Duinhoeve is a child-friendly recreation park situated right next to Europe's biggest sand dune belt, the Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park. So it should come as no surprise that there are fantastic hiking and cycling trails here. People of all ages will find a wide range of daytrip options in the surrounding area. To mention just a few, there is the Efteling theme park (about 8 km away), Tilburg city centre (about 8 km away), Beekse Bergen Safari Park (about 16 km away) and picturesque Breda (about 42 km away). On nice summer days you might want to head to the bathing lake (about 6 km away) for some amusement and recreation since the facilities at the park itself, such as the heated outdoor swimming pool, the playground and the recreation team, are aimed at children up to 12 years old. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere of the place. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to attractions like De Efteling. Perfect for a family outing!

The chalet was cozy and well-equipped. We loved the location near the nature park, which offered many outdoor activities. The children enjoyed the playground nearby.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. We had a comfortable stay with all the necessary things. The outdoor pool looked inviting, although we didn't make much use of it due to the cold weather.

Nothing but praise for this place, super clean and cozy, and free WiFi was great for streaming. The location is chill, close to Efteling and a few cute eateries. Big check on the vibe!
