This villa was everything we hoped for! The layout was fantastic for our group, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The nearby hiking trails at Vrachelse Heide were a highlight of our trip. We will definitely come back!

Great holiday park with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and plenty of playground options for the children! Koos the rabbit was also a hit! Walking in the area and to the petting zoo is also a must! The cottage itself was well furnished, we had a garden on the outside of the park, so a lot of privacy. The mattresses on the beds could have been of better quality, my back (I have a weak back) had a hard time.

It stank in the little house. Opening windows and doors helped, but once closed, the stench returned. The little house had been cleaned, but (also due to the persistent smell) it all felt a bit dirty. For example, the ventilation grilles of the skylights were completely clogged with dirty sludge. The ventilation in the little house was insufficient. Judging by the noise it made, the exhaust fan was doing its best, but the bathroom floor was still not dry 24 hours after showering.

The place was lovely, lots of forest in the area. In the vicinity of the park you can go to eat and find entertainment. The range of shops in Oosterhout is large! You can also enjoy delicious food at the park itself. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, are also a wonderful addition. Many playgrounds spread over the park. The house was suitable for 12 people and that was really true. Comfortable with some flaws here and there but nothing major. Tip: check cutlery more often Roompot, there were really too few knives and forks. The service was extremely good. After reporting an unsafe kettle and missing toilet brush, it was replaced that same morning. Very nice! One thing is the large amounts of dog poop. It was even in the playgrounds. My son came running back covered in shit. There were also large piles at the front door of our house, we no longer dared to walk through the grass.

The park and the houses are nice, but my experiences are not!

On arrival (around 3.45 pm) ordered linen for 11 people, including a number of small children. Asked the employee when this would be brought to our house, the answer was within one hour. Around 7 p.m. it had not yet been brought, just called the reception. It was busy and it could take a while, to which I responded that small children had to go to bed. Again the answer that it was busy, I then picked it up myself at the reception.

On arrival at the house we wanted to put the things we brought directly in the fridge, but it was dirty. Immediately tried to call the reception, it was not possible to get in touch. We then cleaned the fridge ourselves. Finally got one Michael on the phone and reported this incident. The solution was that he could send someone over to clean it after all, to which I replied that this was pointless because we had already cleaned the fridge ourselves.

Also reported that there was still a used coffee filter in the coffee machine and that the 'mice' of a rusk or sandwich were still on the floor. A leniency offer was not forthcoming!

Afterwards we came across beer caps and the remains of nuts under the dining table. I only took a picture of this and showed it at the reception when I picked up the sheet package. The employee wanted this photo so that she could evaluate this incident.

Well now that my evaluation is: Not carefully cleaned, no check after previous visitors, no alert response to rented sheet package and a very 'lukewarm' response to my complaint!

Nice outdoor place to sit, 2 refrigerators, a large sofa and TV with HDMI, apple TV, netflix, Disney + and much more. * Negatives * The freezer is really too small for 12 people. The bathroom on the 1st floor at the back is quickly wet. The ground slopes causing the water to flow through the bathroom. Quite annoying and not really practical. In addition, it was somewhat surprising to pay a group deposit of €400 at the location. We had already paid a cashless deposit. We also found the cleaning part a bit crooked. You pay (as far as I know) €125 for mandatory cleaning. What you still have to do yourself is make sure that the dishwasher is empty, the leftover groceries are gone, throw away all the garbage and make sure everything is left tidy. I don't mind cleaning up, but it wasn't worth the $125 to me. Luckily there was a cleaner named Alexandra who was able to explain the situation clearly.

Also, the capacity of the induction hob is too low to keep 4 pans at a high level when cooking for a large group of people. The dishwasher runs very long programs and does not clean properly. Capacity and content of the dishwasher is too small for a large group. Faster hand washing. Also the floor not clean. Little cupboard space per room and certainly in the kitchen / living room for the foodstuffs etc.Verder goed.Voor the rest good.

very nice house (we were there with 8 adults and 2 babies). downstairs 2 bedrooms both with adjoining bathroom. upstairs 2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms with also 2 large bathrooms on the 2nd floor. well furnished, lots of seating, whole large table for all to eat. because of the measures we were able to swim 1x and bowling 1x, both small in design but fun for an hour. bowling alley is really outdated, sorry! floor is mega smooth and the balls look square when you throw them. you would get a hernia if you slip. park is beautiful, many playgrounds in the park. plus, the snack bar of the park delivers your ordered food to your house, really super fast! we had really nice weather for the time of the year, mid October, that made everything complete! definitely worth repeating (except for bowling then😉)

Ultimately a nice stay in a beautiful park with various entertainment in and around the Katjeskelder, but the road there went badly: Something went wrong with the payment of our holiday home, so this holiday was canceled by Belvilla and we paid the entire deposit of almost 1200 (!) have lost euros. Getting in touch is barely possible; we feel robbed by Belvilla.

We had a 12 person villa with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. That was ideal. We found the only drawback that there was no separate toilet downstairs and everyone had to go to the toilet in the bathroom of the two bedrooms downstairs. We had two small children with us and the playground behind the terrace is super nice. Enjoying the sun on the terrace and the children had a great time. The two refrigerators in the kitchen were also nice, but there was no cupboard space to store anything from groceries. Furthermore, it was not completely clean, but we only looked through it a bit and took a piece of cloth along here and there. The cottages are a bit close together, but that doesn't bother you. It is a nice park to stay for young and old. We also rented the bowling alley (we had 2 lanes with 10 people) but after the hour of bowling your ears are ringing with the noise. We had a very pleasant week and we will definitely go back.

