Many high and low windows so you can't see outside properly. No possibility to sit outside because the terrace is not yet furnished in mid-April. The advertising photo at Belvilla shows a large lawn that is not there.

Upon arrival we are very warmly received by mrs. Jansen and her husband. After a short chat, Sabine (Mrs. Jansen) showed us the apartment. It exceeded our expectations.A very very nice - clean - cozy furnished apartment, where we felt right at home.Ook there was a cozy terrace outside, where you could stay wonderful. The area was perfect and wonderful for long bike rides. Beautiful cities and villages like Vlissingen -Middelburg - Veere - Zoutelande etc. are definitely worth a visit. But especially the stay in the beautiful apartment has really contributed to the fact that we had a very nice holiday. There was nothing missing at all. TOP!!!!

My girlfriend and I were able to stay for two weeks in the studio of the Janssen family. These two weeks we got to know them better and we can only "kiss in our pollekes". What a great welcome, what great people, what a great neighborhood, absolutely FANTASTIC. It was a holiday that we will not forget and who knows we will come back! In our wildest dreams we could not have dreamed the comfort we have received. This study is a huge recommendation for every couple. And if you are lucky like us, a day (or more) at the beach cannot be missed!

We had to search for number 38, but it was already quite dark outside as you will in the spring do not suffer from. Despite the circumstances owner was absent, we are still warmly welcomed and we were happy immediately take a room in the apartment. Later still got a tour of the hostess in dire beautiful, super romantic and most luxurious apartment. We had the 1st night to get used to the heat in the apartment but with the inclement weather outside we were used to it very quickly to. For animal lovers a veritable paradise. Tasty fresh eggs had the hostess. Dire nice people who are there for you at all times. For things today you have to take the car. But is worth it. Especially the Veerne town. Highly recommended. Ritthem is a small clean place a few kilometers from Vlissingen and Middelburg. But there is in itself no bakery, other shops or restaurants. The beach of Ritthem overlooking the power plant and industrial port is not worth seeing. The apartment is absolutely as described, really beautiful. Unfortunately, the windows can only tilt or open a crack. The owners live in the same house and are quite nice. The big German Shepherd looks scary, but is harmless. The stunning beaches of Walcheren are only a few kilometers away. We had great weather, every day were traveling and have a wonderful week in Holland.

The description does not mention that it is a top floor. Seems important for people who have bad or can not climb stairs. Also, if you for example want to have breakfast outside you have to take everything down terrace. That we were somewhat unfortunate.

We were one of the first guests at this residence. It looks all fine and well equipped. A nice bathroom (with bath) and all appliances are present in the kitchen. TV with DVD player available and also a good sleeping. We were well received and the hostess makes sure that you will be satisfied. You can always ask her for help. All in all a super stay especially if you do not want to stay in a hotel Be it holiday.

The apartment is fantastic. We would have known in advance that the apartment was on the first floor and that we had to walk to the other side of the house to sit outside. Advance info is essential. Finally there was a WiFi facility in the apartment that was constantly out.

It was really great to stay a week in the holiday apartment Ritthemse Pracht. The hostess was very nice and had everything worked out nicely. It is a beautiful and quiet area with lots of wildlife. Definitely recommended to go for a week of rest.

Everything is very well maintained and clean. The only drawback was the bad internet connection in the apartment. But that can be overcome in the face of the fantastic surroundings and hospitality. We were warmly welcomed by Sabine. She explained everything. The accommodation met our expectations. One small point: you cannot regulate the heating yourself. The bicycles could be stored in a locked storage room. There was enough space to park the car. The further contacts with Sabine and Rinus were cordial. Chocolates were provided and Sabine brought eggs from her own chickens. The accommodation is conveniently located.
