You'll find this lovely and luxuriously furnished 6-person holiday home just a stone's throm from the Loonse and Drunense Dunes, and it's just 2 km from the Efteling. The house is located next to the new Landal Greenparks holiday park. You can enjoy walking and cycling in the Loonse and Drunense Dunes and this is the perfect base for a day at Efteling.
The holiday home has been completely refurbished, luxuriously and modernly decorated with a large dining table and lovely sitting are with lounge sofa.
You'll also find the bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms for 2 people, of which 2 of the bedrooms have single beds (that you can push together) and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The bedrooms are not very large, but the beds are good quality and there's a wardrobe for your clothing in every bedroom. You'll also find another bathroom with sink, toilet and a washing machine and dryer on the first floor.
In the enclosed and tiled garden you can relax on the lounge set or in the sauna.(bubble bathavailable from February 12).
On the same property (about 50 m away), you'll find another new bungalow (with jacuzzi!) of the same, very friendly owner. Ideal for larger groups and optimal use of the wellness facilities.
The extremely friendly owner will also make sure you have free access to the outdoor swimming pool in the adjacent park. There are also plenty of restaurants and (indoor and outdoor) playing possibilities for the children. You will lack nothing here!

Jacuzzi was cold and we did not get the temperature up. It was a shame because we were really looking forward to it! Lots of mold in the bathroom. A nice big house and good beds.

Maybe we have become very spoiled. This is the 3rd time at this park. We wanted to return to house number 4, but it is always reserved. We are disappointed with the house where we are now, number 1. We have been sleeping on the couch for 3 nights because of the heat upstairs. (the couch sleeps fine by the way). It's the little things that are disappointing. The doors of the shower cabin, the handle of the frying pan need to be tightened, but 1 lounger outside, a broken clothes rack, a very dirty BBQ, the jacuzzi where the controls are worn out and you cannot see which button is for what, the small cupboards on the bedroom and a scary staircase. Actually just not the luxury we expected. Very nice is the enclosed garden so that the dogs can move freely, the jacuzzi with this heat, a nice sofa and chairs and the 2 toilets. Of course, the environment remains top-notch anyway. We would love to come back to this park, but unfortunately we will skip this house.

Despite the bad reviews, booked anyway to experience it for yourself and give it the benefit of the doubt. Owner / serviceman came by without letting us know anything in advance, to view the sauna (which was not working) and to "fill" the jacuzzi. This had to be done 3 times a week. My wife was alone in the house at the time, so strange that the man walks into the garden without saying anything. Then you're a little scared.
Looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly since it was built. Smells musty, like old grease (like a snack bar).
The only + point and why we still booked was the garden that is completely enclosed. Very nice for our dogs.

Super cool building and a fantastic environment! We will definitely come back! Only downside I found was that we only received the key on arrival after 4 pm and had to hand over at 10 am on departure. Everything else is fine and my dog had a great time!

We have been in this house for a week. It is located in an old camp, converted caravans so to speak. It has that look too. We had mainly chosen this because of the sauna and jacuzzi. 2 months in advance, inquired with the manager how big the sauna is, so whether we had to bring large towels. Because I doubted whether the towel packages that belonged to the house would be big enough to lie on. The administrator did not know what the contents of these packages were, but advised to take large ones with you. He clearly does not know that his sauna is very small, tea towel would have been big enough, you could just sit in it with 2 people. He did get very hot. The prospect of sitting in the jaccuzi on arrival day did not materialize. He was cold. While the manager told me that day that the jaccuzi was ready for us. We were able to get in on the 5th day, when it was warm, day 4 at the end of the day it was made, but it takes a while before it is warm and after 10 pm you are not allowed in. Shower head leaked, but he wouldn't fix it, we put rubber rings in between them ourselves. Kitchen was very nice, except that there were few pans, which he has replenished right. There was nothing for the oven, no tray or grid, which we received on day 5. The beds were good, there is a lovely couch, cozy layout. The free range is great, you can walk straight into the off-leash area with our dogs. It's a shame that we could only enjoy the jaccuzi for such a short time, that communication went bad, that it took so long before something was resolved, we had to put down a lot of money for this.

Dear Sir / Madam, The house was fine, lots of space, good furniture and good beds. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by very noisy neighbors in the house located directly at our house. Despite the regulations that after 10 o'clock no more use could be made of the jacuzzi, it was noisy until almost midnight. The 2nd evening they were even summoned by an enforcer to stop because it was already the 2nd report. If repeated, they could leave immediately. Yet even after that the nuisance was not over. We had to close the window of our bedroom because screaming and loud music (from their home) could almost literally be followed by us. As a result, we look back on our stay with mixed feelings and will certainly not recommend the location to third parties.

