This authentic, attractively furnished holiday home is located in the picturesque and cozy village of Groede in Zeeland. The house has 3 bedrooms and is perfect for a family with 3 children. The house has a spacious garden with a trampoline and is within cycling distance of the sea.
In Groede you will find various shops, a supermarket and a number of nice restaurants. From here you can enjoy cycling along the coast and visit nice places in Zeeland. Examples are Sluis, Bruges and Cadzand. You can reach the beach in fifteen minutes by bike. You can also take the bicycle foot ferry from Breskens to Vlissingen.
The house is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. The house has WiFi, a washing machine, heating, a terrace, a spacious garden with a trampoline and a parasol, a bicycle shed and parking. 1 pet is allowed.

Great for a family with small children, both outside (trampolines and garden) and inside (lots of Lego and other toys). Just be careful with the steep stairs!

The quality of the mattresses left very much to be desired over.Eigenlijk there was not good 1. The combination bathroom / WC as well not even a second toilet is difficult.

The house is fresh and equipped with almost all conveniences. (I only missed a good garden parasol). Groede is a very nice village. The reception was good and the surroundings are beautiful, especially for beach lovers and people like cycling.

A house with a nice atmosphere, everything was there, what you need and a beautiful garden. For one week pure relaxation, just right. For dog owners a small deduction: The garden is not quite escape-proof to a page;) Otherwise gladly again !!

It is unclear that you share the garden with neighbors. In the description that there is no separation with the garden vd neighbors but this is not true. The terrace is private, the lawn should be shared stands with the neighbors in the description that there is a double duvet. This is not right. The double bed is very poor, worn out.

Unfortunately the fence at the rear end had a gap that took our dog happy. All in all, the house is very quiet in the middle of the center of Groede, café, bar and restaurant in the immediate vicinity. A very nice place. The garden and terrace are large. The process of handing over the keys and returning the deposit was uncomplicated.

A nice old house in a beautiful and centrally located village in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The layout of the house is spacious. The two bathrooms are ideal for a family holiday. In the village there are very good restaurants within walking distance. Top!

Location of the house and garden is perfect, but the decor leaves something to be desired. Beds are of poor quality, thin mattresses, through which you can feel the slatted base. Floors above creak properly, downstairs in the front room little seating for 4 people.
