We liked it great, everything very nicely done, very nice landlord, kids had fun feeding the animals and could run anywhere on the premises around.

Rarely have we spent such a relaxing holiday in such a pleasant atmosphere and with such nice hosts. Especially for small children in the yard is a paradise!

Een huisbaas die gewoon je huis binnenkomt als je er niet bent zonder moeite te maken even te bellen en of voicemail achter te laten. Geen privacy dus! Heeft van die moeilijke verwarmingsknoppen die het de helft van de tijd niet doen. Vanaf dag 1 heb ik meneer hier al naar laten kijken en die liet zien dat je die even eraf kunt doen om hem aan de praat te krijgen. Vervolgens als de dame binnenkomt wordt er geklaagt dat de verwarming te hoog staat. Ik had hier nooit in een vriezende winter moeten komen. Heel oncomfortabel. Dit heb ik nooit bij een andere Belvilla verblijf meegemaakt. Niet aan te raden. Verder is het huis heel klein en ligt er geen wasmachine.

The Homestead is situated on the edge of a business park, but you notice the Hofstede almost nothing. Unfortunately the sound of the ring road that runs right behind it, but many small livestock and poultry on the Hofstede and the outstanding hospitality of the manager make it more than good.

Pieter Bas and Paola are great welcoming people who have this magical place in a quiet street. We received on arrival eggs between apples from the trees and when leaving walnut tree. Everything was clean and our kids could enjoy animals, playground and space. We will definitely go again!

Upon arrival, there was a direct contact with the (moderate) owner who provided a clear tour. The accommodation was fine according to our requirements. The surroundings are quiet, with some background noise, rural and green, unique given the location within the city limits.

Magnificent! Have a nice week! It feels like you are in the middle of a forest. The children fed the animals with "Farmer Bas" every morning, something they absolutely loved. There was also enough space for the children to play! The host and wife were very friendly. We will definitely book this again when we are in the area!

Stay in an apartment in Bergen op Zoom (old stable converted). Very nice location and environment. The farmer is very friendly and there are many animals that children are allowed to help with. Nice playground with trampoline and table tennis. Stayed for a top two weeks in a quiet area but with all amenities nearby.

A very relaxed and pleasant holiday for young and old. The kids loved feeding the animals with the owner every morning and bringing home fresh breakfast eggs. The playground with the big trampoline was of course the highlight. Very nice landlord with many helpful tips for exploring the area. During our stay only the small apartment (we) and the sweet house/caravan were occupied. So very calm. If this is still the case when the large apartment is occupied, it is better to ask the landlord. All in all a great vacation.

We were received very friendly and given a tour of the accommodation. After which we unpacked our stuff and we enjoyed the house, the garden and the surroundings for 14 days. Bergen op Zoom and the surrounding area is very beautiful.
