Great little house with a wonderful wood-fired hot tub and sauna, and as a surprise, an amazing veranda (which I apparently overlooked when booking). The owner kindly allowed us to check out as late as we wanted on the last day, which was incredibly sweet and greatly appreciated. It’s a nice quiet spot with plenty of shelter. We will definitely book this again!

It was really very nice. We traveled as a group with 4 dogs. The garden is huge and fenced. At the dining table, you could play very well because it is unbelievably large. In the kitchen, there is everything you need. In the living room, there is also an incredibly comfortable couch and a television. You can use firewood to heat both the sauna and the pool. When the pool is heated, you can sit in it super even at - degrees. The arrival as well as the departure was very uncomplicated. We also had a lot of snow. The fireplace in the living room contributed to the coziness. Outside, there was also a cold shower (which we didn't use in winter). Additionally, there was a small house where one could relax well in the evenings. We were definitely very excited.

There is a bit of a lack of storage space for clothes, but for a few days, you can live out of the suitcase. The contact with the owner was also smooth. We really had a wonderful stay. It’s truly a fantastic little house in a beautiful location and equipped with all conveniences. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious sauna and hot tub. It was also nice to have a gourmet meal under the shelter. Waking up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping, and if you pay close attention, you can see many squirrels running around. There is enough space for 3 cars, the garden is nice and spacious and perfectly fenced for the dogs, and the little house is nicely and cozily furnished with all amenities. We would love to come back here again!

Our stay was not what we expected. We found the photos and description misleading. Dogs on request is different from allowing a maximum of 5 dogs. The whole house smelled of pets. The radiator in one of the very small bedrooms was leaking and had not yet been repaired and we did not get the heating on at all but the house is heated by the wood stove and the air conditioning. The kitchen and bathroom are dated and the jacuzzi and sauna have to be heated with wood..., that was not in the description either! The flush button of the toilet was broken and that was reported on arrival. Ordered parts could not be delivered until after the weekend so we had to make do with it. The beds were small (140 cm.), the mattresses fine. All in all this stay was quite disappointing.

Nice holiday home with a reasonably large, well-fenced garden which was nice for our 3 dogs. The interior is cozy, the bedrooms are a bit small but fine for sleeping.
Almost everything was there, contact with the landlord was good.
Despite the bad weather, we spent a lot of time in the covered veranda with wood stove and large TV. We also used the wood-fired hot tub and sauna several times. Wood can be bought from the neighbor.
The only downside we found was that there was quite a lot of noise in the park early in the morning, but of course the landlord can't do anything about that.
Many beautiful hiking trails in the area and Barneveld is also a nice place to wander around.
We were there for a midweek from September 9 to 13, which was actually too short.
We will probably come back again!

Mooi huis met grote omheinde tuin en fijne sauna/hottub. Rustig gelegen achter op het park met mooi groen uitzicht. Op het park zelf is niet veel te beleven, maar in de omgeving is er genoeg te doen. De airco in de woonkamer zorgde voor verkoeling tijdens de warme dagen, alleen de buitenunit staat op het dak boven de grote slaapkamer wat zorgt voor een brommend geluid dus tijdens het slapen toch maar uitgezet. Verder een prima verblijf gehad dat grotendeels voldeed aan de verwachting.

There is also a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board. Beautiful terrace, garden furniture and loveseat. The veranda is a wonderful place to relax. From the veranda you can walk straight into the sauna and hot tub. In the evening it is very cozy with the mood lighting in the very large garden, sauna, hot tub and veranda. There is also a barbecue.

It is a peaceful location. Enough privacy. Friendly owners. House is located in a holiday park where unfortunately nothing to do, especially houses with permanent, older residents, ideal for the rest, for children we find unsuitable.Hottub and sauna delicious, just have to be patient to get everything warm. You can get wood from the neighbor, well arranged and easy. 5 minutes by car from the center of Voorthuizen, where you can find all the necessary shops. Ordering food is also easy to do, which is nice in this time (Corona). illuminated. The chillroom (as the kids called it) was nicely decorated in a Halloween theme. Also heat this space with a stove. TV is also available in this room (a pity that the kids could not watch there when we were watching in the living room). Our holiday week was cold and wet, the stove in the living room provides sufficient heat. The bedrooms became very clammy and damp from the weather. In our opinion, the cottage is more suitable for the warmer periods than the cold. Enough opportunities for walking and cycling.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners and they took the time to give a tour and explain about the different facilities that the house offered. It is a nice and cozy house, we slept wonderfully so the (largest) bed was fine for us. But we especially liked the garden. Because the garden is fenced all around it is recommended for people with dogs. We also had our dog with us and have been able to walk in the large forest (loose area for dogs) near the park where the house is on.

Yesterday came back from a wonderful midweek away with friends and dogs. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, she gave a small tour and an explanation of the facilities that the house offered. It is a nice and cozy house, the beds slept wonderfully. a hotel bed). The spacious garden around the house is fenced where the dogs could walk around freely without running away. We had not really picked the best week with rain, but that did not spoil the fun .. In the covered veranda / cottage we could relax with the wood stove on, enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, must honestly say that we are there most have sat and only ate and slept in the house. In short, it is a wonderful place to enjoy and relax in the sauna and hot tub.Fam Brons, we had a wonderful week and we will definitely come back next year!

Our stay was not what we expected. We found the photos and description misleading. Dogs on request is different from allowing a maximum of 5 dogs. The whole house smelled of pets. The radiator in one of the very small bedrooms was leaking and had not yet been repaired and we did not get the heating on at all but the house is heated by the wood stove and the air conditioning. The kitchen and bathroom are dated and the jacuzzi and sauna have to be heated with wood..., that was not in the description either! The flush button of the toilet was broken and that was reported on arrival. Ordered parts could not be delivered until after the weekend so we had to make do with it. The beds were small (140 cm.), the mattresses fine. All in all this stay was quite disappointing.

Cozy vacation home with a reasonably large, well-fenced garden which was nice for our 3 dogs. The décor is charming, the bedrooms are a bit on the small side but fine for sleeping. Almost everything was available, and contact with the landlord was good. Despite the poorer weather, we spent a lot of time in the covered veranda with a wood stove and large TV. We also made use of the wood-fired hot tub and sauna several times. Wood is available for purchase from the neighbor. One downside we found was that there is quite a bit of noise in the park early in the morning, but the landlord obviously can't do anything about that. There are many beautiful walking routes in the area, and Barneveld is also a nice place to wander around. We stayed for a midweek from September 9 to 13, which was actually too short. We'll probably come back again!

House is located in a holiday park where unfortunately nothing to do, especially houses with permanent, older residents, ideal for the rest, for children we find unsuitable.Hottub and sauna delicious, just have to be patient to get everything warm. You can get wood from the neighbor, well arranged and easy. 5 minutes by car from the center of Voorthuizen, where you can find all the necessary shops. Mooi huis met grote omheinde tuin en fijne sauna/hottub. Rustig gelegen achter op het park met mooi groen uitzicht. Op het park zelf is niet veel te beleven, maar in de omgeving is er genoeg te doen. De airco in de woonkamer zorgde voor verkoeling tijdens de warme dagen, alleen de buitenunit staat op het dak boven de grote slaapkamer wat zorgt voor een brommend geluid dus tijdens het slapen toch maar uitgezet. Verder een prima verblijf gehad dat grotendeels voldeed aan de verwachting.

It is a super nice house with a lounge sofa, large round dining area, fireplace and TV. The kitchen is spacious and three beautiful bedrooms. There is also a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board. Beautiful terrace, garden furniture and loveseat. The veranda is a wonderful place to relax.
