Good day, IMPORTANT in advance: this criticism is only against and for the cleaning condition of the house (113) in which we were guests for 5 days! On the day of arrival (31. 08. 26) we were very pleased and excited. We immediately fell in love with the surroundings and the house. This continued and is still the case. To the detail: We were able to enter the house earlier because it was supposedly "already cleaned." We were of course pleased and drove to the house. Upon entering the house, I was initially just a bit surprised that the floor was very sticky. We looked around the house, still excited until I checked the bathrooms, toilets, sauna, and showers; I was shocked. The mentioned rooms were very dirty, sticky, hair in all sinks, in the showers, in all bathtubs and beds. The sauna smelled terribly unpleasant. Under the beds were ice cream cups and paper. KITCHEN: Countertop and dining table very sticky, I found hair in the refrigerator, stove was completely smeared with oil. Dishes were dirty, no trash bag in the two trash cans, etc.! ATTENTION: The railing at the staircase is so sticky that if you touch it to hold on, you get a rash, so disgustingly sticky - dirty is this and it comes only from very long and continuous improper cleaning! All in all, no room, no spot in the house was clean! I won't even start on the mattresses! We paid so much money for a final cleaning and still had to clean ourselves to feel somewhat comfortable. When we checked out, I complained about all of this at the reception. The lady told me; I should have reported this immediately so that it could be taken care of. Yes, that is true, but I thought that I would at least get half of the very expensive cleaning costs over €90 back, unfortunately there was no concession in this regard. This disappointed me very much! I know I should have reported it right away, but I was very tired from our long drive and just wanted to rest, which of course only happened after my husband and I cleaned up. Conclusion: it should not be an option to clean oneself OR it should be properly checked BEFORE the next move-in, and if necessary, it should be cleaned again; there are 6 hours between move-out and move-in, that should be part of the house's basic principles! The costs are simply not acceptable when a booking cleans itself and it is very disgusting or not at all, and the next booking pays because one is on "vacation" and does not want/need to start cleaning at all. I come from the HOTEL/RESTAURANT industry and have additional training as a "Housing Inspector," now retired. Therefore, my eye for "unprofessional cleaning." (. . . ) We were exhausted and first of all happy to finally have arrived. Aside from the mentioned, I do not want to forget that the service at the reception during check-in was very competent, very friendly, and sympathetic. For that, we give the highest score. Very well trained staff in the restaurant and front desk and customer service. Thank you for that. Result: APART FROM THE MENTIONED CRITICISM OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL CLEANING, we were and are still very enthusiastic about your property and the service and would like to come back. We hope that we will be able to move into a well and thoroughly cleaned house. We thank you for everything, except for the cleanliness in the house! Best regards, Silke and William Glenn

We had a pleasant time in this villa. The bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms modern and clean. The garden was a nice place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee.