The villa exceeded our expectations! Modern furniture and plenty of space for everyone. The children loved the garden, and we appreciated the convenience of having four bathrooms. A perfect base to explore Breda and the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. The layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved playing in the garden while we relaxed on the terrace. The location is quiet but close enough to explore Breda and the beautiful Vrachelse Heide. We appreciated the modern amenities, especially the well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home!

The place was lovely, lots of forest in the area. In the vicinity of the park you can go to eat and find entertainment. The range of shops in Oosterhout is large! You can also enjoy delicious food at the park itself. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, are also a wonderful addition. Many playgrounds spread over the park. The house was suitable for 12 people and that was really true. Comfortable with some flaws here and there but nothing major. Tip: check cutlery more often Roompot, there were really too few knives and forks. The service was extremely good. After reporting an unsafe kettle and missing toilet brush, it was replaced that same morning. Very nice! One thing is the large amounts of dog poop. It was even in the playgrounds. My son came running back covered in shit. There were also large piles at the front door of our house, we no longer dared to walk through the grass.

A beautiful house with an excellent inventory and everything clean. Sufficient attention for the children with playgrounds and an activity program. A helpful and thoughtful reception. Friendly staff in the shop, pool and restaurant and all this in a nice relaxed environment.

We had a 12 person villa with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. That was ideal. We found the only drawback that there was no separate toilet downstairs and everyone had to go to the toilet in the bathroom of the two bedrooms downstairs. We had two small children with us and the playground behind the terrace is super nice. Enjoying the sun on the terrace and the children had a great time. The two refrigerators in the kitchen were also nice, but there was no cupboard space to store anything from groceries. Furthermore, it was not completely clean, but we only looked through it a bit and took a piece of cloth along here and there. The cottages are a bit close together, but that doesn't bother you. It is a nice park to stay for young and old. We also rented the bowling alley (we had 2 lanes with 10 people) but after the hour of bowling your ears are ringing with the noise. We had a very pleasant week and we will definitely go back.

The house has a shortage of cutlery and plates for children in terms of kitchen equipment. However, 2 beds and 2 high chairs. Also, the capacity of the induction hob is too low to keep 4 pans at a high level when cooking for a large group of people. The dishwasher runs very long programs and does not clean properly. Capacity and content of the dishwasher is too small for a large group. Faster hand washing. Also the floor not clean. Beautiful surroundings, the house needs some attention. Bedrooms weren't that cozy and the skylights were full of damp and mold, I think. That was a pity. Furthermore, it was fine downstairs, super neatly done the 2 tables together as a square. Is very cozy.

Nicely renovated house. Good beds. No TVs in the bedroom. Only 1 freezer compartment. Parking space at accommodation is unclear, so cars were not parked at their own house.

*Pros* It is a cozy and spacious house. Nice outdoor place to sit, 2 refrigerators, a large sofa and TV with HDMI, apple TV, netflix, Disney + and much more. * Negatives * The freezer is really too small for 12 people. The bathroom on the 1st floor at the back is quickly wet. The ground slopes causing the water to flow through the bathroom. Quite annoying and not really practical. In addition, it was somewhat surprising to pay a group deposit of €400 at the location. We had already paid a cashless deposit. We also found the cleaning part a bit crooked. You pay (as far as I know) €125 for mandatory cleaning. What you still have to do yourself is make sure that the dishwasher is empty, the leftover groceries are gone, throw away all the garbage and make sure everything is left tidy. I don't mind cleaning up, but it wasn't worth the $125 to me. Luckily there was a cleaner named Alexandra who was able to explain the situation clearly.

The park and the houses are nice, but my experiences are not!

On arrival (around 3.45 pm) ordered linen for 11 people, including a number of small children. Asked the employee when this would be brought to our house, the answer was within one hour. Around 7 p.m. it had not yet been brought, just called the reception. It was busy and it could take a while, to which I responded that small children had to go to bed. Again the answer that it was busy, I then picked it up myself at the reception.

On arrival at the house we wanted to put the things we brought directly in the fridge, but it was dirty. Immediately tried to call the reception, it was not possible to get in touch. We then cleaned the fridge ourselves. Finally got one Michael on the phone and reported this incident. The solution was that he could send someone over to clean it after all, to which I replied that this was pointless because we had already cleaned the fridge ourselves.

Also reported that there was still a used coffee filter in the coffee machine and that the 'mice' of a rusk or sandwich were still on the floor. A leniency offer was not forthcoming!

Afterwards we came across beer caps and the remains of nuts under the dining table. I only took a picture of this and showed it at the reception when I picked up the sheet package. The employee wanted this photo so that she could evaluate this incident.

Well now that my evaluation is: Not carefully cleaned, no check after previous visitors, no alert response to rented sheet package and a very 'lukewarm' response to my complaint!

Ultimately a nice stay in a beautiful park with various entertainment in and around the Katjeskelder, but the road there went badly: Something went wrong with the payment of our holiday home, so this holiday was canceled by Belvilla and we paid the entire deposit of almost 1200 (!) have lost euros. Getting in touch is barely possible; we feel robbed by Belvilla.
