Whether it’s a game of fetch on the dunes or a peaceful lakeside stroll, there’s plenty to keep tails wagging.

Just minutes from the North Sea and Zeeland’s charming villages, this location is a dream for explorers. Dine on fresh seafood at Brasserie Blush, or grab a casual lunch at Seafarm’s waterfront terrace. Fancy bowling or a splash? Guests can access nearby Hof Domburg’s facilities.

Note: Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool, sauna, and squash court at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday, January 18 until Sunday, January 31, 2027. All other facilities will remain available. Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool will be closed from 21 September to 1 October 2026.

Roompot Beach Resort lies directly on the pure natural swimming water of the National Park De Oosterschelde, the child friendly Roompot beach and a large nature region. The perfect location and the many facilities make this park a paradise year round, for families with (young) children, active vacation seekers and watersport lovers.

This five-star holiday park offers a wide range of facilities. It is very well suited for young families and water sports enthusiasts.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.

Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort pool will be closed from Monday 29 November to 6 December. You are welcome to go swimming in the pool at Hof Domburg. This is about 20 minutes away by car.

The stay here was a pleasure! The swimming pool was temporarily closed, but we found enough to do nearby. The open living area was cozy, and the terrace was a great place to relax in the evening. I would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in this vacation home! The open kitchen was perfect for family meals, and the balcony views were stunning, especially at sunset. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed, and we appreciated having two bathrooms. A great place for a family getaway!

We had filled out all the check-in information via the Roompot app as required before arrival, including that we would arrive after 8 PM. Upon arrival, contrary to the app, a digital key was not possible at the house, only a physical one. However, the reception was closed from 5 PM and there was no number to reach anyone. We were also not given a key left somewhere or a code for a key box. In total, we spent about Waited 3 1/2 hours in the cold until a security guard was sent from a central office, who retrieved the key from a safe behind the reception. We finally entered the house at 1:30 at night. Unfortunately, the house was very old and not thoroughly clean. It is functionally furnished. We had to vacuum under the bed first, as there was so much dirt and dust there. The joints in the shower were full of mold. None of the bathrooms have a window. The first two days the house was freezing cold, only on the third day did it slowly get warmer, with the underfloor heating working properly in only one room on the ground floor, which is why we always left all the room doors open to distribute the heat. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly, as was the security, so there is no "very bad" rating. Otherwise, I would not book with Roompot again. We are unfortunately a bit disappointed.
