The various accommodation types are spread throughout the large park, which has many facilities. There is a link-detached 4-person bungalow with a 1-person sauna or hot tub (NL-4493-38). This variant accommodates a maximum of two adults and two children up to 12 years old. There is also a spacious 6-person duplex variant (NL-4493-39). In this type, the living room and kitchen are on the first floor with a balcony/roof terrace. The bedrooms and the two bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. You will also find 6-person detached chalets with a dishwasher and veranda (NL-4493-40). Finally, there is the 14-person detached group villa (NL-4493-41). This type, which is optionally available with a sauna, has six bedrooms with box spring beds, a washing machine and a dryer. The living room and generously sized kitchen are on the first floor. This also comes with a balcony/roof terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The first floor is a loft level, while the ground floor consists of two separate units, each with three bedrooms and a bathroom. All the different variants are neatly furnished and each one has a garden with a terrace and garden furniture.

Roompot Beach Resort lies directly on the pure natural swimming water of the National Park De Oosterschelde, the child friendly Roompot beach and a large nature region. The perfect location and the many facilities make this park a paradise year round, for families with (young) children, active vacation seekers and watersport lovers.
This five-star holiday park offers a wide range of facilities. It is very well suited for young families and water sports enthusiasts.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort pool will be closed from Monday 29 November to 6 December. You are welcome to go swimming in the pool at Hof Domburg. This is about 20 minutes away by car.

Dear Sir, Madam, All agreements regarding bed linen and kitchen linen have not been met. Heading over head had to be arranged through the reception. The arrangements were up to two times confirmed by Belvilla. Afterwards, this had to be settled with De Roompot.

For the money we still had just expected a little more luxury. The cottage was not completely clean. Two broken vacuum cleaners. Also the pool might be necessary. Thorough rehabilitation The entertainment team was great!

In view of the amount paid, the quality was not corresponding: too few light points in the living room and dining room, generally too few sockets and/or inaccessible sockets, so that reading lamps in the bedrooms could not be used, a loose tap in the kitchen unit, the floor stuck to the shoes and was not optimally clean (dirty mop when you walked over it and black stockings when you walked over it), a shower that suddenly gives a cold jet during a hot shower, a shortage of small spoons for a group of 12 people. In short: some renovation / maintenance is necessary.
