Nice (but damp) house where some patchwork would be in place, and preferably as soon as possible! Living quite pleasant, but loose window tablets cause problems if you look for support ... The light above the coffee table does not work. The lock of the door to the garden is loose and you always have the handle loose in your hand when you lock it. The downstairs rooms smell musty (pillows smell very stale) and walls and ceiling show mold spores! The shower curtains in the bathrooms on the ground floor, also show mold spores at the bottom ..; Weeds stood on the terrace on the house wall about 1 m high and the trampoline is very worn! Very strategically located with resto and playgrounds within walking distance, but this has nothing to do with the accommodation of to make the stay ... Rather with the good omgeving.Ook the kitchen is very basic.We paid just under 1200 euros for a week in July where something more could be in return ... Anyway, all in all had a good leave with children and grandchildren!!!

Nice location, close to the beach. Nice cycling paths if you are lucky with a tailwind you can go 20 km per hour. In Breskens took the ferry to Vlissingen which gives an extra holiday feeling. The garden is spacious with plenty of shade. A great tit also has a nest in the tree trunk and was busy looking for food. We enjoyed a fire in the evening in the garden. All around a pleasant holiday. Tip: The cushions could be a bit thicker. Furthermore, with that fresh air and many cycling, slept well. We'll definitely visit again.

Great location which fully met expectations. All facilities were available. Nice environment for city visits (the Netherlands / Belgium) and exploration of the environment such as (beach) walks and cycling. Plenty of catering available in the area. Owner was very hospitable.

Unfortunately, due to travel restrictions, we were unable to go on our vacation and all attempts to get in touch with Belvilla failed. The specified phone number and email address were not active. All letters to various other Belvilla email addresses remained unanswered and there was no help to rebook or answer questions. The online portal was not effective for our problem and we always came back to the start page. So for us a very bad customer service. Vacation canceled, money gone. The rating only applies to Belvilla and not to the rented house. We had a nice chat with the owner. Unfortunately, he couldn't help us past Belvilla.

Everything was taken care of to perfection. we felt very welcome. The matches lay by the candles, Christmas lights were burning, it was pleasantly warm. Nowhere forbidden or mandatory texts, that radiated trust and hospitality.

Friendly people where we could pick up the key, and the first impression of the house was super cozy, very complete, so you never miss, so nice that there are three showers and toilets with 8 people. Fine view of the garden and you can sit at the kitchen table so wonderfully, while it is also wonderful to sit in the room next to the stove.

The arrival, getting the key from the neighbors was well organized, went very smoothly. Nice people with a nice store, worth a look up. The accommodation was large enough for our party (8 adults). Some wine and beer glasses were missing, after sending a message to the owner it was immediately made up the following morning. We had a wonderful stay.

It is a wonderful house, especially the three bathrooms and toilets were nice for our company of 8 people. The garden was lovely too, 2 large trees and a large lawn + trampoline for the boys (10 and 16). The house is on a main road to the coast but this does not cause any inconvenience. Beach within cycling distance. Beautiful view over the fields. A minus point was the heat in the upper bedrooms, but the outside temperature was 30 degrees. There was also sometimes a sewage smell in the large upstairs bedroom.

This holiday home fully met our wishes! Excellent base for all kinds of activities. Vishandel "t Haringkje in Breskens has spoiled us as a caterer. The lady of the key management opposite the house received us warmly, her shop with curios is worth a visit! Keys had to be removed between 4pm and 6pm, around 2pm we received a text message telling us that we had to go by 3:30 pm to pick up the keys. Fortunately we had left early. We washed out the refrigerators ourselves upon arrival and removed a series of dust and cobwebs. The patio furniture also urgently needs a refresh or polish.
We have already rented other, much better houses for that price. Very unfortunate, because very well located.

House is charming but also subject to overdue maintenance in some respects, which makes the stay feel a bit poor. Outside furniture doesn't look like much and the trampoline looks run down so we didn't dare to use it. Blackout window coverings do not work on any of the rooms. BBQ and stove with no tools to work with it. Have to clean the stove yourself from ashes and nails that were in it. All in all, I don't know if you can call this a Belvilla.

Zeeland is always a holiday, extra oxygen, lots of space. We went to the Krook house for the third time in a row. Always a cozy place, authentic, well located within walking or cycling distance of the beach. the house offers you everything you need. Especially this year we noticed that the rooms downstairs felt damp. Not pleasant. Perhaps this can be addressed, because next year we are going back and it would be a shame if the problems were still there.

A very nice house that has embraced us as it were! We enjoyed the warm welcome, the cozy atmosphere, the space, the beautiful garden and the beautiful location! At first I was shocked by how grubby it was (especially the kitchen cupboards and the bedrooms) so I started cleaning myself and then it's fine. Nice that there was furniture and toys for the children! Our son spent the first afternoon sorting all the games and puzzles so everything is fine again for the next guests! Thank you for allowing us to feel at home for a while in cottage Knook in our beloved Zeeuwsch Vlaanderen!!!

Large house where it feels like a luxury that there are 3 toilets and showers and it is situated in a nice place. During the day quite a lot of traffic at the front, but fortunately you notice that much less in the wonderfully spacious garden. The chair cushions were hidden behind a sofa, luckily found because the wooden garden chairs are not all equally good anymore. Unfortunately, the spacious garden table is also starting to deteriorate. Unfortunately, there are also several doors in the house that do not close properly; maybe it has to do with the fact that the house feels fairly damp? But, despite these shortcomings, we enjoy ourselves to the fullest.
