The lovely detached accommodations at Landgoed de IJsvogel were completed in 2013. The various types offer a high level of quality and all the modern conveniences. You have the choice of several different variants, such as a 4-person lodge (NL-3781-18), a 6-person lodge (NL-3781-19), a 6-person villa (NL-3781-20) and an 8-person villa (NL-3781-21). The villas are situated on the busier side of the park. Whichever type you choose, you will always have a very spacious and well-maintained garden with comfortable garden furniture.

Landgoed De IJsvogel offers a spacious layout and a wide range of possibilities, thanks in part to its central location in the Netherlands. The holiday park has a serene atmosphere with lots of space, as well as a variety of activities to choose from. With the Veluwe nature area right next door, it is an absolute paradise for hiking and biking. The charming village centre of Voorthuizen (about 4 km away) offers many enjoyable little restaurants, while cities such as Utrecht (about 46 km away), Amsterdam (67 km), Zwolle (about 51 km) and Arnhem (about 37 km), are also within easy reach. At the park itself, you have endless options for how to spend your day. You can take a dip in either the covered or the open-air swimming pool, hit the bowling alley or playing fields, or enjoy a meal at our cosy "hapas" (Dutch tapas) restaurant. And we haven't forgotten the little ones either: the indoor play area and the activities team will ensure they have lots of fun as well. Thanks to the wide variety of options here at Landgoed De IJsvogel, the entire family can enjoy a perfect holiday.
Landgoed De IJsvogel is located right by the Veluwe, a nature area in the central Netherlands. It has both an open-air and covered swimming pool and is also an excellent base for taking daytrips to the cities.

Beautiful, spacious house. The photo suggests a garden and a spacious lawn, so we had already brought the badminton rackets, but that was a bit disappointing, but otherwise a great house. Nice cycling route made through the Veluwe. Lots to do in the area with the kids (6 + 9 years).

good reception at the reception, nice accommodation, view was beautiful on the colored hedge, but we did not have the view as on the picture. The surroundings of Voorthuizen are beautiful

we missed a 2nd (separate) toilet. The cottage and the area is fantastic. Ideal with a covered terrace. Recommended!

A large but quiet holiday park. Spacious house, with all that is needed. Prima just big enough outside and indoor poolJammer of the carpeting, you should not want in a rental property. Is lubrication, dusty, not clean. Better is all the tile or laminate.Im the coated lap at the head end of the bed

Unfortunately, I did not attend the arrival, but according to my friends it was ok. The accommodation was fine, only a pity that you have to pay for the wifi and that is not secure. And the Veluwe is of course beautiful.

It was a wonderful week, the area offers many hiking and cycling opportunities. We stayed in house number 721 which on the outside of the park was on the busy road. For us this was a bummer because there was no proper fence between the road and the garden. What also amazed us that we were carpeted despite the dogs in a house, not very practical. Furthermore, a very nice park with many facilities.

In the week before we came, the house was painted indoors and you can clearly smell it.
Contrary to the description, the house does not have a 2nd toilet on the floor.
Also disappointing, the mattresses on the different beds.
Too bad but alas, next stay somewhere else.
