The setting is beautiful and Miranda is very friendly. House is clean, a few things we ran into (we were there for a week) there is only 1 dishcloth (in this heat that is not really useful, gets dirty which again for extra cleaning takes care in the end. We had 1 large bath towel with it, but they need to be replaced, they no longer absorb moisture. And the bed and sofa are not of the best quality. Furthermore, the five houses are fairly close to each other, and we sat the closest to the road where traffic (tractors, trucks, etc.) drives over quite early. So also some noise pollution. We were with the dog, garden is not fenced - something to take into account. those good tips from Miranda, location is beautiful and we had wonderful weather.

A story of excellent and less good…. but overall very good. Let's start with the good stuff because that's a long list. • Very well equipped holiday home and lacked nothing. • Very friendly hostess and could also borrow a BBQ.• Quiet area, although the occasional tractor with ... sugar beets that drove past?• Clean and well cared for.• Excellent sun loungers and garden furniture. • Very good shower/bathroom.• Beautiful nature and villages nearby. A few things that were less, but maybe not for everyone and certainly not due to the landlord. After a very long chat with Belvilla for the reservation whether there was a door for the upstairs bedroom, I was assured that there was ... there was not. This was completely a mistake by Belvilla and not by the landlord who was completely clear about this to Belvilla. So I am really disappointed in Belvilla and may not book a house through them in the future. Perhaps unsurprisingly in the countryside and with horses close by, there were quite a few flies. Unfortunately our dog is afraid of them so we had to take action with fly swatters and other things to get the problem under control. Maybe put some electric or old-fashioned swatters in the house?

On arrival a very warm welcome and very pleasant explanation, along with a Brabant sausage roll and a cupcake. Also coffee, tea and a glass of wine were ready for us! The villa is in a beautiful area and it is nice and quiet .. a walk along the beautiful farmlands is therefore recommended. Furthermore, Alphen is very centrally located and Belgium is very close by. A day in Turnhout was very successful for us. In short, something for everyone! We enjoyed and recommend this villa to everyone!

It was enjoyment! Often the photos of holiday homes are too good to be true, but that is absolutely not the case here. You will find the holiday home exactly as in the pictures. On arrival had a very warm welcome: what a lovely woman! During the tour of the holiday home there were even some surprises ready to introduce us to the area. But the lady is also available during the holidays if you have a question. The house is super clean and everything is taken care of down to the last detail. You will not lack any material. The location is also nice. A nature reserve or looking for the bustle of city life: both are possible and that at a maximum of 30 minutes away. Unwind and enjoy maximum! Dream End is definitely worth repeating.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner in a cozy and very clean furnished house. Nice bathroom and wonderful beds. It is located in a beautiful rural area and is small-scale.

A wonderful Villa with everything you could wish for. Quiet location, on a small park, rather a lane. The Villa has a well-equipped kitchen, excellent beds and a nice lounge sofa. TV, internet and Netflix! Villa Brocante is very nicely decorated and gives a real home feeling.

Lovely sitting outside with a piece of private garden. Parking in front of the shops close by.

We will definitely come back and then we will go for Villa Brocante again!

Very welcoming reception! Beautiful new house in a quiet area. Fully furnished and very clean. Great place to relax, walk, cycle and see the nice places in the area.

Great welcome and warm welcome by Miranda, the hostess, who explained how the equipment works and offered us muffins, sausage rolls and wine. Cottage was clean and especially fine downstairs, on top of the loft it is a bit tight because of the sloping walls and beams. Does (agricultural) traffic pass by, but if you keep the windows closed at night, it is not hinderlijk.Fijne garden and terrace so that you could sit or lie outside.Netflix a lounge sofa available only we could not log into the account of the cottage . Good wifi available that also works outside. Nice walk in the area with various estates and a monastery. Alphen nearby, but the cities of Breda and Tilburg are also worth a visit. When the weather is nice, 't Zand with its sandy beach and lawn is very nice. In short: had a great holiday and certainly experienced the promised 'at home feeling'.

Vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Een schoon en gezellig huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien en honden welkom. Huishoudelijke apparaten zijn in ruime mate aanwezig. Mooie badkamer met een heerlijk harde douchestraal! Temperatuur in het huisje loopt snel op wanneer de zon op de glazen pui schijnt, dus dat was best warm! Rustige omgeving, grote omheinde tuin die je met vier andere huisjes deelt. Elk huisje heeft zijn eigen terras met luie stoelen en je hebt je eigen parkeerplaats. Wij hebben er twee heerlijke weken gehad!

We were called at home that we could be in our house earlier. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. In the cottage was a welcome message on the board and a bottle of wine ready.The cottage has wonderful beds, a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen with breakfast bar and all possible equipment.And everything was wonderfully clean.

The owner offered us the opportunity to arrive earlier because the house could be available earlier after cleaning. We have of course made use of this. The owners live next to the house and were present to show us around. The cottage was clean and tastefully decorated with a personal touch. With attention to the warm days that awaited us, we were given a few fans in advance. The cottage is together with four other houses on a site outside the village. The shops are easily accessible. Also on foot.In the area you can enjoy walking in nature (for hiking routes see routeyou.nl). The accommodation is still new and therefore meets the requirements of this time. The owners is no effort too much to take you to make you want. We have enjoyed a great midweek in Alphen with two couples and two dogs.

After a very long chat with Belvilla for the reservation whether there was a door for the upstairs bedroom, I was assured that there was ... there was not. This was completely a mistake by Belvilla and not by the landlord who was completely clear about this to Belvilla. So I am really disappointed in Belvilla and may not book a house through them in the future. Perhaps unsurprisingly in the countryside and with horses close by, there were quite a few flies. Unfortunately our dog is afraid of them so we had to take action with fly swatters and other things to get the problem under control. Maybe put some electric or old-fashioned swatters in the house?

It was a pleasant holiday week in Droomeind Villa Brocante in Alphen. The spacious and comfortably furnished holiday home offers everything you could want for a few days of rest. After a warm welcome by the owner (with a beer and sandwich) you immediately feel at home. The kitchen equipment is super full, the beds are made, the bathroom with walk-in shower and bath has full hotel comfort with bath linen, everything is neat and cozy, and for an older couple like us it is nice to have a break in the evening can be obtained for the TV with a program on a channel from home.On the terrace with garden furniture next to the house it is great to read under the parasol, and you can enjoy cycling on the Bels line to Baarle-Hertog or in the rural surroundings along beautiful junction routes through fields and forests A city walk can be made within cycling distance in Tilburg or Breda The Efteling and the Beekse Bergen are nearby for the enthusiast Absolutely recommended, and certainly worth repeating!

We were called at home that we could be in our house earlier. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. In the cottage was a welcome message on the board and a bottle of wine ready.The cottage has wonderful beds, a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen with breakfast bar and all possible equipment.And everything was wonderfully clean.

We were received very warmly, hospitably and enthusiastically by the owner. Very nice that we could and were allowed to check in earlier. The cottage itself is detached with plenty of room to sit outside, including outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and umbrella. The area is wonderfully quiet and rural. The house itself has everything you need: luxurious bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. The house is clean and modern, cozy and spacious. Everything you need was provided. Beds sleep wonderfully, bathroom with bath and rain shower. Owners are approachable and easy to reach. We made trips to the Biesbosch, Efteling and Beekse Bergen, easy to reach from the house. The environment is very nice if you like nature; nice bike rides and near forest area with a lake where you can swim. The villages of Alphen and Baarle-Nassau nearby for groceries, snacks, terrace. So something for everyone! We will definitely come back!

First impression counts ..... and it was fantastic. What a nice and clean accommodation. You can not imagine that it was present in this house. From smoothie-mixer to pastry forks and from toaster to ironing board with iron, everything was there. The welcome was also very pleasant. We were immediately at ease. The park owner had already contacted us in advance that we could arrive a few hours earlier. Very thoughtful. The area was nice and quiet and suitable for walking with our dog. We really had a great week, partly due to this very beautiful house. Definitely worth going back to again. Absolutely great.

