This beautiful holiday home for 14 people is located in a quiet holiday park in Zeeland near the Oosterschelde. You are on the beach and in the cozy center of Sint Annaland in no time. This house is ideal for families.
The city center is very close. Historic towns such as Zierikzee and Nieuwerkerk are certainly worth a visit, as are the world-famous Delta Works. Discover a unique part of Zeeland via the many cycling and walking routes that run past the house. There is a restaurant 300 meters away and a supermarket 1 km away.
The house has a bright living room with an open kitchen. From the living room you can walk onto the terrace and the children can play in the large garden. There are 5 bedrooms for 2 persons and 1 bedroom for 4 persons. In addition, one of the bedrooms has a bathroom that is suitable for people with walking difficulties. There are also 2 separate toilets and 2 additional bathrooms.
For reasons of tranquility, youth groups are not allowed.

Beautiful house where we could celebrate fine old and new. 3 points were less good1. Cooking for 12 people also means big pans. Unfortunately these were not present.2. The house was not very clean on arrival. Kitchen utensils had to be washed and air vents were not clean. Incidentally, an offer to use the cleaning service, but this was unfortunately too late.3. Small towels for during the shower.Despite those points had a great holiday!

Had a family weekend with 12 people. Our stay was super nice. House was very clean, the key was also quickly found due to good communication. Rooms were nicely decorated and large enough. The kitchen and living room were one whole and nice to always be together, even when cooking. One downside... for a house for 14 people, there were few wine glasses and the cooking pots were not large enough. We had a great stay and will definitely come back. Recommended!

The welcome was very friendly. The house was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was still early in the year so there was little action in the adjacent harbor. The village is nice but small and hardly anything to do on Sundays.

On the whole we were very but very satisfied and can warmly recommend the property. We and the 9 children felt right at home. In the house we did not miss anything and the room layout was also very good.

Everything neatly in order, everything present and clean. Only disadvantage we found with small children, that it is very noisy in the house. Not for outside noise, but really inside the house. Jumbo close by, ideal. Nothing to complain about.

Super accommodation, beautiful design in a U-shape with a lovely, spacious courtyard that had a view of the forest and a lot of privacy, even though you are in a holiday park. (on Google map you see a large lawn in front of the door, but it is now full of colorful houses)

Beautiful spacious house with plenty of privacy. Nice living / dining room. Excellent location, close to the beach and harbor. Two drawbacks: lack of enough pans to cook for 14 people and the mattresses were of poor quality.

With a group of adults of 10 people. A lovely place, attractive decor and above all super clean. It was fantastic and easy to make trips and bike rides and walks from St. Annaland. We can recommend this location to everyone, it is definitely worth it.
