Luxury and comfort with an eye for detail! A picture to see, even nicer to spend your holiday. This holiday home has been newly realized in a former Zeeland barn. The house has its own special character. Old rafters, robust wooden stairs and men's doors that adorn the entrance provide an industrial and atmospheric style. Nothing is missing in the luxurious open kitchen. Oven, dishwasher, microwave are of course available. The living room offers plenty of space and gives access to the terrace through the patio doors. There is a full bathroom with Sun shower and bath on the ground floor. On the first floor are 2x 2-person bedrooms. There is a separate toilet. Via a split level you reach the 2nd floor where the master bedroom can be found with an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink and a 2-person room with single beds (open bedroom).
The garden is spacious and beautifully situated separated by a large private terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a BBQ. There is ample parking, behind afforestation including a charging station for charging an electric car. Wifi is available free of charge and Chromecast is available to watch your own Netflix, YouTube, etc. The family home is located 1 kilometer from Vrouwenpolder and in the middle of the polder. The second terrace provides wonderful shelter to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. This house can be combined with Lepelstraat 18A, creating a large holiday home for 15 people. There is a shared washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron to use.
Vrouwenpolder is a pleasant family seaside resort, on the beach and borders two beautiful nature reserves between Domburg and Vrouwenpolder: the Manteling (740 ha), a wide strip of land with dunes and forests and the Oranjezon dune area (400 ha.).
Specifics: If you are staying with a baby (0-3 years), the tourist tax will be paid on the spot.
This house will not be rented to groups of young people for reasons of tranquillity. * This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

We had a great weekend in this beautiful holiday home. The landlady was incredibly friendly and was always available to answer any questions we had. The facilities in the house are great, nothing was missing.

on arrival we were met by a sweet lady who gave us the necessary information about the house. The house was neat, nicely decorated without surplus decorations. Located in a quiet, green area.

A very nice and modernized apartment with great charm and holiday atmosphere. The condition was top and the cleanliness impeccable! Nice outdoor area to relax. Grill was on site and was used. The kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the rest of the house. The reception by the owners was very friendly and there was also a small introduction to the house. We would hesitate to book again and can only recommend it! Only the annoying court cat and the free-running German shepherd dog we found personally disturbing or uncomfortable. However, we are not livestock farmers and thus the situation was somehow strange to us.

Very chic accommodation, made with love. Old barn stylishly rebuilt. High quality kitchen, barbecue, TV, WiFi, 2 showers, bath - everything you need on holiday. Beautiful beach is Oostkapelle and Vrouwenpolder. Super nice town Middelburg nearby. Food in the cauldron in Vrouwenpolder highly recommended.

The arrival was fine. We received a phone call in advance that we could check in earlier if necessary. Madam was already waiting for us. The house was very nice and clean, everything we needed was there, even a welcome basket was available with a bottle of wine, cookies, fresh eggs, etc ... It was great cycling!