The house is comfortably furnished and was very clean on arrival. Unfortunately, there was no bed linen available, but this is resolved after 1 phone call. A big deception is the sauna! If you are taller than 165cm, you will not fit in. In addition, the stove could not be turned on. So if you are looking for a house with a sauna, don't!

The only real downside is that the garden is enclosed, but not for small dogs! The part that also lies on the access road is not completely fenced off with gauze... very unfortunate!! Furthermore, it is a pity that you can only check in AFTER 4 pm and have to check out again BEFORE 10 am!!
And in our house the spiral staircase was very unsafe and wobbly.

The sauna was not working on the day of arrival. This was then reported via voicemail to the owner and Belvilla. There was no response on this Friday. On Friday evening, the owner and a security guard were suddenly in the garden for a check. We were in the hot tub then. This can seem intimidating. Called Belvilla again on Saturday. Then the sauna was looked at and it was made. The bubble bath was not completely clean and got a special foam layer during the bubbles. On Saturday, the water level in the bath had dropped considerably, as a result of which the temperature of the bath also dropped. The spiral staircase to the top is not suitable for elderly or infirm persons. Sauna is very small. You can sit in it with 2 people. Lying down is not possible. Furthermore, had a nice stay.

We liked the house. Nicely decorated and enough space. However, the boiler made a lot of noise while sleeping. We had contact with someone from Belvilla before the stay because we were concerned about the jacuzzi given the other reviews. We used the jacuzzi 2 of the 3 days and on day 3 it was broken. We were there with 5 of us and probably the buttons could not handle the water and it no longer worked. Also as expected, the sauna was just good enough for 2 people. A pity. What was really a downside is that we had the owner on and in "our" house for 3 days in a row. On day 1 he was suddenly in the living room with someone from surveillance/enforcement to "check" without any announcement or whether they could come in at all, but they were already inside. On day 2 the same story, but then for the question whether our car could be moved due to the arrival of the ambulance, very understandable of course. And on the last day we had to leave the house at 10 o'clock and he was suddenly in our garden at 9 o'clock to rinse and clean the jacuzzi. While we had booked the cottage until 10 o'clock. We just thought it was very strange that we saw the owner so many times in 3 days without any consultation or question if it was just as good. But no, he just kept pretending it was his property while we booked it. It really felt like control. And what are you putting money down for?

It is a spacious holiday home, warmly decorated with solid furniture, fully equipped. It's spacious and clean. The garden is sheltered and has a lot of privacy, with a lovely lounge set and sauna. Very friendly managers, who came to inquire on arrival whether everything was as desired. Very nice was also the "welcome package" with a few dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and Nespresso cups. A small tip would be to put a bottle of chlorine in the toilet, because the toilet will smell quickly during the stay. Furthermore, wonderful surroundings, with the Loonse and Drunense dunes within walking distance, near the Efteling and close to nice cities, such as Den Bosch, Breda and Tilburg. There are two parking spaces available in front of the house.

The road along the grounds where the house stands is closed off in the middle by two posts that you cannot reach by car. We were of course sent to the wrong side by the TomTom. Tip: indicate on a sign or something that there is an area with a holiday home, now we had to find out if we were in the right place. The cottage is nicely furnished and the beds are super. It is a pity that there is no coffee maker for filter coffee, but there is a coffee machine for only nescafé capsules. Probably due to some uncertainties in the description, we thought that the garden would be completely closed off for the 2 dogs we had brought. Unfortunately the garden was fenced and you could walk into the grounds along the house. The owner and his daughter are friendly and thought with us about a solution. Unfortunately, the solution did not work, so the 2 dogs in the garden are located on the chain, a pity. In the warm weather, the workmen started around 6:00 in the morning, and what was very friendly was that the owner himself came to us to invite us to eat at his restaurant one evening to eat at his expense. compensation for the inconvenience.We accepted this invitation.The restaurant is called Gril-lig and is located in Kaatsheuvel, 5 minutes by car from the house.They have a great concept with eating unlimited tapas. as fantastic food and went home happy again. We would like to thank the owner for this gesture. All in all, we still had a reasonable holiday

There is a lot of construction and work around. That it was a bit messy, but not bothered much. Accommodation is adequate and nicely furnished. Holiday homes are close together, but privacy. The dog loved it. Walk 500 meters and you are in the forest near a dog run-off area with water where they can swim.

