was completely contactless, whereby we received the necessary instructions in advance by e-mail. Upon arrival everything turned out to be in order, very tidy, nice environment. We knew in advance about the works in the area. You heard this, but it was not disturbing for us. Everything was there, also received a nice gift with the welcome packages. For us everything was in order for a nice holiday with our dogs. If you have smaller dogs, you can bring some extra rope or mesh with you to demarcate something yourself. The only disadvantage, but not linked to the landlord, was the corona period, which meant that we were always concerned about whether we could stay.

Between the gravel we found cigarette butts and beer caps, too bad that previous users have left traces. The ceiling in the living room could use a paint job. In many places this is black from the soot of the wood stove.

Automated receipt (key in safe with code), went fine. Owner came to us to welcome us and have a chat, very nice man! House and garden are perfectly fine. We were 4 people, the jacuzzi is too small for that, max for 3, do you want to sit comfortably. The accommodations are close together, but you don't really hear each other. Maybe also because there are hedges in between. Well settled. In short, enjoy yourself here.

Beautiful house in a small park of Belvilla, next to larger parks of Europarcs and Landal. A few hundred meters from loonsche and drunense dunes with cycling and walking routes. At 2.5 km from the Efteling.Huisje is spacious for 4 adults and 2 children in 2 spacious and 1 small bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, just no normal coffee maker, but 1 for cups and a Senseo. Large American fridge. Nice south-facing garden with lovely jaccuzi at 38 degrees for 2 people as a bonus. In short, had a wonderful holiday!

A lovely bungalow with lots of privacy in the back of the Belvilla park. Some downsides we encountered were: - the jacuzzi is a bit small for us as tall people (and is only 2 persons); - the smoke smell that was present, since we ourselves do not smoke; - here and there it could be useful to have some hooks. Furthermore, a really great Belvilla to relax.

Beautiful house with beautiful garden. Enough space to stay with six people even in bad weather. Kitchen utensils a bit on the tight side. Beds had a mattress topper that lay on a smooth mattress base, which made things tend to slide at night. Park is beautifully situated near the Drunense dunes.

Hello, first the positive. Very good care from Hans. We were allowed to postpone departure from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. My son had an important online meeting and would otherwise have had to drive home at night. Hans, made this possible for us. Thank you very much again for that. Otherwise we were disappointed with the house. It stank everywhere and we went out and bought scented candles and aired it out for ages. The ceiling in the bathroom was absolutely moldy and you didn't feel comfortable. Plus, we were six adults and only had one hook for a towel. We had to dry the towels in the living room. The eat-in kitchen is cozy, but is showing its age, which looks different in the photos. Kitchen utensils only the essentials for six people. Extractor hood, disgustingly greasy top. The third bedroom is really only intended for children. At 1.66m, I had three bad nights because the bed was much too small. The mattresses were quite good. The garden is certainly beautiful too. Unfortunately we had bad weather. Whirlpool was used once and that was positive. Except for a lot of chlorine. Overall we made the best of it but I wouldn't book the house again and I'm not sensitive.

Very easy contactless arrival. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and our dogs really enjoyed the enclosed garden where they could play endlessly. Our little dog had found a small hole in the hedge through which he could escape, so pay attention. :) The area is great: you walk into a beautiful nature reserve and Efteling is around the corner!

A lovely bungalow with lots of privacy in the back of the Belvilla park. Some downsides we encountered were: - the jacuzzi is a bit small for us as tall people (and is only 2 persons); - the smoke smell that was present, since we ourselves do not smoke; - here and there it could be useful to have some hooks. Furthermore, a really great Belvilla to relax.

Between the gravel we found cigarette butts and beer caps, too bad that previous users have left traces. The ceiling in the living room could use a paint job. Beautiful belvilla with comfortable beds, a nice location and beautiful surroundings. The jacuzzi was nice and warm. Unfortunately the weather was a bit less last weekend, but the area is beautiful. The cottage (number 2) is well fenced except for 2 spots. We have shielded it with a chair. The dogs had a great run. The Jacuzzi was unfortunately a bit lukewarm. But the kids had fun in it. The decor / space is fine for 6 people. However, not for 6 tall people. They had to retract their legs a bit. ;-). We went especially for this house for the jacuzzi and the fireplace. However, the wood that was purchased for this could not be used. When the fireplace was lit, the room turned completely blue. We thought we had opened the air ventilation duct. Just contacted the reception on Friday evening. Someone would come by that evening. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The phone number was no longer available on Saturday. By calling the owner, someone was there within an hour. A sweet man who unfortunately didn't know either. Day fireplace for the weekend. There are some defects in the house. This has been made known. Wardrobe handles broken, Nespresso collection tray not present. Tear in the pillowcase. All this has been indicated, but unfortunately nothing was done with it during our stay.

Beautiful house in a small park of Belvilla, next to larger parks of Europarcs and Landal. A few hundred meters from loonsche and drunense dunes with cycling and walking routes. At 2.5 km from the Efteling.Huisje is spacious for 4 adults and 2 children in 2 spacious and 1 small bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, just no normal coffee maker, but 1 for cups and a Senseo. Large American fridge. Nice south-facing garden with lovely jaccuzi at 38 degrees for 2 people as a bonus. In short, had a wonderful holiday!

Stayed a midweek in house 2. Beautiful house, spacious and cozy. Found some things here and there not so hygienic. And it was a pity that the street was open, so we could not get to the house by car unfortunately. Communication was fine

A nice and clean stay. Nice that the jacuzzi was already nice and warm😀. The key was also well arranged, clear instructions on how to get to the house key. We were snowed in and it was very nice that the road to the house was cleaned

On arrival it was not clear which house was ours, upon entering everything looked fine. When we went to make the beds, we found out that there were dirty stains on the duvets. The door to the garden also did not work optimally, it was often jammed. The jacuzzi was also not completely clean, there were hairs in it and strange particles. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. The house could also be cleaned better.
