We can say for sure: it doesn't get more beach house than this! In this modern holiday home in Resort Hoek van Holland, you are literally staying on the North Sea Beach of Hoek van Holland. It's not necessary to comment on the view, but we're doing it anyway: gorgeous.... both from the living room and bedroom, or from the veranda or balcony.
There are 2 beach houses attached to one another. You can reach the entrance from the beach by means of a shared staircase (shared with your direct neighbours). Inside, you'll find a pleasant living room with TV and a double sofa bed. The open plan kitchen features a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom with shower and toilet can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one of which with a balcony. Each bedroom has two single box-spring beds, which might be in a double setup.
Outside, you have a veranda and a balcony with garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking space for one car in the central car park of the resort. This car park is situated within walking distance of your beach house. Other cars will have to be parked (for a fee) in one of the public car parks of Hoek van Holland.
A beautiful sunset is never boring. From these special beach houses in Resort Hoek van Holland, you can enjoy them every day!
On Ascension Day (29 May 2025), the annual beach opening will take place on the beach of Hoek van Holland. This event lasts from 10:00 to a maximum of 22:30. On this day, it will be busier than usual around the beach villas.

What a fantastic location! The sunsets from our balcony were stunning. We enjoyed the nearby dining options, especially Restaurant de Boulevard, which was just a short walk from here. The layout of the house was practical, and the bedrooms were cozy. Perfect for a family vacation!

It started with the baggage service. I was alone and heard that after I arrived at my house on the beach, I only got 2 pieces of baggage delivered to my house. I had many bags with me; my husband came later that week. When I went home alone in the stormy, rainy, cold weather in the winter, the baggage service didn't work that day. Terrible, all the baggage. Also, the first day there was a big insect in the bedroom—no good experience to begin with.

The beach house was tidy and spacious, perfect for our family. The kids loved the shared staircase leading to the beach, and we spent our days relaxing in the sun. The kitchen had everything we needed for homemade meals, and the nearby restaurants were a bonus. Just a short walk to the lighthouse too!

We had a lovely stay at this beach house. The interiors are simple but modern, and the shared stairs to the beach were super convenient. It's just a short walk to the local restaurants, and we enjoyed dinner at Restaurant de Boulevard, which is very close by.

Overall, a truly beautiful experience. The location is ideal for beach lovers, and we found the Hoek van Holland beach to be wonderful. The house was clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Just a note: parking can be tricky if you have more than one car.

We arrived and the cottage was very disappointing in terms of space. There was another empty wine box behind the sofa. Only crockery had leftover food on it, not properly clean. Beds are fine, the sofa bed, however, very bad. View beautiful. Sanitary neat.

You go for the view, you get a house with 2 large signs in front of you, exactly at eye level. Per person 2 large suitcases are brought to your house, but the rest such as shopping you have to walk about 200 meters from the parking lot over dunes and paths. Under beds was not really clean, and water tap leaked on counter. Soup ladle and skimmer were not there. Furthermore, enjoyed.