This is really a beautiful house to holiday in. If there are any problems, someone like that is with you, the jacuzzi is neatly checked every few days, the garden is now closed all around (handy with small children or a dog) and the forest and Efteling is just around the corner! Furthermore, everything you need is within a 10 to 15 minute drive, prefect!

Jacuzzi broken and unable to get warm, very unfriendly and totally uncooperative owners who are only concerned with making money on other people's backs. Several times trying to contact the manager "Nathalie" but very unfriendly and arrogant. We had booked the cottage on purpose due to the jacuzzi. On arrival, the jacuzzi did not work and did not get hot at all, on day 2 the jacuzzi was just as warm, but after 1 hour it turned out to have cooled down to such an extent that sitting in it was too cold, day 3 we were unable to use of the jacuzzi because it was not hotter than 30 degrees. On the day of arrival we had already contacted the manager in connection with. the warmth of the jacuzzi, someone would come to look after it, unfortunately he did not stay because he did not dare to leave his house due to the storm (it was less than 100m away on the park itself). The next day someone would come, who saw no one all day. It turned out afterwards that he had been with the neighbors instead of with us. My best friend had called the manager and explained the story, this conversation was very arrogant, unfriendly and grumpy by the relevant manager. After that, his number was blocked and he was unable to contact him. From this I can only draw 1 conclusion and that is that communication is not going at all as an entrepreneur in this industry should do. In addition, the house was not cleaned at all and there was a lot of dust under the beds, an old wasp in the toilet, no extra trash cans in the toilet "s and the sauna is poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi did not work / fell continuously. Very unclear instructions regarding communication in the house and especially have to find out everything yourself. On Friday evening, the owner and a security guard were suddenly in the garden for a check. We were in the hot tub then. This can seem intimidating. Called Belvilla again on Saturday. Then the sauna was looked at and it was made. The bubble bath was not completely clean and got a special foam layer during the bubbles. On Saturday, the water level in the bath had dropped considerably, as a result of which the temperature of the bath also dropped. The spiral staircase to the top is not suitable for elderly or infirm persons. Sauna is very small. You can sit in it with 2 people. Lying down is not possible. Furthermore, had a nice stay.

Had a wonderful time in the house with my dog. A perfect combination, very close to nature with wellness in a nice house. A drawback; I thought the garden was not really closed in the sense of viewing by others. Very nice if you are in the jacuzzi or sauna.

The house is comfortably furnished and was very clean on arrival. Unfortunately, there was no bed linen available, but this is resolved after 1 phone call. A big deception is the sauna! If you are taller than 165cm, you will not fit in. In addition, the stove could not be turned on. So if you are looking for a house with a sauna, don't!

We had wonderful weather, the house was neat, clean and modern, everything you needed was there. What was very nice that there were towels ideal, we did not have to bring them ourselves. The garden was perfect, the dogs could not leave. The Jacuzzi and sauna provided the necessary relaxation.

Great house with lots of privacy. Owners and manager helpful and jacuzzi is neatly checked several times. Kitchen lacks some standard equipment but you have vacation so time to improvise :-).

The Duinlaan road is closed due to works, you will get there on the other side via the Biersteeg. This may have been stated before arrival. The owner would place a fence in the future to keep the dogs inside the terrace, with us one had escaped through the too large openings in the fence, there are also holes behind the sauna. You should pay attention with small dogs. An information sheet would also be useful to point out people to the park rules, urinating dogs outside the domain. Nice house and comfort, nice environment, there should be more of these addresses for people with dogs and dogs !!! This is already recommended! A short distance from Efteling and a delicious pancake restaurant De Financiën in Loon Op Zand.

Had a great stay! Beautiful clean house, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped, with ample parking. There was even bed and bath linen, toilet paper and dishwashing supplies (which we hadn't thought of ourselves). A stone's throw from the Efteling, so that combined. And at the end of the day dived into the jacuzzi and sat in the sun in the comfortable lounge set, wonderful!

Super cool building and a fantastic environment! We will definitely come back! Only downside I found was that we only received the key on arrival after 4 pm and had to hand over at 10 am on departure. Everything else is fine and my dog had a great time!

The house is functionally equipped. However, it could be set up more comfortably. The kitchen is only equipped with the most necessary, counted dishes. The sauna is very small, but sufficient. The jacuzzi is very nice and has been checked regularly.
