This thoughtfully-designed holiday home in Alphen-Chaam has a unique and authentic décor, which will take you to a past era. There are 5 bedrooms for 10 people, making it well-suited for 2 families. Relax in the warmth of bubble bath and unwind your body and mind.
You can go for walks or treks in the forest, 1 km away. The town of Alphen, 4 km away has cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. A golf course is located 9 km away if you want to play the game while on vacation.
The home has luxurious furnishings and amenities while maintaining the uniqueness with period furniture. Outside, there is a garden with a pond, where you can enjoy the natural surroundings. A lovely large house fully equipped. 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a large bbq area, a nice kitchen and even a bar! We certainly enjoyed ourselves. The weekend was a heat wave, so the heat stayed above. Maybe a fan would have been nice for sleeping. Conny and Johan were fantastic hosts!

Wat een heerlijk huis met super veel ruimte. Alles was aanwezig en anders werd het snel nageleverd. We werden ontvangen door een enthousiaste eigenaresse met een hapje en een drankje, we voelden ons heel welkom. Heerlijk genoten van de jaccuzi. Kortom een vakantie om op terug te kijken met veel gezelligheid.

La maison douche is a nice stay. A fantastic hostess showed us around and then we enjoyed our beautiful stay with our family. Everything was well organized.

Wij hebben afgelopen weekend een GEWELDIGE tijd gehad in La Maison Douce. We werden heeeeel hartelijk ontvangen door onze gastvrouw Connie. Heel erg bedankt voor de rondleiding door jullie prachtige verblijf. We zijn nog steeds onder de indruk hoe mooi en schoon de gehele accommodatie was. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben ook enorm genoten van de Jaccuzi. Het was heerlijk en super schoon. Enige tip die wij willen meegeven is de aanschaf van een magnetron. Die hebben wij wel gemist, maar dat heeft onze pret zeker niet verstoord. (en de krakende douche deur van boven kan wel een olie'tje gebruiken) Maar verder TOP TOP TOP! Nogmaals bedankt namens de complete gezelschap: Rupesh, Sandy, Sandjay, Anchela, Ashwin, Lalita, Patrick, Jane, Patrick en Sharita

Beautiful location and very tastefully decorated accommodation. Perfect for a group stay. The only downside was that it is quite dark in the house due to the lack of windows. However, there is little that can be done about this, since that is simply the construction of the house / old barn.

Wat een heerlijk huis met super veel ruimte. Alles was aanwezig en anders werd het snel nageleverd. We werden ontvangen door een enthousiaste eigenaresse met een hapje en een drankje, we voelden ons heel welkom. Heerlijk genoten van de jaccuzi. Kortom een vakantie om op terug te kijken met veel gezelligheid.

The house was unique, the garden and jacuzzi great, but the welcome from Conny was the icing on the cake. Felt welcome right away! Very much enjoyed this house during our culinary friends weekend.

Wij hebben afgelopen weekend een GEWELDIGE tijd gehad in La Maison Douce. We werden heeeeel hartelijk ontvangen door onze gastvrouw Connie. Heel erg bedankt voor de rondleiding door jullie prachtige verblijf. We zijn nog steeds onder de indruk hoe mooi en schoon de gehele accommodatie was. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben ook enorm genoten van de Jaccuzi. Het was heerlijk en super schoon.
Enige tip die wij willen meegeven is de aanschaf van een magnetron. Die hebben wij wel gemist, maar dat heeft onze pret zeker niet verstoord. (en de krakende douche deur van boven kan wel een olie'tje gebruiken) Maar verder TOP TOP TOP!

La maison douche is a nice stay. A fantastic hostess showed us around and then we enjoyed our beautiful stay with our family. Everything was well organized.

The house is very beautiful and has been specially designed by an architect who has coordinated everything in style, complete with special finds and objects. You keep looking around. The tour was extensive and enjoyable, the welcome was very welcoming. And totally fantastic: the jacuzzi was already on. Really great!

We really had a great weekend! Conny, the owner, was very nice at reception, explained everything we needed to know and we could enjoy it, The style is extended throughout the house, the jacuzzi was wonderful and in principle everything is there for a carefree stay, The dishwasher was broken and not yet repaired when we arrived, but Conny had a solution for that, We could put the dirty dishes in the scullery, where they could open the door from the outside and get the dishes and return them clean without disturbing us, What a service! We are going back here!

What a wonderful week we had in this very atmospheric Flemish Barn! On arrival we were very warmly welcomed by Conny, great! The atmosphere, location, the tranquility, everything was right! Stayed at this beautiful location for the second time. Hostess Conny provided a great welcome and explains everything you need to know for a carefree time. Everything is incredibly clean and tidy and in very good condition, you can tell the right attention has been put in here! We had forgotten something ourselves, but because of the nice thinking from Conny and Johan, the switch was quickly made and it was solved in no time. Overall great and highly recommended!

A lovely large house fully equipped. 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a large bbq area, a nice kitchen and even a bar! We certainly enjoyed ourselves. The weekend was a heat wave, so the heat stayed above. Maybe a fan would have been nice for sleeping. Conny and Johan were fantastic hosts!

Beautiful location and very tastefully decorated accommodation. Perfect for a group stay. The only downside was that it is quite dark in the house due to the lack of windows. However, there is little that can be done about this, since that is simply the construction of the house / old barn.
