This spacious, detached semi-bungalow with a beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed southwest-facing garden is equipped for six people. The living room is located on the first floor and from here you have a truly magnificent view of the marina and Oosterschelde National Park. The luxurious, open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped: a combination microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a spacious dining table that invites to cozy dining! From the living room you have access to a pleasant terrace facing south-west and equipped with garden furniture. On the top floor there is also a guest toilet. In the storage room are a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer. This very pleasant holiday home is located at Roompot Beach Resort. You have many facilities at your fingertips, such as a beach, a marina, a subtropical swimming pool (for a fee), a supermarket and several catering establishments. Beautiful and nicely decorated home with fantastic views on the harbor, inland and delta works. Within a short walking distance the beach is reached.