It was enjoyment! Often the photos of holiday homes are too good to be true, but that is absolutely not the case here. You will find the holiday home exactly as in the pictures. On arrival had a very warm welcome: what a lovely woman! During the tour of the holiday home there were even some surprises ready to introduce us to the area. But the lady is also available during the holidays if you have a question. The house is super clean and everything is taken care of down to the last detail. You will not lack any material. The location is also nice. A nature reserve or looking for the bustle of city life: both are possible and that at a maximum of 30 minutes away. Unwind and enjoy maximum! Dream End is definitely worth repeating.

On arrival a very warm welcome and very pleasant explanation, along with a Brabant sausage roll and a cupcake. Also coffee, tea and a glass of wine were ready for us! The villa is in a beautiful area and it is nice and quiet .. a walk along the beautiful farmlands is therefore recommended. Furthermore, Alphen is very centrally located and Belgium is very close by. A day in Turnhout was very successful for us. In short, something for everyone! We enjoyed and recommend this villa to everyone!

Very nice interior with great attention to detail. The property was located outside a small village and was the perfect starting point for city breaks. The first house was near a road used by many local farmers and delivery vans. The welcome was very friendly and we were provided with an additional fan on demand. Overall, a very nice holiday - anytime again!

A wonderful Villa with everything you could wish for. Quiet location, on a small park, rather a lane. The Villa has a well-equipped kitchen, excellent beds and a nice lounge sofa. TV, internet and Netflix! Villa Brocante is very nicely decorated and gives a real home feeling.

Lovely sitting outside with a piece of private garden. Parking in front of the shops close by.

We will definitely come back and then we will go for Villa Brocante again!

What a great vacation home! We stayed midweek in villa brocante. House was clean, nicely decorated and very complete. Reception was good and friendly. We received a call earlier that day that the house was already ready. Neat beautiful kitchen, complete with all types of kitchen appliances. Lovely bathroom with a nice bath and good shower. Great welcome and warm welcome by Miranda, the hostess, who explained how the equipment works and offered us muffins, sausage rolls and wine. Cottage was clean and especially fine downstairs, on top of the loft it is a bit tight because of the sloping walls and beams. Does (agricultural) traffic pass by, but if you keep the windows closed at night, it is not hinderlijk.Fijne garden and terrace so that you could sit or lie outside.Netflix a lounge sofa available only we could not log into the account of the cottage . Good wifi available that also works outside. Nice walk in the area with various estates and a monastery. Alphen nearby, but the cities of Breda and Tilburg are also worth a visit. When the weather is nice, 't Zand with its sandy beach and lawn is very nice. In short: had a great holiday and certainly experienced the promised 'at home feeling'.

The owner offered us the opportunity to arrive earlier because the house could be available earlier after cleaning. We have of course made use of this. The owners live next to the house and were present to show us around. The cottage was clean and tastefully decorated with a personal touch. With attention to the warm days that awaited us, we were given a few fans in advance. The cottage is together with four other houses on a site outside the village. The shops are easily accessible. Also on foot.In the area you can enjoy walking in nature (for hiking routes see routeyou.nl). The accommodation is still new and therefore meets the requirements of this time. The owners is no effort too much to take you to make you want. We have enjoyed a great midweek in Alphen with two couples and two dogs.

The setting is beautiful and Miranda is very friendly. House is clean, a few things we ran into (we were there for a week) there is only 1 dishcloth (in this heat that is not really useful, gets dirty which again for extra cleaning takes care in the end. We had 1 large bath towel with it, but they need to be replaced, they no longer absorb moisture. And the bed and sofa are not of the best quality. Furthermore, the five houses are fairly close to each other, and we sat the closest to the road where traffic (tractors, trucks, etc.) drives over quite early. So also some noise pollution. We were with the dog, garden is not fenced - something to take into account. those good tips from Miranda, location is beautiful and we had wonderful weather.

We had a wonderful week in a house where everything is in it. You will be welcomed on a chalkboard, but also by the owner! Welcome with Brabant sandwiches and 2 delicious local beers. The cottage is great, super clean and there is everything and also very good quality. Spacious refrigerator and a freezer in the washing machine space in which a freezer lettuce is available. This way we could take the raw meat for our dogs. The owners go out of their way to give you a holiday feeling. Thank you fam van den Corput!
