Just a short walk from the villa, the wide open spaces and salty sea breeze make every outing a treat—for both two and four-legged guests. Some local cafés even offer water bowls and dog treats, so your pup can dine in style, too.

When it’s time to refuel, you’re in luck. Savor Zeeland’s famed mussels at nearby Seafarm Kamperland or grab casual bites at beachside joints like Beachclub Lekker. Roompot Beach Resort lies directly on the pure natural swimming water of the National Park De Oosterschelde, the child friendly Roompot beach and a large nature region. The perfect location and the many facilities make this park a paradise year round, for families with (young) children, active vacation seekers and watersport lovers.

This five-star holiday park offers a wide range of facilities. It is very well suited for young families and water sports enthusiasts.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.

Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort pool will be closed from Monday 29 November to 6 December. You are welcome to go swimming in the pool at Hof Domburg. This is about 20 minutes away by car.

Nice house for a large group, one downside is the acoustics are less, that should be addressed, the rest is just TOP.

The house was very well equipped and comfortably furnished. We appreciated the easy access to local dining options, with several nice places just a short drive away. It was a practical base to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house! The layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone, The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the proximity to Roompot Beach was a major plus, We spent our mornings at the beach and our evenings relaxing on the terrace, Highly recommend it for family gatherings!

In view of the amount paid, the quality was not corresponding: too few light points in the living room and dining room, generally too few sockets and/or inaccessible sockets, so that reading lamps in the bedrooms could not be used, a loose tap in the kitchen unit, the floor stuck to the shoes and was not optimally clean (dirty mop when you walked over it and black stockings when you walked over it), a shower that suddenly gives a cold jet during a hot shower, a shortage of small spoons for a group of 12 people. In short: some renovation / maintenance is necessary.
