These luxurious villas are in a variety of sizes, all using an exclusive style of architecture. They are built in a striking, typically maritime style. Due to the generous use of verandas, balconies and terraces you can really enjoy outdoor living. The interiors are luxurious and enjoy every comfort. Some of the villas have a private sauna, steam cabin, bubble bath and under-floor heating. All villas have a partly enclosed garden with garden furniture.
There is has plenty to do in the area. Its near the sea and Rockanje, Ouddorp and Renesse are not far. The historic walled towns of Willemstad and Brielle are well worth a visit. The Old Town Hall, the Rien Poortvliet Museum in Middelharnis and the Expo in Stellendam are all full of cultural interest. You can also visit the Diergaarde Blijdorp (Zoo) in Rotterdam.

Directly on the Haringvliet and against the historical centre of the atmospherically fortress city Hellevoetsluis lies the brand new resort Cape Helius. The private marina and the location, in the middle of the beautiful nature and at short distance from friendly seaside resort such as Rockanje, Ouddorp and Reneses, make Cape Helius into a true eldorado for the water lovers, sailing fanatics and the seekers of rest. To be short, a wonderful address if you want to take a nice break with a family group or friends.
A luxury, maritime holiday resort with a marina, immediately by the Haringvliet.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
In the off-season the catering industry is limited (in the midweeks), also no lunch is served, from 25-10-2019 t/m 20-12-2019, 03-01-2020 t/m 14-02-2020, 28-02-2020 t/m 27-03-2020, 25-10-2020 t/m 18-12-2020.
On 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January, the restaurant is open for breakfast buffet, for lunch and dinner the restaurant is closed

Large but dirty and dated house. A good cleaning would not be out of place. We did not really enjoy it too much. Neeltje Jans is recommended to do.

No service available at the restaurant entrance. Nice but bad service. Long wait for the food, not enough wine glasses. Timing was bad. We always had to ask for things we ordered, for example a bottle of red wine. Waiter was friendly but had little experience. Dirty dishes and cutlery remained with the dessert. House dated, overdue maintenance. Many things were missing (wine glasses too little, no citrus press).

We were invited with our adult children and our grandchildren. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Especially after the beach fun anyone could in one of the three bathrooms justified. It was quiet on the park. Trips to Rotterdam and The Hague were very popular. Cycling in and around Hellevoetsluis and the North Sea was prettig.Een insoluble problem with the dishwasher was handled very well by the management at a discount and a delicious breakfast.

With nice weather nice seated outside in the garden. - Unfortunately on arrival uncertainty about the bedlinen a misunderstanding, eventually for 9 people have to pay 8.50 per linen ... In addition, the cottage was not equipped for 10 persons. Few specifications, but one potato peeler and one knife and little glasses. The cottage was not topschoon, glass beer bottles lay outside and inside it was not really fresh.

the information that Roompot had received from Belvilla was not complete. As the age of the guests and the bedding was not ready.Huisje 211 was not sufficiently cleaned. The silverfish crawled through the bathroom. There was dust and/or cobwebs in all corners. The floor was not mopped. However, Cape Helius park was very beautiful and we enjoyed the spacious garden and the beautiful location! At the cottage the parasol base was defective, so we could not use it. We reported this to reception three times but nothing was done about it. The answer was always: We don't have any more! The restaurant was also very poorly cleaned. The toilets were filthy, the patio chairs full of bird droppings. And if you asked to clean it you were looked at weird.

It was a surprise when we arrived, as "a nice and well-kept park and incredibly beautiful homes and large houses. We could easily z" n tens. Definitely recommended. It was not cheap but then you have some!!

Very cute and lovely home features spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Unfortunately, the restaurant, supermarket and reception (at the hotel on the park) is not good, so just go eat in the village. For the beach you can also walk a bit better, because just before the park is the water dirty and a bit further out.

We are excited about our stay at Cape Helius. Beautiful large house with good decor. Even with a larger group of 7 people, there is enough space in the living room. The park has the facilities somewhat limited, but this is compensated by many fine area attractions such Hellevoetssluis itself, Brielle, Zeeland and Rotterdam. Short repeating.

We have 7 adults with a super weekend. the sauna was a luxurious experience. The TV was old and had no hand DVD player, so unfortunately no DvD viewing. the area is very nice and within walking distance you can enjoy eating out at the Fortress.

Of the three bathrooms there were only two without flaws. The doors of the bedroom on the ground floor could not open. Because of a broken cylinder House is more than enough for 10 people and would be a great holiday location. Fridge on the small side for a household of 10 people.

With my family we had a very nice weekend. The accommodation was for 10 people and we were there with 5 adults and 2 children and that fit well. I think it is tight with 10 adults. The area is nice with the town of Hellevoetsluis and Briele. Furthermore, the accommodation is adequate, but not special there was a sauna, but it did not work and the cleaning could be better. The kitchen is (just) sufficiently equipped with pans and spoons and such.

The house is outdated. The couch was done completely, it was really impossible. Coat rack hung loose from the wall. Fridge was too small for a 10 person house. Furthermore, three quarters of the houses in the park were full of Polish and Bulgarian men. The surroundings and location of the park is beautiful. But the rest was really disappointing for us ......
